« What we are about to undertake is an expedition together, a journey of discovery into the most secret recesses of our consciousness. And for such an adventure we must travel light; we cannot burden ourselves with opinions, prejudices, conclusions: all that old furniture we have collected for two thousand years and more. Forget everything you know about yourself; forget everything you have ever thought about yourself; we are going to set out as if we knew nothing.

breaking news: the Corniaud virus
The Corona virus phenomenon
We are confronted with our fears, which are turning into panic.
For a great many people this fear is contagious and is spreading across the whole planet. This fear shows us how much work we have to do, not only to see it and acknowledge it, but above all to begin to move beyond it, to overcome it, for that is the only way out for the survival of humanity.
But how do we overcome fear?
Fear is always the greatest symptom of selfishness, of man's selfish way of functioning. We have before us the example, on a worldwide scale, of how one little creature, called Corona virus, can make everything be forgotten, make everything collapse, because each person sees only his own self. Nothing exists any more but one's own survival, one's own fear of catching an illness which, as it happens, kills people over 80. It is spectacular to see how far man loses all intellectual sense, all practical sense, all common sense, as soon as fear sets in.
And then, what is fear?
Fear is synonymous with ignorance. We are always afraid of something we do not know, something we do not master. To counter our fears, to move beyond them, and so to grow from them, we must reach for knowledge, go and look where we do not know, and we will in fact become aware that we have no real idea of the knowledge of man, of ‘’who we really are’’.
Everything must begin there, that is, revisiting all our acquired learning and turning genuinely towards the real knowledge of who man is, towards his deep functioning.
It is at this price, and at this price only, that we will be able truly to understand our fears and move beyond the single objective of evolution, the excess of ego, the paroxysm of ego: selfishness.
Selfishness carries us towards the contagion of fear. This very phenomenon of a viral epidemic, of a pseudo deadly epidemic, proves it to us. If we do the work on selfishness we will automatically meet its opposite, love.
At that stage, fear can no longer exist.
The Corona virus brings us a handful of deaths, but fear causes billions of victims. There are between 7 and 8 billion human beings on Earth and the corona virus will ‘’perhaps kill’’ a few thousand of them. Man has, it seems to me, done ‘’better’’ during the ‘’war of 1940’’.
It is not the virus that is contagious; it is fear that inoculates the virulence of the virus into man.
The great question science could ask itself is:
we are confronted with billions upon billions of viruses and bacteria, throughout our whole life, without any problem for our health, so why does a virus, one day, attack man?
It is the fear of the virus that kills man.
It is not the virus that kills man.
No virus in the world has the power to kill man, if he does not want it to.
Any person contaminated by the virus can come to me; they can sneeze on me, spit on me, run their dirty hands over me, I would not have the knack of catching the illness, unless for me it is time to die.
We do not die of illness; rather an illness comes because the time has come, for us, to die.
So everyone can heal from this virus without any trouble, except those who must die of this virus. Because the time has come, for them, to pass to another state of consciousness.
Already a century ago, an extraordinary being, whose name was Rudolf Steiner, described the process linked to the virus and to fear.
Rudolf Steiner 1917 (‘‘Behind the veil of events’’ Editions Triades)
« There exists in our time a kind of fear that could rightly be compared with the fear of ghosts people had in the Middle Ages; it is the fear of microbes. At bottom, these two states of fear are identical, all due proportion kept.
The Middle Ages had a certain faith in the spiritual world; and naturally what inspired fear in them was of a spiritual nature. The modern age has lost this faith in the spiritual world and believes only in the material. What frightens it are material beings, however small they may be.
What matters to us in any case for today is to note that bacilli can only really be dangerous if they proliferate. They must not be cultivated; that is an obvious point on which everyone agrees. Now, when we examine from the spiritual point of view what stimulates the proliferation of bacilli, we come to a conclusion on which we no longer agree with the materialists. For microbes find particularly favourable ground in us when in our sleep we carry with us nothing but materialistic thoughts. Their best culture broth is when one falls asleep with materialistic ideas alone.
There is no better way of cultivating microbes in a centre of epidemic, or of endemic diseases, than to have nothing else in mind but images of the illness, to be filled with terror towards the illness. When one finds nothing within oneself to set against this fear of illnesses given off by a centre of epidemic, and one falls asleep at night with this idea of fear, there develop in the soul unconscious reflections, echoes, imaginations shot through with dread, and this is a good way of feeding and cultivating microbes. If one manages to calm one's anxiety through active love, for example through caring for the sick, which leaves you no more time to think of yourself, of possible contagion, etc… one thereby also greatly reduces the proliferation of bacilli.
Spiritual science does not teach us these things merely to moralise against human selfishness, but to describe precise realities of the spiritual world. In life we meet the spiritual world everywhere, for we ourselves positively deploy an activity of the spiritual worlds between the time we fall asleep and the time we wake. And better than all the medicines or prescriptions for fighting bacilli, human thought can act; if it frees itself from materialism and feels the spur of an active love of the spirit, its action is a thousand times more fruitful than all the remedies. In the course of this century the knowledge must spread more and more that the spiritual world has importance even with regard to the physical body, an importance that penetrates into the physical universe, because, in reality, during our sleep we plunge into the heart of the spiritual world and act from there upon the physical body left behind in unconsciousness.
Although this action is not perceptible to the senses, it exists nonetheless. »
What we are living through with the Corona virus is a warning shot, given to us by the spiritual world, to raise our level of consciousness and encourage us progressively to pass from selfishness to Love.
Going deeper on the lockdown - March 2020
Lockdown???
This period of lockdown should allow us to question ourselves. It is leading some people to even sharper observations about the way man functions. These observations are indispensable in order to show that the mechanisms put in place by humanity, for several centuries now, are obsolete. These observations are necessary but they are useless if we do nothing with them, if we still and forever content ourselves with merely listing them. Observations are symptoms, just as those of an illness are. They are only consequences.
But how can we reach the true causes, if we look only at the consequences?
We are facing something today that is supremely obvious. A little ‘’thing’’, called a virus, which we do not know at all, which we do not master at all, but about which medicine would have us believe that it knows; this little ‘’thing’’ is going to reveal to us how humanity functions. This little ‘’thing’’ is capable of stopping all the wheels of the economic, political and legal, cultural systems; it is capable of bringing the whole of humanity to a complete standstill. And nobody, I do mean nobody, or at any rate none of those who speak, has gone looking for the true why.
Why is this virus capable of stopping the infernal machine of humanity?
This virus highlights, first of all, the functioning of medicine. Medicine counts the dead, tries to distribute, as best it can across the whole territory, the patients who need intensive care. It is powerless before the symptoms the virus causes and waits for the peak of the epidemic so as then to draw up an assessment of this epidemic, that is, to list once more, and only, observations. It tells us the virus is contagious and that the only way to fight it is to stay at home. It will tell us, at the end of the epidemic, to justify its decisions, that it was the lockdown that made it possible to stop it more quickly.
And most of humanity will believe it without any proof of all this.
Yet it turns out that all epidemics stop by themselves after the peak, and that there has been very little lockdown in the past.
Medicine, which knows, also tells us, one day, that it is pointless to wear non-compliant masks because they serve no purpose. Moreover masks are of no use except for ‘’exposed’’ people. Then, a few days later, that it might perhaps be desirable for everyone to wear a mask, even the masks that were ineffective a few days earlier… and everyone ‘’swallows’’ these statements without batting an eyelid. Medicine is playing ‘’sorcerer's apprentice’’ and shows yet again that it masters nothing.
And yet humanity remains totally robotic.
But how is it possible to stay silent before such mental manipulation?
We are told, elsewhere, that we are at war and that in a war one must fight. These words, uttered six times by a head of state, are of unheard-of violence. During the speech of this gentleman of about forty, who has never known a war, I thought a great deal of all those people who lived through one, lost loved ones, of all those people who were mutilated for life, or even tortured.
How could they have reacted on hearing the word war about a virus?
These words brought on an indescribable psychosis which throws into relief the current functioning of man, namely a functioning governed solely by fear. The word is out: FEAR
Fear is one of the most powerful ingredients sustaining man's selfish functioning. Whenever man is afraid, he thinks only of himself, and it is only afterwards, when he is safe, that he may turn towards others. But the first reflex of fear is to flee… or to bite. It is the reflex of the animal. Fear reflects the animal functioning in man. At this stage, man is a ‘’thinking animal’’ and has not yet earned the title of human being. In both cases, flight or bite, these are consequences, symptoms, observations of fear.
If we truly want to seek the why of the consequences of this little virus, we must accept to see the true behaviour of man, namely his selfish mode of functioning. We will then understand the process of contagion. Contagion is conveyed by fear. It is the fear in man that makes the virus virulent and therefore contagious. It spreads like lightning because man is afraid of it.
But what can we do to counter our fears?
Fear is always synonymous with ignorance. Man has always been afraid of what he did not know. Fear always keeps us in a system of dependence. When man is afraid, he is at the mercy of the one who is supposed to know. The one who is supposed to know will use every subterfuge to make people believe he knows.
This is how medicine has been mastering men for several centuries.
To counter our fears we must go and seek the true knowledge of man. If we turn to the real knowledge of man, we immediately find again the notion of spirituality, that notion which has completely disappeared in favour of materialism.
To understand all this, we need to make a quick summary of: who is man?
We arrive on Earth filled with Universal Love, an immeasurable Love that is totally unconscious, since consciousness has not yet revealed itself. During the first three years of our life, we relive the whole history of the evolution of man. From the age of three, the child begins to say ‘’me’’; this is the real beginning of individualisation. Man will grow and become more and more conscious of his individuality, to the point of becoming individualistic. This passage to individuality is a necessary passage in the evolution of man. It is accompanied simultaneously by a loss of the pre-eminence of the spirit in favour of an ever more materialistic vision. The apogee of materialism was the year 1900.
The me - or ego - of man will take up all the room and, unconsciously, he will slide towards its paroxysm, selfishness. At this stage, man has gone too far and will carry a selfishness that he will live out, most often, unconsciously.
The goal of the whole evolution of humanity is to bring its fulfilment - the human being – to become a unique, free and independent being. This will pass through a phase of unconscious selfishness. The path will then be to see one's own selfishness, that is, to bring it to consciousness. He will pass from an unconscious selfishness to a conscious selfishness. From this stage on, man will be able to work on his selfishness, since he sees it. If man works on his exacerbated ego he will be able to transform it. And when we move beyond the ego, we automatically turn towards others. At that moment, we reach the opposite of ego in excess, we come close to… Love.
Man, at birth, is thus a being filled with pure Love and, very quickly, he will be confronted with the system of ‘’social domestication’’, which will instil in us what we are supposed to do.
From that instant, we will never be able to think for ourselves. We are educated by the thinking of others who, themselves, were formatted by the thoughts of their predecessors; and it is a vicious circle that brings us to the current functioning of humanity. We use only the learning of those who came before us.
This passage is a necessary, obligatory passage. All human beings go through this stage. It is part of evolution. But we can and, above all, we must move beyond this stage.
If we never call this learning into question, we will not be able to reach the knowledge of man. Reaching the knowledge of man obliges us to think for ourselves. We will then notice that we have been steeped in a learning that turns out to be wrong.
Learning and knowledge are not synonymous. The first was integrated into our subconscious without our consent, whereas the second brings us to real consciousness, the one that is the fruit of our own research.
Then we will truly understand the inner functioning of man and why he can be subject to illnesses and to a virus that will stop everything.
We are obliged to call everything into question, to stop wanting to function with the thinking mode of the past; we are going to be obliged to change paradigm completely.
‘’We cannot solve problems with the same brain that caused them.’’
This sentence was spoken by A. Einstein. He tells us that it is impossible to solve a problem with the same mode of intellectual functioning as the one that caused the problem.
Because in fact we are using the wrong brain. The brain that is the master of man is the brain of the heart. The brain of the head, that is, intellectual functioning, must be at its service. Yet we have put in place a system of society where man uses only the brain of the head and completely forgets the information of the brain of the heart. The brain of the heart acts first of all; it is the one that feels, and we all know it: we first have an emotion and only afterwards do we analyse this emotion with the brain of the head. The brain of the head always acts second but, if it dominates the brain of the heart, the latter can no longer express itself. We find this analogy again with the masculine and the feminine in man *. The feminine could be likened to the brain of the heart and the masculine to that of the head.
At present, we can observe that we have created a totally masculine society, where only the brain of the head dominates, a society that will annihilate its feminine part and silence the brain of the heart. Yet it is this feminine part that must meet its masculine part again for the human being to come into balance.
If the human being comes into balance, he will then bring the Earth into balance and viruses will have nothing more to say to us.
We know that fear is always the synonym of ignorance and that as long as we keep people in ignorance, we feed their fear. And yet, did ‘’a medical authority’’ come even once during this pandemic to explain to the people what a virus really was?
For almost all of humanity, a virus is a minuscule ‘’little thing’’ –since it is invisible to the eye – that spreads from living being to living being. They can affect animals only, without transmission to man, or they can also be transmitted through the human species, whether passing through the animal or not. Medicine speaks to us at this stage only of contagion; it explains nothing, but on the other hand frightens us with the word, contagion, for before contagion man is powerless… and when man goes from ignorant to powerless, he feels fear even more and passes into anxiety, which can go as far as distress… which can then become respiratory.
But in fact, what is a virus?
The virus is created by man himself; it is our own suffering cells that expel what medicine has called a virus. It is a ‘’poison’’ rejected by the cell that is poisoning itself, a ‘’poison’’ that will go and graft itself onto its membrane.
In the case of the corona virus, it affects the functioning of oxygen in the cell… oxygen has a total impact on the water cycle in the organism; water, which is the essence of LIFE – without water, life on Earth would not exist – and which is the carrier of wave information in the human body. Oxygen directly affects the heart-lung system in man. And what are the terminal symptoms of the action of the corona virus? Respiratory distress through damage to the cardio-pulmonary system.
The virus always comes from the sick man, who is only the fruit of his sick cells; and the sick man is only the consequence of his unbalanced way of living. This unbalanced way of living has led him to function selfishly and to be, as a result, continually submerged by fears… fear, among others, of a virus that becomes contagious, from the outside, but which in fact is conveyed and sustained by fears… and fear is the vector, far upstream, of all illnesses.
The loop is closed. It is our fears that are contagious, not the virus.
We are once again before an extraordinary observation; the lockdown forces all human activities to stop and we are witnessing a pause in the destruction of the earth. We see pollution disappearing, we see animals taking back their territory, dolphins at the gates of Marseille, fish in the waters of Venice; everywhere in the world life is reclaiming its rights. We see the climate and a whole ecosystem trying to take back the place they had lost because of the activity of men. We have the impression that Mother Earth is breathing, that she is receiving a gulp of oxygen like the person on the point of drowning who is thrown a lifebuoy. This lockdown is showing us that everything, I do mean everything, that man has put in place is not right, and that through his way of functioning he is on the point of destroying himself and destroying the planet — because planet Earth exists only because man exists; without man there could be no Earth, and without Earth there will be no more men.
We cannot understand why we have come to this if we go on functioning with the thoughts we have acquired.
Let us recall A. Einstein's sentence: ‘’We cannot solve problems with the same brain that caused them.’’
This means that everything we have accumulated from the past, and believe to be right, is in fact false. We have built a society, with the help of our head brain, on erroneous concepts that we considered right and from which we elaborated analyses. Our whole system of thinking rests on erroneous concepts, issued from the world of matter, and I will give an example that will be a real bomb for some people. This example ought to challenge today's medicine.
All illnesses come from within. There is no illness that comes from outside.
All the illnesses of man are caused by man himself, from within.
We can extrapolate this concept to the whole functioning of humanity, that is to say, all the events that happen to man are caused by man himself. Everything that comes from outside is caused by man.
It is the inner functioning of man that creates the events he needs. Past, present, future are not separate; they act simultaneously; it is the act, carried out in the present, that draws on its past functioning to choose the future it needs. We do not go towards our future. All the potential futures are already there. We choose the future that is necessary to us in the present moment.
For centuries and centuries we have been witnessing observations that are only consequences, consequences that we have turned into causes. And from these consequences turned into causes, we have elaborated intellectual ways of functioning.
The example of the virus is a telling one, for it shows us that some people will die, that others will be ill to varying degrees, and that the rest will have no symptom of the viral illness. The only question we must ask ourselves is:
Why does this particular virus cause this epidemic, when we are confronted with viruses all our life?
Medicine's answer is: there are people more resistant than others, who have stronger immunity; they have a better terrain.
Once again medicine answers with observations. It sees that there are different categories of people faced with the illness, but at no moment does medicine seek to understand the true why — not the why that consists of saying ‘’they have a better terrain’’, but the why that seeks to understand ‘’why do they have a better terrain?’’
And besides, this analysis still does not answer the question:
Why does this particular virus cause this epidemic, when we are confronted with viruses all our life?
We can never hope to reach the true why by continuing to function with a reasoning that we consider scientific and which is in fact a purely materialistic reasoning. We have reached the height of materialism in every domain of life, and we can become aware, if we want to, that this materialistic mode of functioning explains nothing but is in the process of destroying the entire planet. If we want any hope of reaching the real why, we are going to be obliged to turn towards the authentic knowledge of man and not only his materialistic scientific learning.
We will have to accept the idea that the human body is only the condensation of the spirit. Then we may hope to find the solutions to our situation.
Man, like everything that exists on the planet, is only condensation of the spirit. This means that man is a totally spiritual being — and I did say spiritual, not religious.
What this lockdown is throwing into relief is all the illnesses that man has put in place at the planetary level. The lockdown shows us all the symptoms of the illnesses the earth is living through. And that stopping man's functioning on the planet, for a few days, makes it possible to remove some of the symptoms he has created, namely pollution, the destruction of the ecosystem, the problem of global warming, etc…
The pathologies the planet shows us are of the same order as the pathologies man has been accumulating for centuries. Illnesses are symptoms meant to tell us — in French, illness is maladie, which can be heard as ‘’le mal a dit’’, ‘’the ill has spoken’’ — to make man aware that his mode of functioning is not right.
Illness is present to enlighten man about his mode of functioning.
We eat and digest, most of the time, without any problem. The whole mechanism of digestion unfolds unconsciously. Then, one day, for a reason that escapes us, we no longer digest. And there appear symptoms that awaken us to the fact that we are not digesting well. Medicine will observe these symptoms, note them, then catalogue them as illnesses, and will look outside for the means to stop the symptoms, that is, the consequences of the illness. In this precise case, the illness can no longer prompt us to go and seek the real why, since medicine has removed the alarm ‘’that tells us’’. By analogy, we can compare this situation to the red warning light of a car alerting us to a malfunction. We can go and see where the fault lies, or switch off the red light so that it no longer bothers us.
Medicine will content itself with working on the consequences and will make those who do not know believe that it knows the original reasons for the illness.
If we were capable of reaching the real why of illnesses, they would no longer exist. Yet nowadays medicine lives thanks to illnesses and to an economic system that has taken hold because man is endlessly ill. For if medicine really healed, there should be no more sick people! Spot the error. We are before a bottomless pit.
The ‘’mal a dit’’ is present to tell us. The body is our best friend; it is the temple of man. It warns us at every instant that our inner functioning is no longer right. It then creates symptoms to make us aware of what remained in the unconscious while we were digesting normally.
The definition of health is in fact ‘’healing permanently’’. We regularly bring about our illnesses, but we have an inner mode of functioning that allows us to heal systematically from these illnesses. We create micro-cancers at every instant, micro-cancers that all heal spontaneously. This is called, in medical language, homeostasis, or the physiology of man. It is normality. It is the mode of functioning of every living organism on Earth. And this whole mechanism rests on a rhythm that is proper to each species. The plant loses its leaves in autumn and finds new ones in spring. Everything is rhythm in nature, and we find it in man at every level, most obviously in his cardio-respiratory system.
Then, one day, the symptoms show us that we are no longer healing; they are there to awaken our consciousness to the fact that our previous way of functioning was not right. The ‘’mal a dit’’ is present to tell us, so that we become aware that it is our own mode of functioning that brings us to illness.
Illnesses will then repeat themselves, move around, as many times as necessary, to awaken us to the fact that our mode of functioning is not right. Up to the supreme illness that brings death, because the person has still not awakened to a right way of functioning.
The people who do not function rightly represent almost the whole of humanity. They will therefore create a planetary mode of functioning that is not right; this in turn will create illnesses of the Earth, to make us understand that the planetary mode of functioning is not right; and this planetary mode of functioning that is not right exists because the inner mode of functioning of man is, itself too, not right.
To understand this whole process it will be necessary to come back to the fundamental notion of the spiritual part of man. Man, as he lives today, acts according to materialistic, mechanistic thoughts, where everything is based on the economy, on money.
And this lockdown, which makes us stop everything and puts everything on standby, lets us see — through the pollution that is decreasing, through a whole host of symptoms that are disappearing from Mother Earth — that this mode of functioning is not right.
We must find again our mislaid spiritual part, that spiritual part which brought us to Earth as beings carried by Love, beings turned towards others. This spiritual part, having disappeared, has progressively been replaced by an ever more powerful selfishness; the selfishness that now allows us to commit acts which are destroying the whole planet. One of the most characteristic acts of our materialistic selfishness is the internet and its current apogee, 5G; this electromagnetic spider's web surrounds the planet with waves that kill over the short, medium and long term. But as these waves are invisible to the eye, the materialists, who believe only what they see, vigorously deny the dangerousness of these waves. Yet no one can escape them. And it is each person's ‘’famous’’ terrain, unexplored by medicine, that will make the difference between those who will be affected straight away and those who will be affected later.
We are electrical beings; we have 50,000 billion cells which are polarised negatively on the inside and positively at the surface, on the membrane. Each cell develops 1.4 volts, which makes 70,000 billion volts in total in our organism. We are traversed on every side by gigantic electrical currents that convey information through waves. All our cells are interconnected by a wave system, by communication through water in particular. And we have seen that this virus, which is attacking men, is in fact a process that affects the functioning of oxygen in the water of man. And when we speak of oxygen, we speak of the respiratory functions of the cells and of the whole man, through his heart and his lungs.
And what does the virus do? It causes cardio-respiratory distress.
The virus is showing us the organs affected by its action. They are the organs of rhythm, heart-lung. The organs of rhythm, heart-lung, are the first to be affected when man finds himself in a poor psycho-affective functioning. We all know that an emotion causes an acceleration of the heart rate as well as an acceleration of breathing.
But what is psycho-affective functioning? It is the meeting between the brain of the head –psycho – and that of the heart – affective – or, put another way, between the masculine and the feminine.
So, if we go back up the chain, but no longer look from the materialistic side, as medicine does, if we widen out to the spiritual part of man, we then become aware that it is our whole psycho-affective system that is responsible for our illnesses. And behind the psycho-affective system, there is the deep inner functioning of man, that is to say the dysfunction between the masculine and the feminine.
The current functioning of humanity rests on the domination of the brain of the head and, within the head, of the left part of the brain. This state of being has led man to become purely materialistic and to develop his selfishness further — a selfishness which is itself conveyed by fears, and these will allow the virus to develop exponentially.
If we want to come out of a ‘’viral pandemic’’, the only universal remedy in the world is the opposite of fear… it is JOY. Joy not only destroys all viruses; it prevents viruses from existing.
This Joy – and I do mean joy, not pleasure – is the supreme feeling of Love. It does not come from our ego but from elsewhere; it is given to us without expecting anything in return, unlike pleasure, which always feeds our selfishness.
Joy is like a gift given to us as a reward for right conduct in our daily life. It is given as a gift to all those women and men who act solely with the aim of helping others.
But what is this elsewhere?
It is our spiritual part, mislaid at birth and found again through a nascent love, a love that allows us to turn towards others by mastering our ego so that it comes at last into our service, so that it is no longer manipulated by a purely materialistic functioning, which keeps man in selfishness.
If man masters his ego, it means he has accomplished the physiological junction between his feminine and his masculine; the two are then balanced and each will nourish the other with its qualities.
Good finds its place again, for evil is always a good that is not in its place, either in excess or in deficiency. Too much masculine brings us too much brain of the head, too much ‘’psycho’’, too much rigidity; and too much feminine over-nourishes the brain of the heart, namely too much ‘’affect’’, too much of the emotional.
Once the ego is balanced, it is our own decisions that we will turn into voluntary acts, founded on a moral conscience, which will then be able truly to put into practice the magnificent threefold order, ‘’Liberty – Equality – Fraternity’’, a threefold order that has never yet been applied.
We will then be able to add an adjective to the expression ‘’to become a unique, free and independent being’’… that of spiritual.
Man will then have passed from the stage of the thinking animal to that of Human Being.
Fear will then be eradicated from the surface of the globe… and all the viruses and other ‘’things’’ that go with it.

To stay silent, when we know that the words we hear are wrong, is to submit — and I do not want to submit! Submitting is also the feminine in the human being, still unable to take its place.
That is why I have decided to speak, to speak and to speak again, to all those women and men who, for the moment, have not been able to express themselves and who feel how these words vibrate in their heart.
I have also decided to speak to all those who will have the will to speak in their turn.
My writings may seem repetitive in places, but they are given to me in this order, as if it were necessary to repeat, repeat…. repeat.
All the reflections I have been writing for several years may seem to deal with many different subjects. They are in fact all linked together, and we can turn them every which way — they meet up all the time.
This text is one of those reflections that came to me in the period we are living through at present, a period that must bring us to … speak.

Medical science took power by creating hyperspecialisation, so as to move away from the whole. This hyperspecialisation has created an unbridgeable chasm between the one who knows and the one who does not. This chasm allows it to hide behind the everlasting phrase, ‘’it is scientifically proven’’. Confronted with this phrase, the lay world can only fall silent, because it does not know, and it thinks that medicine knows, since it is proven.
But who has actually gone to look at ‘’the scientific proofs’’? No one will venture there, for the lay world believes in its medicine.
Medicine has created specialists supposed to perform better than general practitioners. It has contrived to isolate each organ for a supposedly better knowledge. Yet it is necessary to understand that it is impossible to understand the real functioning of man by dividing him into pieces. Using this way of thinking is the best way to keep man in ignorance – and therefore in his fears – for we will always be confronted with the consequences but never with the causes.
The only way to reach an understanding of man is, on the contrary, to return to the original unity and to start from the infinitely large to arrive at the infinitely small; then, starting from the infinitely small (the first sperm-ovum couple), to understand ‘’the infinitely large’’, namely the human body.
At the very beginning, there is the meeting between the sperm and the ovum. This meeting constitutes the first cell of man. It is the representation of unity in the infinitely small, just as there existed a primordial unity, at the origin of everything, in the infinitely large. In this cellular unity, the WHOLE programme of man already exists.
From this original cell, we witness a first cell multiplication that biology calls undifferentiated cells, because all these cells are identical. Then the undifferentiated cells differentiate into cells specific to each organ; we see the appearance of cells of the lung, the kidney, the heart, the brain, etc. Each cell will fulfil the role for which it is programmed… but programmed by whom?
Who can tell me by what miracle one cell heads for the heart and another for the kidney? I will be answered: it is the fruit of evolution.
But have we really answered the question, when we content ourselves with saying that?
And besides, what does science know of real evolution, apart from offering a few hypotheses it has admitted as truths?
If we scratch a little further upstream on this question, science becomes powerless to answer on this subject. It offers only hypotheses which have turned into ‘’its truths.’’
We have 50,000 billion cells in the human body. While I am writing these lines, a few billion of these cells are functioning at the same time, connecting to one another simply to allow me to write. All this takes place below my level of consciousness. I have no idea of the inner cellular mechanism that allows me to write. And yet I must face the evidence. What a beauty of creation the human being represents.
This living human body is a gigantic alchemy. No machine, however sophisticated, can attain this performance.
But how to explain this alchemy?
Who can explain to us the magnificent functioning of the biology of man?
Who can truly explain LIFE to us?
Medicine has busied itself with the pieces of man; it has gone all the way down to the infinitely small, but always through observations. It is not capable of ‘’piecing back together’’ the fragments to find the whole again.
Experimental science gives us the proof of this.
Man totally masters the world of matter. He is capable of building machines of every kind, of taking them apart, of putting them back together without any problem. He is also capable of ‘’taking apart’’ and then analysing the components of a plant, of an animal, of a man — but he is incapable of rebuilding them, because he does not master LIFE.
He still does not have the power to answer:
Who programmed this alchemy that gave Life?
How, from a single cell, can we arrive at 50,000 billion cells collaborating in concert, when each cell has its own identity? It is a flawless solidarity that the human body offers us, through the autonomous yet altruistic functioning of its cells.
And now let us turn to the 7 or 8 billion human beings, themselves also unique in their own functioning, and imagine that they are the cells of the organism Earth — that is, that they too function in concert so that the Earth may live naturally, according to its own biology. We then obtain a perfect solidarity, the only guarantor of the harmony of the whole.
Then we pass once more from the infinitely small to the infinitely large.
In every domain, hyperspecialisation moves away from the whole, from the original unity. Each discipline has adopted this mode of functioning and each has developed in its own way, moving away from the global view. This hyperspecialisation allows every sector of activity to hide behind its own learning.
Each cell of the organism Earth functions in individuality but has separated itself from the whole.
The current lockdown brings us to observations. First, that our whole human system really is based on the economy and money. That everything collapses as soon as the economy disappears. A simple virus calls everything into question.
Medical science holds the power and makes the world believe that it knows, that it masters. And when it no longer masters anything, as with the current pandemic, it still wants to show that it holds the power of decision, and the might. For this it has brought in the dogma, the thought, of ‘’contagion’’. This dogma allows it to remain master of the situation. Through this dogma, it gives its orders to counter the ‘’contagion’’.
But who can call into question the principle of this contagion, while remaining frozen on the scientific foundations that lead us to the dogma of viral contagion?
Medical science, and science in general, does not want to hear other ideas, other reflections that run counter to its ‘’certainties’’. Anything outside their ‘’certainties’’ cannot be heard.
But this false dogma of viral contagion is going to allow us to live through something unique, and perhaps to see the functioning of man.
What is viral contagion based on? It rests on the fear of transmitting, but above all of contracting, the illness. At the origin, there is the fear of falling ill. Then we will, once again, create another mode of thought by making people believe that we are altruists and that we do not want to transmit the illness to others. This thought becomes noble in the eyes of the world, but it is an alibi for not showing our selfishness, namely the fear of contracting the illness, for ourselves or for those close to us.
This system of lockdown shows us the selfishness of each person, when we see people rushing into supermarkets to stockpile goods, without worrying whether any will be left for the others. Where are the altruism and the ‘’civic-mindedness’’ everyone invokes, when we are still facing our fears.
This phenomenon of ‘’pseudo contagion’’ brings us to the observation of the generalised selfish functioning of present-day man.
We set out from medical science, from science in general. We set out from hyperspecialisation in every sector, to arrive at the observation of a generalised functioning of selfishness in man. Faced with this selfish functioning, which is unbearable to our eyes, we will use a whole host of theories to make men believe that they think of others, for it is far more respectable, more venerable, to have an altruistic functioning than a selfish one. We know all this; we cannot stand selfishness in others, but we practically never see our own selfish behaviour.
We would dearly like to be altruists, but we are, at present, incapable of it.
If we now entertain the thought that the contagion of a virus does not exist, but that it is the fear of ‘’catching’’ this virus - for the most skilful - that is contagious, knowing that fear is one of the facets of selfishness, then what happens?
All our medical theories collapse; all our scientific power crumbles; the medical world, which holds power over others, is no longer credible. But for that, we will have to change paradigm and no longer content ourselves with materialistic reflections. It will be necessary to widen drastically the true knowledge of man.
Who are we really?
If we truly want to advance medical science, we can no longer
function intellectually on the basis of the law of ‘’cause and effect’’, which applies only to the world of matter. We must become aware that this law cannot apply to the living, that medical science does not know life, does not explain life; it contents itself with observing it, and it uses the laws of mechanics, which cannot apply to biology.
To explain life, we will have to leave the concept of cells behind, to enter physics and quantum medicine and speak of waves and vibratory energy. Waves are conveyed in the body by water, and it is the vibratory functioning of water in the body that can allow us to begin to understand life differently. These wave movements take on their full meaning when we observe that we have created a gigantic electromagnetism that surrounds and asphyxiates the whole planet. This vibratory electromagnetic phenomenon obviously comes and disturbs the intracellular wave functioning of man, for man is an electrical being.
A simple magnet is capable of transforming iron filings; this means that a very small magnetic current is capable of modifying the molecular structure of a metal; this we observe with our physical eyes. And we are incapable of thinking that, on a worldwide scale, electromagnetic currents have an effect on man, solely because we cannot observe them with our eyes!
All our cells have their own electromagnetic functioning, which allows the circulation of vital energy. The surrounding electromagnetic power comes and disturbs the inner functioning of these cells, and particularly the function of oxygen in water.
This dysfunction of cellular oxygen will bring about symptoms at the level of the organs.
And which system is affected first of all? It is the cardio-respiratory system and the lung-heart organs, which are the ‘’organisers’’ of oxygen in the human body. And what are the symptoms caused by the famous ‘’corona virus’’? They are respiratory and cardiac distress.
The city of Wuhan, from which ‘’the epidemic’’ set out, is the first city in the world to be entirely under the grip of 5G. 5G multiplies the connection speed of the Internet system dizzyingly. Therefore it multiplies electromagnetic waves dizzyingly. For several decades now, independent studies have existed which have proven the destructive effects of wireless communication, and of mobile phones in particular. Yet a handful of people go on putting in place the destruction of man, by drastically increasing the frequencies of electromagnetic waves… with the blessing of men, who have all become dependent on their mobile phones.
Men are responsible for ‘’the viral process’’, which is in fact the consequence of the poisoning of the cells, which progressively succumb to the incessant aggression of electromagnetism, an aggression brought to its paroxysm by the totally destructive activity of 5G *. The most vulnerable men will die; those a little less affected will fall ill, and the others will not develop the illness for the moment — but the whole of humanity is affected by electromagnetism, and these ‘’pseudo epidemic’’ episodes will repeat themselves more and more frequently, so that man may at last become aware (or not) of the urgency of stopping this mad race towards electromagnetism… and therefore towards materialistic functioning pushed to its paroxysm.
« Viruses are simply the excretion of a poisoned cell; viruses are pieces of DNA or RNA, or of a few other proteins; they are expelled from the cell. They appear when the cell is poisoned. They are the cause of nothing.»
R. Steiner said this in 1918.
Some will retort: this is nonsense; others, more respectful, will speak of unfounded hypotheses!
Well then, let us be truly scientific and above all real researchers, that is to say, people who want to find at all costs, without qualms, without wanting to make their research fit their ‘’basic certainties’’. Let us go and verify these hypotheses, rather than reject them on the pretext that they run counter to our own ideas.
I am one of those researchers who have been capable of agreeing to call their acquired teaching into question, when it shows its limits, so as to practise the ‘’why not’’ of every new idea, and above all not to judge ideas before having done the work needed to explore them in depth.
I have done, I do, and I will continue to do this work on the legacy R. Steiner left us. I can say, at the present time, that I have never yet encountered a body of work so coherent, a work that embraces so fully the totality of humanity and of the cosmos, and that I am available to talk before any personality whatsoever, without any polemic.
Only there is one small problem. To be able to talk with the scientific community, one must belong to it.
It, and it alone, decides on ‘’the current data of science’’.
It, and it alone, tirelessly repeats the phrase, ‘’it is scientifically proven’’. So it is a real vicious circle we are facing, for it is impossible to bring new hypotheses to a structure that feeds on itself through reasonings that can never be called into question. Not belonging to the scientific community, I will therefore never be able to exchange with it.
The second problem is that this scientific community is the only one allowed to communicate through the media. The others have no right to speak, so they cannot bring in new ideas, from which we might perhaps think differently.
The scientific community therefore holds a dictatorial power, for no calling into question is possible. We are facing a real mental manipulation… and mental manipulation is the synonym of a sect.
And yet, if we really scratch the surface, we come to an observation that calls into question all the ‘’medical certainties’’:
No illness can be conveyed from outside; all illnesses are created by man himself, and viruses are among them.
There is no true epidemic. There is no contagion due to an epidemic. There are warnings from the spiritual world, in the form of illnesses internal to each man, illnesses that cannot be transmitted to others, if fear and selfishness do not dominate, but which must allow us to raise our consciousness. For that, it will be necessary to call all our medical ‘’learning’’ into question, to go and seek the true knowledge of man.
We will have to agree to re-examine ‘’all the current data of science’’, behind which medicine hides and makes us believe that it knows.
But how can we call into question the ‘’current data of science’’ when they are in the hands of the very people who are their guarantors?
They have acquired enormous power, and with it the money that goes hand in hand. Above all they do not want to lose this power; so they do not accept the other possible paths of research; they do not even agree to hear them, and they denigrate them without knowing them.
I have proof of all this. For more than thirty years we have been observing profound physical and psychical changes in the people who have taken the path of humano-dentosophy. We are no longer at the stage of hypotheses but of certainties. And yet no one knows humano-dentosophy in the faculties of medicine, and therefore among the general public.
For many decades (and even centuries, or millennia, if we refer to traditional Chinese medicine) real researchers of every persuasion have been bringing solutions to our decadent medicine, but they are totally ignored.
Medical science absolutely refuses to hear any hypotheses other than its certainties, and yet, in the current situation, it shows us its total incapacity to understand the event. It acts only on consequences and makes us believe that lockdown is the only solution. When the epidemic is over, it will tell us it was thanks to the lockdown, whereas there have been many epidemics in the past and all of them died out by themselves without lockdown. An ‘’epidemic’’ appears, reaches a peak, then disappears when all the people who were meant to live through it are either dead or healed.
Why are some people untouched by the ‘’contagion’’, if the contagion is real? We are told they are immunised, or more resistant. But then why are they more resistant? If we are real researchers, let us go and study this resistance that spares people from the ‘’contagion’’.
Or perhaps there is no contagion? And then this contagion, proclaimed by medicine, would be nothing but a subterfuge to mask the ignorance and powerlessness of this medicine! For if contagion does not exist, medicine must then seek the why of such a hecatomb of sick people, and call into question all the certainties it conveys by making us believe, for more than a century, that illnesses come from outside and that we can cure them thanks to medicines and to everything they bring in economically.
Epidemics appear to open our eyes, like tsunamis, like all the catastrophes that have been piling up more and more frequently for some years.
We must piece back together the fragments of the hyperspecialists. Hyperspecialisation leads us into intellectual and practical dead ends, and it has allowed us to put in place a system of human functioning that is totally erroneous, where thought and respect for the other do not truly exist. Each person thinks only of himself, and only afterwards may he turn towards the other.
This selfish mode of functioning is an obligatory passage in the evolution of man; we had to go through it, but now it is necessary to become aware that we must return to the origin, that is, to unconditional love, the love that allows us to love our neighbour as much as our children.
This unconditional love necessarily passes through the management of the ego. Selfishness is always a paroxysm of ego, an ego no longer in its place, either in deficiency or in excess. We must find this balance in the ego again, and we have the possibility of seeing this imbalance in the mouths of men. We have the means to see outwardly, in a physical and palpable way, the inner functioning of man through his mouth. All the successful experiences through the work of humano-dentosophy show us that human beings meet, little by little, the opposite of selfishness… love.
We must draw the lessons from this viral episode, otherwise we will see more and more of them arriving.
The functioning of society depends totally on the inner functioning of man. To hope to create a free, equal and fraternal society, it is imperative to understand the inner functioning of man, that is to say inner liberty, inner equality and inner fraternity. We have reached a point where we know practically nothing of the inner functioning of man. It is a total calling into question, and the events of the pseudo virus bring us the proof of it.
The inner functioning of man can only be understood if medical science agrees to see all its limits and to lay ‘’the current data of science’’ entirely back on the table. Quantum physics and quantum medicine are on this path, and at the level of biology they call into question the whole of Newtonian physics and current medicine.
But we cannot stop at this stage. If we want to leave hyperspecialisation behind and find again the primordial unity of man, we will necessarily have to rejoin the greatest part, the one that has been hidden away by the materialist world, namely the spiritual part of man — and I did say spiritual, not religious. There can be great confusion between spirituality and religion. For some people these two words are practically synonymous. Yet it turns out that religion is a drop of water in the ocean of spirituality. Religion was created by men following the passage of the Christ entity on Earth, at a time when humanity had totally lost its link with its atavistic spirituality. It was then necessary, to allow man to try to link himself back (religion comes from the word ‘’religare’’, which means: to link) to this vanished spirituality.
Today we are asked to find again our ‘’mislaid’’ spiritual part, from which real physical science stems; it is this spiritual part that will allow us to make the ego in excess disappear, in favour of a Love that has long been waiting to find its place again.
Man must pass progressively from an unconscious selfishness to a conscious selfishness, that is, see his selfishness so as to be able to track it down and later remove it. Unconscious selfishness corresponds to the current state of being of man. Man is, for the moment, at the stage of the ‘’thinking animal’’, that is to say a selfish being who thinks. He must one day reach the stage of Human Being, that is to say a ‘’Man who loves’’.
The definition of a human being could be: the Love that circulates in Man.
For the moment, man's unconscious selfishness sustains his imbalance. It is his unbalanced functioning that causes his own illnesses, illnesses that create an unbalanced society, and therefore an Earth that is now expressing its own illnesses — namely, among others, epidemics.
The goal of the formation of the Earth is the appearance of humanity. The Earth developed progressively, throughout its evolution, to allow man to appear. The Earth cannot exist without man, and man cannot live without the Earth.
If we want to care for the Earth and put right the degradations we have caused it, we must not mistake the target and lean over each piece of damage in particular. (For example, wanting to deal with agriculture separately from pollution, or from the politico-legal domain, or from medicine, etc…)
The illnesses of the Earth are consequences of the doings of man. If we want to make the consequences disappear, we must address the causes, that is to say men, and go and understand their illnesses.
To solve the problems of society and of the Earth, man must come into balance and make the irreplaceable link between his earthly, material part and his cosmic, spiritual part. Or, put another way, and more accessible to today's ears, between his masculine part and his feminine part.
This requires a drastic change in our purely intellectual functioning, which has taken up all the room in a society at present turned entirely towards the masculine.
I insist on the fact that I am indeed speaking of the feminine and the masculine in the human being, and not of woman and man as sexes — and that there are therefore also men with a feminine dominance and women with a masculine dominance.
Only the meeting between these two poles can bring harmony into Man, and that is the whole Task humanity must accomplish if it wants to continue its evolution.
We have the possibility of seeing the functionings in excess - feminine or masculine - in our mouths. So we have a physical reading capable of following our own spiritual evolution, of visualising our own blockages, and of having the possibility, if we want to, of remedying them.
In the previous sentence the words ‘’if we want to’’ are capital, for they carry us towards a practically unknown universe… the forces of will of man. Indeed, nearly all of us are convinced that we have will. Every day, in our work, we perform acts that stem from our will; at least, that is what we believe. In fact we act by reaction to events, which are all dictated to us from outside; we obey our parents when we are children, then, as adults, our leaders, our superiors, the rules proper to each profession, situations of competition, etc. We also react according to our upbringing, guided solely by the process of ‘’social domestication’’, that is, everything our parents, our teachers, society have taught us. All this has brought us to ‘’being thought’’, and to using robotic ‘’re-acts’’ in situations that have become habits.
We are practically never in true will, which requires setting in motion inner forces that most often lie unexploited. These forces will bring about Acts, which depend on us alone, and which are the fruit of an inner path that obliges us, first of all, to pause on the present moment, for only presence to oneself is capable of allowing us to think for ourselves.
Only then can we put in place acts done in consciousness, whereas ‘’re-acts’’ are carried out in the unconscious, mechanically, out of habit.
We have an extraordinary example of this with the current viral epidemic.
We have all become ‘’zombies’’, obeying orders coming from the ‘’Father’’, as all children naturally do at the time of their apprenticeship, for at that period of their life children cannot yet think for themselves.
But we are no longer children, and yet we go on performing gestures without understanding. We all go into lockdown because the ‘’Father’’ has said so, without seeking to know whether what the ‘’Father’’ says is right; but above all, whether we are sure that the ‘’Father’’ himself is certain of what he says.
Let us try to analyse the current situation. We have the highest medical authorities ‘’who know’’, and everyone is convinced of it. This scientific committee informs the president of the republic, who gives his orders to the people. So the decision rests on the highest medical authorities. Everything these authorities say will be followed to the letter, without anyone having the possibility of saying otherwise.
And what if what the highest medical authorities say were not right?
Who has gone to verify what the highest medical authorities say, in this precise event, and more generally, in all the domains of medicine?
So the highest medical authorities have full power, and above all the power of life or death over the population.
There are many people, and I am one of them, who have amassed enough proof to call current medicine totally into question. Only, as we know, medicine holds the power of ‘’the current data of science’’, and it is medicine, and medicine alone, that decides on its current data. And if a person has the audacity to bring new ideas, that person is put in the dock as a whistle-blower, a conspiracy theorist, or a cult member.
The highest medical authorities hide behind the phrase that settles every problem: ‘’it is scientifically proven.’’
Behind this phrase, no further discussion is possible. This phrase is addressed to all those ‘’who do not know, or do not believe they know’’; so the latter fall silent before those who ‘’know’’ — or above all are convinced that they ‘’know’’.
So let us pause a moment before the incoherence of the ‘’savants’’. And let us ask the questions to which we have no causal answer.
Does anyone in the population really know what a virus corresponds to?
Why does a viral epidemic arrive?
Epidemics have existed for a very long time and all of them, without exception, stop by themselves. Why does this one require a lockdown?
Why have all the media pushed aside every other subject of news, announcing on a loop, every day, the number of deaths on television?
During a flu epidemic, are the deaths announced every day?
The medical authorities are aware that this epidemic kills less than the flu, so why have they created this psychosis?
Why does television interview only the people who keep this psychosis going?
The longer this lockdown goes on, the more we witness an underlying aggressiveness towards those who show little or no respect for the ‘’orders’’. People then speak of a lack of civic-mindedness, when only fear for oneself matters to the great majority of people. This situation creates this aggressiveness through lack of knowledge.
The ‘’learning’’ of medicine is powerless before true knowledge, but it leads us into infantilism and into blaming others. It explains nothing but decides everything, and man — or rather the ‘’thinking animal’’ — obeys like a dog its master.
The ‘’pseudo viral contagion’’… why ‘’pseudo’’? Because the contagion is not viral, it is a contagion of FEAR.
It is fear that conveys the virus and triggers the illness – as with all illnesses, for that matter -, not the virus itself; otherwise someone will have to explain to me why not everyone is affected?
- Medicine answers: some are more resistant than others.
Then why do some resist more?
- Medicine answers: because they have a better-performing immune system.
But then why is this immune system better-performing?
Where are the real medical answers to these questions?
Medicine contents itself with words, which it hands out to ‘’those who do not know that it knows nothing about it’’.
What is the immune system? It is a nebulous notion supposed to tell us that it is the system that makes it possible to fight the ‘’aggressors’’ of the organism. That again is a definition, an observation.
But why is it better-performing in some people?
That is where the true research lies.
First of all, bring back to consciousness that each human being is unique in the world, and that it is therefore impossible to put him into charts or statistics. Then go and understand why this unique being will develop a better-performing immune system than his neighbour, in the same way that a cell of the body may dysfunction or not.
To answer these questions it is urgent to leave the ‘’learning’’ of medicine behind and to become aware that it has no answer to give to any of these questions.
So, to hope to find answers, we must invest ourselves personally, think for ourselves, go and seek our own forces of will, which will make us act so as to go and see the ‘’lies’’ of our medicine.
We can no longer stupidly ‘’swallow’’ everything THEY tell us on the pretext ‘’that they know’’.
No, it is false, they do not know — and the proofs of their ignorance exist.
We have yet another proof of all this.
When man arrives on Earth, he is endowed with several senses that allow him to perceive, and to make the indispensable links between the outer world and his inner world. Five of them are known — touch, taste, smell, sight and hearing — and seven have remained unknown to the learning of medicine.
All these senses are necessary but not indispensable to life, with one exception: touch.
If a child is not touched from birth, he wastes away. The sense of touch is the only vital sense. Then men grow up and feel the supreme need to touch one another, to embrace, to kiss, to live bodily contact.
Through these gestures man reaches his real earthly nourishment. If he no longer has this nourishment, he goes mad — though in some people this may first show as aggressiveness, then sometimes violence.
And what do the decision-makers offer us in the face of this epidemic?
To stop touching one another, and even to push one another away, to no longer have any physical contact. This cannot be right, for if we push this reasoning to the extreme, it is the loss of the human race. And we observe that this attitude causes more and more aggressiveness. The lockdown brings us yet another proof that, far from keeping our distance during this pseudo-contagion, we should on the contrary embrace, kiss, touch one another. We will then notice that the epidemic is no worse — but for that, the experiment must be tried, an experiment that was already carried out during flu epidemics a few years ago.
I have already written it in my previous reflection.
The me - or ego - of man will take up all the room and, unconsciously, he will slide towards its paroxysm, selfishness. At this stage, man has gone too far and will carry a selfishness that he will live out, most often, unconsciously. He will find himself in a state of lack of love all his life, a lack he will want to compensate by the only means he has put in place at present... money.
Yet that is impossible, for this love is the only vital NOURISHMENT of man. Man cannot live without love… at present he is merely surviving. If man lacks his nourishment of love, the one and only remedy existing on Earth, which he needs urgently, is precisely this Love.
The damage to the Earth was created by sick men; only healed men will have the right acts to heal the Earth.
So, to save the Earth, men must first of all save themselves.
For that, they must reach the real understanding of their own functioning.
Sick man created medicine; it is because man became sick that medicine came to exist. It jumped onto a moving train. Medicine is the consequence of sick man, so it does not have the power to find the solution for sick man, since it is only a consequence of him.
For sick man to recover his health, he can no longer function by hoping to heal with thoughts issued from consequences, namely medicine. For medicine uses the same brain to understand illnesses as the brain that served man to unbalance himself.
This medical learning must disappear in favour of another mode of thinking, based on the deep causes that brought man to become ill.
It is at this price, and only at this price, that we will be able to save man and his planet.
For man, having become sound, will not be able to function otherwise than with sound thoughts, which will bring about right acts.
At present the selfish world, and therefore the sick world, offers us ‘’sick’’ solutions. The world of love asks us to touch one another, to embrace one another; the selfish world, through its ‘’highest medical authorities’’, forces us to lock ourselves away, to push one another aside. An unbalanced humanity can only propose unbalanced solutions.
I have a friend, Roger Mc Gowen, sentenced to death for a crime he did not commit, who lived for 33 years on death row in Texas. The prisoners there are totally confined, without contact, and most of them go mad.
Roger would descend into ‘’hell’’, ‘’live through hell’’ for several years, before feeling his spirituality, buried a few years after his birth.
He would then rejoin Love, which would become his cellmate.
Roger moved beyond all hatred and developed a Love unimaginable in the eyes of the selfish world.
Roger has lived both humanities, that of selfishness first and that of Love afterwards. That is the Task of every man on this earth. He is an example that it is possible.
Roger told us that what he suffered from most was not being able to take a friend in his arms. He declares himself totally free, for real freedom lies only in the spirit. One single thing is missing for him … contact with other human beings, with the other cells of humanity — in the same way that health is the realisation of the unity of all the cells of our body. Just as the human body needs perfect harmony between all its cells, the Earth needs perfect fraternity between all its humans, that is to say the complementarity of all men. We all need one another; evolution cannot come about if each human being functions individually without caring about the whole.
That is why the confinement of men will always be a solution opposed to life.
Let us listen to what our heart says, and stop listening to the others, who function only with their head.
We can no longer content ourselves with speaking of love, with singing of love; now we must live it, be contagious with it wherever we find ourselves.
That is where the real contagion lies.
Coluche said:
‘’ Just because a million idiots say the same thing does not make them right. ’’.
I will simply rectify his words by removing the judgement, and say:
‘’ Just because billions of people say the same thing does not make them right. ’’
We are now asked to say things, to speak, to express ourselves.
All the people who feel these words to be right, who are touched by these words at the level of the brain of the heart, and not only at the level of the brain of the head, must speak of them.
If we keep silent, it means that we accept, that we are still at the level of the ‘’zombie’’ and of the ‘’thinking animal’’.
If we want to find again the status of human being, we must express ourselves, say and do the things we feel to be right.
We no longer have the right to keep silent.
The people who think differently from current thought and who keep silent are still under the grip of fear, and therefore of their selfishness. By keeping silent, they endorse this thought, and behave as victims.
It is not enough to think of love, to speak of love,we must act out of love.
Acting out of love begins with saying the things we feel to be right, even if these things run counter to the words of billions of people.
Then doing things — such as, for example, no longer accepting this lockdown without saying anything.
So, when are we — all of us — going to wake up?
With all my Love

Immunity and vaccine - May 2020
The physical body cannot be ill, since the physical body alone is the corpse; and a corpse has no life, so it cannot be ill. For illness to exist, life must be present. It is the inner life of man that creates illness, or does not. Illness is therefore a natural biological function brought about by the human body in its totality, that is to say Physical Body, Life Body, Astral Body and I. Only the I of man can ‘’decide’’ on illness or health, knowing that illness is a health that is no longer in its place.
The role of illness is to warn the I, in consciousness, that it has just developed an illness in its unconscious. Illness brings to consciousness what would have remained unconscious without its intervention.
Illness never comes from outside; it is always brought about by ourselves, sometimes consciously, but most often unconsciously.
Everything medicine gives us as causes of illnesses coming from outside are in fact only triggering agents, superimposed on a terrain – the body - governed by the I of man.
The concept of medicine, which consists of thinking that illness is caused from outside, is erroneous, and therefore healing can never come from medicines and vaccines.
What does medicine tell us? What is immunity for it?
This is where the current drama lies; medicine is playing sorcerer's apprentice with an immunity about which it knows practically nothing, apart from having observed it; it still makes us believe that it knows, when it knows absolutely nothing about the exact triggering of immunity.
Medicine has observed that our immune system is capable of creating antibodies against aggressors, which it has named ‘’antigens’’. It has dissected the physico-chemical process, that is, the mechanisms the body puts in place during external aggressions. It functions according to the logic of cause and effect, that is, a mode of reasoning valid for the world of matter but incomplete as soon as we touch on life in man. For life is governed solely by the I of man, which is totally individual and can be put neither into percentages nor into statistics — which are, however, the only means medicine has of announcing its ‘’proofs’’, considered indisputable.
But at no moment does medicine answer these questions:
By what miracle does the body set all these defence mechanisms in motion?
Who orchestrates all this?
Since Pasteur, it has made humanity believe that man cannot defend himself alone and that he needs SOMEONE to bring about his antibodies for him.
Vaccines are developed after each epidemic, that is, after many people have died or become immune. So we are going to inject vaccines so that the others no longer catch the illness — when they did not contract it during the epidemic. And then these vaccines, supposed to immunise us, have to be re-injected because they are no longer effective after a certain time, whereas a natural immunity immunises the person for life. So what do these vaccines really touch? Certainly not natural immunity, since ‘’boosters’’ are necessary. We are still in absolute vagueness, yet still gambling with the health and lives of men.
Medicine has observed extremely serious side effects in some vaccinated people, but it then uses the famous phrase ‘’benefit-risk’’ to exonerate itself, and justifies the immediate side effects in this way.
The MMR – rubella, mumps, measles - is in the process of contradicting this, for it is making the number of autistic children grow exponentially. The proofs are there, and a serious documentary was censored by the medical world, then by the media, although most of them had not watched it. – the documentary ‘’Waxxed’’-. This alarming and indisputable study — because, unfortunately, it is really visible — proves the indisputable link between MMR vaccination and the exponential development of autism, going from 1 case in 10,000 children to one case in 100 children; and if nothing is decided to stop vaccination in this form, the curve foresees 1 autistic child in 2 births in 2030. So much for the immediate effects.
Now let us concern ourselves with the longer-term effects.
At no moment has medicine looked into the long term, into the possible harmfulness of these chemical injections for the whole organism, for it has decreed that no complication exists — all this without any proof, since nothing has been done to try to prove it. It is one more assertion.
And then all of this is unprovable, for how could one imagine implicating vaccines in this or that illness, in this or that weakness of the organism, in the possible lowering of an immunity no longer naturally stimulated, in the fragility of a child faced with microbial aggressions, then requiring repeated antibiotic treatments, until we realise that antibiotics are less and less effective? All this is truly unprovable, and never will be provable over the long term, as long as medicine does not decide to turn its attention to this research, namely comparing groups of vaccinated children with groups of unvaccinated children. This is the basic protocol for all medicines, but it is not applied to vaccines. Why?
Man arrives on this Earth with a natural physiological immunity, which he will develop naturally in contact with all the microbes he meets. I have seen the children of Mauritanian nomads sucking camel droppings, at the age of two, and I saw none of them die.
Injecting a chemical product, coming from outside, into a newborn, to stimulate an immunity that asks only to develop by itself, is a crime… one that has created, and goes on creating, a colossal financial windfall for some. Each ‘’licensed’’ vaccine brings in 30 billion euros a year to whoever hit the jackpot. Could it be behind this financial windfall that medicine hides?
Let us continue our reflection and speak of the damage caused by childhood illnesses and all the other pathologies that have been grafted on to justify vaccines. Let us simply observe the number of deaths and complications brought about by all these ‘’aggressors’’. We will then note that they represent a handful in comparison with the hundreds of millions of deaths, throughout the world, due to cancers, to cardiovascular diseases, to hunger, to war, to etc…etc. Do vaccines exist for all of those?
Do we care about all those dead, apart from noting them and sometimes contributing to them considerably?
So why, all of a sudden, do we take an interest in pathologies that are insignificant in terms of ‘’damage’’? If we apply the famous ‘’benefit-risk’’ phrase, used to justify vaccines, then we must immediately stop all compulsory vaccination, leaving the choice to those who wish to be vaccinated.
Here again lies the dictatorship of our ‘’democracy’’.
WE are told that at least 80% of people must be vaccinated for the immunity of the whole population to be effective. This ‘’truth’’ has never been proven! Why 80%? Nobody knows. And besides, how could one prove such an assertion other than by relying, once again, on mathematical formulas?
But this ‘’truth’’ is the supreme argument to make us ‘’swallow’’, so that we accept all vaccinations, and in particular those of our very small children.
Let us ask ourselves this question again: Why should everyone be vaccinated?
If vaccines are really effective, the vaccinated can no longer fear ‘’catching’’ the illness… and the others have the right to decide whether they want to take the ‘’risk’’ of falling ill, or to undergo the side effects of vaccines and weaken the immunity of the youngest.
Let us continue our overview.
We note that every epidemic stops well before the vaccine arrives.
No proof has ever demonstrated that vaccines stopped an epidemic.
Such proof is unachievable against the real; it can only exist through mathematical projections which are considered ‘’proofs’’, when we know these projections are false, for they deliver a ‘’truth’’ that is totally different from reality.
Examples: in 2009 the H1N1 flu was supposed to kill millions of people, whereas it was far less deadly than seasonal flu.
For the current virus, a minimum of 500,000 deaths was announced, whereas we will not exceed 30,000. Moreover, these figures cannot be verified by anyone; they make no difference between the deaths really caused by the virus and the deaths with the coronavirus, that is, the people who died, during this period, of an illness in its terminal phase.
No one is capable of diagnosing the real cause of a person's death. Medicine can only suppose, and from these suppositions it makes its ‘’truths’’. It simply notes that such a person died of cardiac arrest, but the why of the cardiac arrest is truly unknown. Medicine will give its reasons, which may be hypertension, smoking, stress etc… but these causes stem from a deep functioning of man, which brought him progressively to hypertension, for example, and then to death. Moreover, we know there are people who die of a heart attack when they were athletic and no examination had detected any cardiac anomaly. Medicine then offers no explanation, and consigns to oblivion the cases that no longer fit into its boxes of understanding.
So it is very easy to manipulate the cases of death, as has already been done with AIDS in Africa. Before the appearance of AIDS, some people died of dysentery; after HIV, they died of AIDS.
I have no animosity towards doctors, for the great majority do not know, and act in good conscience, according to the teaching THEY were given and, above all, thereafter, according to the ‘’studies’’ carried out by the big pharmaceutical laboratories on THEIR medicines or vaccines. Doctors have no means of proving the manipulations of these studies, for those who validate them are in a working relationship with these laboratories.
But there is something very important to know. For a medicine to be marketed, it must undergo numerous controls, and in particular double-blind trials: the tablets of the medicine are given to one group of people, and another group receives a placebo – the same tablet in outward appearance (colour, shape) but containing no chemical product – Double-blind means that in theory no one should know who receives the medicine and who receives the placebo. Then the potential effectiveness of the medicine is observed as a percentage. If the percentage is not significant, the medicine should not receive the AMM – Autorisation de Mise sur le Marché, the French marketing authorisation -.
For vaccines, these studies are not carried out; a group of vaccinated people is not compared with a placebo group. No medicine could receive the AMM if the study protocol were the one used for the marketing of vaccines.
The great question the world may ask itself is why?
There is no chance on this Earth; nothing is chance, everything has a meaning, everything is useful.
Everything that has been created serves a purpose. Minerals, plants, animals, then men live in total interconnection. This is what we have called the eco-system or the bio-system, the bio-rhythm, the bio-harmony.
The cells that make up the human being confirm this to us. They are the current culmination of all evolution since its origin. The 50,000 billion cells are in perfect harmony. They act in total autonomy while being part of the whole and, above all, while respecting this whole. None can act alone and, when one does, harmony disappears and illness arrives.
Suppose we began to think in this way at the level of human beings; we are the cells of humanity… and our disharmony has created everything we have put in place on Earth. Like our cells, we hold the solution. It passes through harmony between us all, cells of the Earth, who must each work individually for the health of all, so as to find again the threefold order not yet respected, ‘’liberty, equality, fraternity’’. These three words must not remain theories, plastered on the doors of town halls, but must become realities.
If the cells show us, ever since their appearance in evolution, the example that life is a coming-together, a solidarity, a community, and that the one cannot exist without the other — how can we hope for life while being kept apart from one another, when our body shows us the very opposite, by no longer touching, no longer seeing, no longer speaking to one another, in favour of a virtual communication that is a real catastrophe, since it makes electromagnetic radiation leap up exponentially, via the internet.
All this runs counter to life, all this goes against life; so all this leads to death — but a death that is no longer the normal continuation of life, a death brought about by man himself.
We must do the fundamental opposite of what the ‘’authorities’’ ask of us. We must meet, speak, embrace, kiss one another… in a word, love one another, as all our cells do. They love one another and prove it to us through the harmony they manifest in the human body.
The human being is in contact with billions of bacteria and viruses of every kind, and all of them, apart from rare exceptions, cause no symptom, no illness; so the real questions we can ask ourselves are:
why are a few micro-organisms capable of causing the illnesses we call childhood illnesses?
Why do almost all children live through them without any problem for the rest of their life? Indeed, only a handful of children will suffer complications or death following these childhood illnesses… and these deaths are insignificant, in number, compared with the hundreds of millions from famine, cancer or cardiovascular diseases among others. But we are going to manufacture vaccines to ‘’prevent’’ these deaths, without any proof of their effectiveness, while noting all the same their side effects, which can be terrible for the whole life of the vaccinated person.
Now I am going to broach a subject that few people, unfortunately, know about, but which can shed new light on childhood illnesses — which, let us recall, are at the origin of the creation of compulsory vaccines.
Childhood illnesses exist to bring a new consciousness to the knowledge of the human being. If we are truly observers of the child, we can note that after each childhood illness the child changes, passes a milestone in self-knowledge. He awakens a little more after each childhood illness. They are indispensable to the evolution of man. Vaccines will prevent this natural growth of self-awakening, by removing access to the childhood illness. And these vaccines are injected from the earliest age, during the most important period – between 0 and 3 years - for it is in this period that the child gradually integrates his I, until he can say, only at 3 years old, I, ME. During these three years, he passes through stages up to the very first notion of his individuality.
And once again, R. Steiner speaks to us. He speaks to us of the vaccines that will prevent man from reaching his spiritual part, which he buried in his unconscious from the age of three; for it will still be necessary to explain why man – apart from rare exceptions - can no longer remember what he lived through between birth and his third year. In this period the child has no consciousness of his I, and so is not yet capable of
remembering.
“ The materialistic age is striving, from certain circles of people, to paralyse all spiritual evolution of humanity, to make it impossible; to bring men to reject, simply by their temperament, by their character, everything that is spiritual, and to consider it as madness. Such a current - among certain individuals it is already perceptible today - will grow stronger and stronger. The intense desire will arise to see everyone defend the point of view that the spiritual, the things of the spirit, are extravagance, are madness! - They will try to achieve this by producing vaccines against it, by finding vaccines that influence the human body in such a way that it offers no refuge to the spiritual inclinations of the soul. Men will be vaccinated against their disposition to nourish spiritual ideas. At least, the attempt will be made: vaccines will be tried so that men lose, from childhood, their thirst for spiritual life.”
Rudolf STEINER - 1917 - (behind the veil of events - Triades)
And if we are simply observers and people of good sense, not yet polluted by taught learning, we can only note that we are a humanity that has lost the link with its spiritual essence, even if it tries by every means to catch hold of religion. Religion was created by men; it is not spirituality itself; it uses the same texts, but it cannot yet have integrated them spiritually; that is still a passage in evolution that man must cross… the real understanding of the sacred texts.
It is interesting to notice, simply through observations, that is, through plain facts, without any judgement, that what Steiner tells us in this field too turns out to be exact.
We are faced with the observation that the words R. Steiner developed in the 1900s turn out to be exact.
Men are manipulated by forces that escape us – what I called, in my book ‘’De l'égoïsme à l'Amour’’, the adverse forces. We cannot deny that there exists on Earth the notion of good and evil, even if some do not accept this duality – and they are right, for indeed it is not a duality, but that would take too long to develop in this piece of writing - So we will stay with this duality for the present argument.
It is our choice to decide to do good or to do evil, but sometimes we can do evil in a totally unconscious way, and the adverse forces push us towards this unconscious evil with the aim of preventing us from making the link with our spiritual part. We have put in place a whole host of techniques allowing us to move away from this spiritual part, and vaccines are among them.
We are a very long way from the vaccine-antivaccine controversy, linked to its side effects, to the ‘’benefit-risks’’, or even to death; we are far from all that debate, useful certainly, but which still keeps us within matter.
To reinforce the idea of vaccinating against the current corona virus, THEY will again make us believe that the virus will not disappear and that the vaccine is compulsory, if we do not want to live through a new lockdown. As this lockdown is very badly lived by everyone, or almost, the vaccine will be accepted and the laboratories will be able to go on enriching themselves.
In the meantime the virus will have mutated - they all know this - and the vaccine should no longer be of any use, but it does not bother them to make us believe - as with all the annual flu vaccines - that the strains prior to the virus are still a little effective and attenuate the illness… that is why there are 10,000 flu deaths a year in France… those people died attenuated.
From this simple little development we can notice, if we are willing to make the effort to think for ourselves, and no longer through an intermediary, that EVERYTHING we are living through with this virus is based on assertions without real proof, but mathematical and statistical — proofs that are only virtual and that no longer weigh very heavily when we look at REALITY.
And if we extrapolate a little. This medicine is manipulating us, today, over a virus. But how could we imagine that it only began to manipulate us just now? Or that it has already been doing so for a very long time?
Who has gone to verify the sayings of ‘’those who know’’? They are a handful, called the WHO or the ‘’academy of medicine’’, who have the power to decide for us, because they make the world believe that they know and that we know nothing… and since we know nothing, it is in our interest to listen to ‘’those who know’’… and no one calls their knowledge into question. It is a real vicious circle.
Until when, and how far, are we going to go on being ‘’sheep’’?
Life and death
What is death and what is life? What do we choose? Do we choose to fight death, or to make life live.
Earthly death is considered dramatic because, for almost the whole world, there is nothing beyond it.
To go and truly understand what earthly death is, is to go and understand what LIFE is
Death does not exist.
Earthly death is in fact a change of life.
We pass from an earthly life to a spiritual life. In fact the two cannot be dissociated, since we are purely spiritual beings; everything that exists — mineral, plant, animal, man — is only a progressive condensation of the spirit, which at the origin is warmth. We have the representation of this original warmth, in our body, in that of our blood.
Everything around us, everything that has been created, is spirituality, and within this spirituality a visible physical body was created, which is the culmination, the ultimate condensation of the invisible spirit. I have already shown the comparison, within matter, of this spiritual process with the example of the candle, which passes from an organism of invisible warmth to a visible solid body, through the states of gas (analogy with the animal kingdom) then of liquid (analogy with the plant kingdom).
Within this spiritual life there will exist earthly lives, and lives one might call cosmic.
These different lives are in fact different states of consciousness of one single life. On earth we live in a state of waking consciousness and, in the spiritual world, in a state of awakened consciousness. Which is exactly what we find during sleep. When we sleep we reach awakened consciousness, and when we are awake we return to waking consciousness.
Earthly death occurs because the time has come to die, just as sleep arrives because it is time to sleep; we no more choose the moment of sleeping than we choose the moment of dying. We take sleep as it comes, and it is the same for earthly death.
Earthly death, as it is lived by materialistic men, is an erroneous concept.
To think that nothing exists after earthly death is false.
Therefore, to be afraid of death, and to treat death as the main criterion to be avoided, is false reasoning.
Hence, to create vaccines to prevent man from dying is false.
To think that we are going to prevent man from dying through outside interventions is false.
We reach earthly death because the time to die has come, and nothing from outside can prevent it. Medicine has the certainty, and makes people believe, that it is capable of preventing death by an external act. This is impossible.
Therefore, the idea of an illness described as viral and contagious from outside is false.
Death due to a viral illness caused by others is a false idea.
Billions of bacteria and viruses have existed for millennia, and no one asks the question:
‘’Why does this particular virus become ‘’contagious’’ and ‘’deadly’’ now?’’
The viral illness arrives at a precise moment in humanity to tell us that man's current mode of functioning is not right. The cells will be poisoned and will therefore eject the virus. The virus is the fruit of a cellular poisoning. Its ejection is a survival reflex of the cell; it will then graft itself onto the cell membrane and cause the symptoms needed for a possible becoming-aware of the ‘’mal a dit’’. Everyone can produce the virus according to the path he has travelled, not only in his current earthly life but also in previous ones. The virus is produced by man himself, and he cannot pass the virus to his neighbour if the latter is not in the necessary disposition to receive it.
Contagion is a totally false notion.
We do not die of another's virus; we die of the production of our own virus.
Yes, earthly life is sacred, and a body was given to us to accomplish a Task on this earth. Death can be summed up in this text by Gitta Mallasz:
I have left my body,
that precious tool which was given to me
to accomplish my task on earth.
It had been too worn by time.
I know that another tool will be given to me,
better suited to a new task.
You too have a task, a unique task.
It is good to accomplish it well
as long as this rare gift from heaven
- your earthly body –
is usable;
Otherwise you have lived in vain.
The earthly body is fundamental and earthly life is sacred but, when it disappears, life continues in the spiritual world in another form…the form we know when we sleep.
It is I alone, and only I, who will unconsciously trigger the moment of my death, just as I unconsciously trigger the moment of my sleep. No earthly person, outside myself, can influence my death. That is why, in heart attacks, there are people who die and others who survive. Medicine is convinced that it is thanks to its intervention that it resuscitates people. One cannot resuscitate a heart attack when the time has come to die.
Earthly death is part of life and there is no point in being afraid of it. Earthly death is a change of life. To brandish the spectre of earthly death as a catastrophic event is to keep people in fear. And living in fear brings about all the illnesses, which are there to tell us: ‘’stop being afraid’’.
And if we understand, and stop being afraid, we heal from all our illnesses. Keeping fear hanging in the air — death, then the fear of death — allows medicine to justify all the vaccines, which are supposed to prevent us from dying, and to justify as well all the other therapies that are supposed to prevent us from dying.
Yet, once again, nothing can prevent us from dying in the earthly way… and this idea of ‘’death’’, fabricated by the thinking of men, is in fact a continuity of life.
LIFE is universal and omnipresent, simply in different forms.
Truth and reality
To speak of the absence of contagion is to be a ‘’heretic’’, who in the Middle Ages would have deserved the stake.
The principle of contagion is the dogma necessary for the justification of vaccines. It is the guaranteed financial windfall. If we remove the concept of contagion, the vaccine no longer has any reason to exist. To deny contagion is quite simply to oppose the financial powers of this world… and that is intolerable. We understand why it is the only subject that receives extreme censorship.
I had heard of Krishnamurti for a very long time, but I had not truly looked into his words. This lockdown gave me the opportunity, and I was able to see the depth of his sayings and above all his logic and his good sense. In many domains I found the words of R. Steiner again. In one of his DVDs, he speaks of the mechanism of thinking as something harmful. There too he meets R. Steiner.
Krishnamurti tells us that thinking can only be a source of conflict; I invite you to go and listen to him to deepen this, but the reality is there; thinking is indeed a source of problems, and later of conflict.
The great question all philosophers have been asking for hundreds of years is: who thinks?
We are submerged by thoughts that come to us from every side, but which do not really belong to us. They are the fruit of a teaching, of a conditioning of our mind. So one could say that we are thought.
Krishnamurti tells us that every thought generates a problem. So it is a real vicious circle, since we will want to solve these problems with our thoughts.
But then, how do we think for ourselves?
The only way out of our thinking, which creates problems called ‘’truths’’, is to lean over reality.
To start from what is real, without any belief, any prejudice — that is, to empty out the conditioning of our mind. To accept everything that exists in reality, without ever letting ourselves be influenced by our opinion.
If we start from this concept, with regard to the corona virus, we first erase from our mind everything that is said as thought… pandemic, contagion, fear, death etc…
Now, what does reality show us?
First of all, that every epidemic stops well before the vaccine arrives. No proof has ever demonstrated that vaccines stopped an epidemic, for no serious study has been carried out in that direction, for the simple reason that such a study is quite simply impossible to carry out. We are faced with a gratuitous assertion, very far removed from the real.
The real shows us that some people will be touched by ‘’something’’, some will recover without too much harm, some will have more serious symptoms, some will die, and some will feel strictly nothing.
Another observation shows us that on a ship of 800 people, who lived in an enclosed space for several weeks, very few sick people were recorded.
I lived with a person who contracted the illness, in the month of January. I kissed this person and had no symptom of the illness. This same person took part in a course alongside 20 other people, for three days, and none of them fell ill… perhaps they simply were not afraid!
Medicine tells us that one person contaminates 3.3 others.

6 billion 400m (19 transmissions)
If we do the multiplications, we reach, after only 15 operations, almost the whole of France and, if we continue up to 19, we cover practically the world. The epidemic began in January, and perhaps earlier, well before any lockdown; I myself, and you too certainly, have been in contact with many people. We have gone far beyond the mark of 15, even 19, multiplied encounters. We should therefore all be infected… and almost all dead.
The reality is that nothing of the sort has happened.
So many questions can be asked:
First of all, where does this number 3.3 come from?
And then, what does 0.3 of a person mean, which corresponds to 1/3 of a person?
Do thirds of persons exist in humanity?
Are we speaking of reality, when we speak of thirds of a person, or of a truth calculated by men?
All these figures rest on statistical estimates based on mathematical models... as with the H1N1 flu, which was supposed to kill millions of people ,
Shall we continue our questioning?
We are told the virus set out from China; but WHO tells us that? What proof do they have for asserting it?
They look for patient 0, that is, the one who according to them is at the origin of the outbreak of the epidemic; but this patient is never found; and why? Because he is an illusion; he is one more intellectual fabrication, still without proof, but one that fits the theory of contagion.
Still according to ‘’those who know’’, this virus is transmitted at lightning speed, so everyone should have been touched well before the lockdown — which took more than three or four months to be put in place.
Yet despite these delays in ‘’lockdown’’, which, I remind you, is ‘’the only means’’ of countering the virus, only 12% of the population have been infected by the virus (official figure supplied by those who know).
So, still according to those who know, this is not enough to immunise the population.
But which population — the one that is already immunised?
Or the one that has not yet contracted the virus, when, given its estimated speed of spread, EVERYONE should have been reached by this virus?
Why has such a ‘’violent’’ contagion touched only 12% of the French?
Once again we are witnessing an absurdity. On one side we have an astronomical spread of contagion, and on the other we have only 12% contaminated.
But this 12%, also flung at the people as a ‘’truth’’, prepares that same people for a planned compulsory vaccination, as soon as the vaccine is ready — that is, in a year at the earliest.
This brings us to the terrible ‘’debate’’, which unfortunately does not exist, on compulsory vaccination.
For, always, ‘’those who know’’ tell us that at least 80% of people must be vaccinated for the immunity of the whole population to be effective.
The whole of humanity watches millions of people die of hunger, watches millions of people die of cancer, of cardiovascular diseases, of all sorts of pathologies. This too is reality.
What is being done to stem hunger in the world, and for all the people who die of it? Death, there, has no importance for men.
What is being done to stem this cancer, which has been killing just as many people for decades, while we are told that science is progressing… and I add, ‘’and so is cancer’’.
For this too is a reality.
During one of my lectures, I asked the audience to raise their hands, to know which of them had recently lost someone close to them following a ‘’long illness’’ – because we no longer even dare call it cancer -. Every hand went up, without a single exception. All of us have, around us, relatives and friends who regularly die of cancer, and no one can deny it. That is the current reality.
So, if we look at reality again: following the therapeutic protocol put in place for cancer, for example - an unquestionable protocol, on pain of sanctions for the doctors who would not respect it -, we can count more than 150,000 deaths a year.
This again is a reality, an observation, and there is no judgement in it.
Now, armed with these realities, we can begin to think for ourselves.
The observation of all these deaths, after therapy, may lead us to think that this therapy does not perform, and that the path medicine has chosen for seeking the real cause of cancer is not right.
Beside this, a ‘’pandemic’’ will kill a few thousand people, against millions who die of hunger, millions who die of cancer and millions who die of heart attacks etc... But in the case of the pandemic, death becomes the main criterion to be avoided.
But why? Because in this precise case it justifies a vaccine.
Once again, we can only observe the real. We are told that the vaccine will prevent people's deaths.
Once again, observation shows us that the vaccine is a gigantic financial windfall. Each vaccine brings the pharmaceutical laboratories a profit of 30 billion euros per vaccine and per year.
If one could vaccinate against cancer, against heart attacks, it would be done at once, so profitable is the production of vaccines.
Humanity cares nothing at all about the other deaths, but it waves the fear of death about only when it suits it.
With a contagion coefficient of 3.3, we are facing an exponential contagion… and then we are told that 12% of people have been infected by the virus, in France!
How is that possible with such an exponential contagion? These two pieces of information are totally contradictory, but the second has a great usefulness. It prepares the idea of the later compulsory vaccine, for medicine asserts that, for a population to be totally immunised, vaccination coverage must be 80%. This again is an assertion without proof, for how can one bring proof of this ‘’certainty’’? Who can really prove this assertion?
And besides, why 80%?
If the vaccine is effective, vaccinated people have nothing left to fear; whether 10% or 90% are vaccinated changes nothing for them.
So why this controversy about vaccines, and above all about compulsory vaccines? A person must have the choice of deciding on his own vaccination. Why make vaccines compulsory on the strength of unfounded arguments, if not for a purely financial reason?
What other valid reason can be given to accredit compulsory vaccination?
Truth or reality — yours to choose!
Here is the only universal nourishment, indispensable to Man: Love. It is the only source of life… the rest is survival. To pull away from this bodily contact is to draw nearer to death.
New horizon
I would like to take you with me towards this new horizon.
This lockdown allowed me to meet the writings of Krishnamurti. I have just finished his book entitled ‘’Tel que vous êtes‘’.
I can take absolutely nothing away from what he said, so deeply do his words resonate within me; he says, in another way, what R. Steiner develops. But it is important to decode Krishnamurti too, as one can do with R. Steiner, for his words can seem inaccessible to many people.
Krishnamurti tells us that all thought is a cause of problems.
But how is that possible? One could answer that thought is the master of everything that exists and that, without thought, there can be no acts and therefore no new creations. It is because man thought that he created everything that exists.
Yet we are going to see that his assertion is right.
Krishnamurti speaks to us of the conditioning of the mind, in the same way that Don Miguel Ruiz – in his Toltec agreements – speaks of the ‘’process of social domestication’’. Both tell us that, from birth, man is programmed by an apprenticeship from his parents, from school, from society, which instils in him what he must think, say and do. It is an inevitable, and therefore physiological, passage in the functioning of man. On reaching adulthood, he will repeat all the learning he has learned.
But then a great question arises:
at this stage of his evolution, who thinks in man?
We can answer that we are thought; we do not think by ourselves, but through intermediaries.
Krishnamurti goes further and says that every problem is a source of conflict. If we lean over this assertion, we can note that every thought of one person will come into conflict, one day or another, with the thought of another person. All the thoughts issued from conditioning, which do not belong to us, are a source of conflict… and where there is conflict, there is battle… even ‘’war’’.
All this is only an observation, and I think no one can deny the conditioning of the mind.
From this ‘’process of social domestication’’, men have put in place a society based solely on the thinking of others who had themselves put in place thoughts based on their own teaching, and this since the dawn of time. The result is that society developed on the basis of problems turned into conflicts, which men tried to solve with other thoughts, creating other problems, then conflicts… until we reach our own time, to note all the problems and conflicts that we have ‘’trivialised’’ and that are beginning to leap out at us, for we are truly beginning to see them – though not yet everyone is –
So what can we do to get out of this conditioning of the mind?
What is asked of us is something very difficult to reach intellectually, if we are still conditioned. And we are all conditioned. I repeat, this is a necessary passage in the evolution of humanity.
So first of all, it will be necessary to become aware of our conditioning. But this becoming-aware is not enough. ‘’Yes! I become aware that I have been conditioned and that I still am’’ — but what do I do to get out of it?
To get out of this conditioning, we are going to have to go and verify the certainties that feed this conditioning, so as to notice - by ourselves - that these assertions are inexact.
I had the great privilege of meeting dentosophy, which obliged me to go digging in the field of medicine and to understand that everything I had been taught was erroneous. Then later, thanks to anthroposophy, I went on to understand that all the analyses of men were based on consequences, which they had metamorphosed into truths.
So, to get out of this conditioning we must forget everything we have learned, erase everything from our memory, and find ourselves empty of all thought, like the newborn child.
We are going, for the first time, to think by ourselves, starting from something immutable, reality.
But beware — not one more intellectual truth, interpreted by our thoughts and generally taken for reality, but the real reality, the one we see with our own eyes and which is not discussed, not commented on, not judged… a reality that IS, full stop. From this reality, if we are no longer thought and we think by ourselves, something extraordinary will happen – for it has never yet been perceived - namely that we will be able to take the right actions in the face of this reality. For that, we will create the new, the never seen, the never heard. Everything we develop will create neither problem nor conflict, for thought will have become sound and will be at one with the thoughts of those who have travelled the same path.
If minds free themselves from the conditioning of others, then they converge towards THE truth, for then truth and reality meet in a unity … the primordial unity from which we issue, and whose existence the altruistic functioning of our cells confirms to us.
The question that may come to some minds:
How can we know that this new mode of thinking allows us to assert that we are reaching THE truth, and not another truth, instructed by another conditioned thought?
This new mode of functioning connects us to the brain of the heart, whereas the old one kept us in the brain of the head. With the help of the brain of the heart, we reach knowledge, whereas with that of the head we maintain our learning, acquired through social domestication. Through this innate knowledge – for we are born with it – we find again our inner self, the one who knows, and we know in our depths that everything is right; there is not the shadow of a doubt.
We stand before an unshakeable certainty, inscribed in all our cells, and even the intellectual reasoning of the brain of the head can no longer shake it.
Our intuition takes the place of reasoning, and this time intuition is listened to as the only right idea.
And what if the lockdown allowed us to carry out one beautiful action. That of stopping — because it is only in stopping that we can bring all our attention to reality, and perhaps then begin to think by ourselves.
Let us make the experiment together, and set out from current reality.
Reality
The reality of the corona virus
The corona virus is manifestly identical for all current human beings. Yet a very clear disparity is noted between countries; some countries did not force their population into lockdown, and they mourn fewer deaths than the ‘’locked-down’’ countries.
It is also noted that rich countries are more affected than poor countries.
A disparity is also noted within one and the same country, in the number of people infected by the virus, according to the regions.
A difference is noted according to age as well.
Why all these differences, when we are told that the virus is extremely contagious everywhere and that lockdown is the only means of stopping it?
We were also told, at the height of ‘’the epidemic's’’ activity, that non-certified masks were ineffective, and therefore useless; and then, once the peak of ‘’the epidemic’’ had passed, we are told that everyone must wear a mask and that all masks are effective.
The reality of our health system
The difficulties of our health system, before ‘’the epidemic’’, were already plain to see.
Congestion in the emergency departments, and the obligation to go through them for admission to hospital; which brings endless waits, and the ‘’blunders’’ that are their consequence.
Work overload for hospital staff.
Shortage of local doctors.
Every year, an increase in the deficit of the Social Security, through the increase in health spending, and therefore the increase in hospital admissions and in the use of medicines.
The reality of the legal system
The courts are overwhelmed by ever more numerous trials. Which means that delinquency is increasing. This is confirmed by prison overcrowding.
The reality of the industrial and commercial system
In companies, there are those who direct and those who produce. The directors are rich and the producers are poor. When companies prosper, the rich become richer still and the poor stay poor.
The reality of the cultural system
In this domain, let us take the education branch. We educate children to prepare them for future trades and, when they become adults, the corresponding trades are not available to them, and that generates unemployment.
And above all, very few are fulfilled in their work.
The reality of the economic system
The economic system is based on money. But what is money? Money is a concept, put in place by men, for exchanging work, merchandise or goods. At the origin it had a real value, given material form by gold. Then, later, it lost this real value. Money is no longer touched; it passes from bank to bank and no longer has any value of its own.
So, is money a concrete reality? We can only answer no. It rests on nothing. It has passed from the real to the virtual.
And this virtual rules the world.
Reality on the scale of the world
At the world level, there are rich countries and poor countries. Then, within the rich countries, there are also the poor and the rich.
In the rich countries, there is an overconsumption that is called growth. So for this system to function, one must consume. This hyperconsumption brings us to the observation that we produce waste, which we no longer know what to do with. Some of it is sent to the poor countries. We pile it up wherever we can, and we are polluting the land and the seas.
This overproduction uses all the resources of the earth and is in the process of exhausting it.
All these are only observations, which show us the current reality.
Do you agree with these observations?
If so, try the experiment of no longer referring to the past, to acquired and memorised notions and, as if you no longer knew anything, of functioning:
First, with good sense and natural logic, to analyse what is happening today.
Then, by imagining for yourselves what the new proposals would be for society to function — that is, for the human being to function, for it is indeed the human being who creates society.
We could then, for those who so wish, lean over this project together and exchange on these new proposals.
Masqu...erade
I am going to tell you a story. Any resemblance to existing persons is not fortuitous.
In a distant future, the men to come will lean over the history of the year 2020 and tell their children what they see, thanks to their natural perception of their previous lives. They will tell it to them in the form of a story.
TO BE TOLD TO ALL OUR CHILDREN
Once upon a time, a very long time ago, an extraterrestrial (ET) came down to planet Earth. He saw all the Humans with masks on their noses.
ET
What is that you all have on your faces?
Humans
Ah! well! We are wearing a mask.
ET
But what for?
Humans
To stop a thing, which we call a virus, from making us ill
ET
But what is it, a thing?
Humans
A thing… well… we don't know… it's a whatsit that spreads from one man to another and makes him ill.
ET
And why does it spread from man to man and not from a man to a beast, or from beast to beast?
Humans
Ah well, that's how it is… we don't know; there are viruses that spread from man to man, others from a man to a beast and others from beast to beast, but we don't know.
ET
And so, why do you put on the mask?
Humans
Because we were told that the virus is transmitted by droplets, when we speak. So the mask keeps us from receiving the illness from the other, and also keeps us from sending the illness to others.
ET
But who tells you all this?
Humans
They are very intelligent people who have done a great deal of study and who know.
ET
But are they sure of that?
Humans
Ah! yes, yes, yes, yes… they are certain of it; that is why we obey.
ET
And have you gone to check all that?
Humans
Ah, well! There's no point going to check all that, since these people did the work before us, and as they are very intelligent and have done a great deal of study, they know everything.
ET
But aren't you afraid of all this?
Humans
Of course we are, we are afraid, we are even very, very afraid; that is why people were made to put on masks.
ET
But then, you are going to pass this fear on to your children?
Humans
But of course, and it is necessary; that way, the day they are adults, they will be afraid too and they will be able to protect themselves with masks.
ET
But must the children also wear masks and not touch one another?
Humans
But obviously, it is indispensable for them too.
ET
Ah, so they can pass the illness among themselves, too?
Humans
No! They don't catch it from one another, but we are told it is good for them to wear masks all the same.
ET
But how are you going to explain to children that they must no longer touch one another?
Humans
We are not going to explain it to them, we are going to forbid it, because it is impossible to stop children touching one another when they are absorbed in their games.
ET
You are going to create real traumas in these children, for they do not understand, themselves, the degree of fear that has taken hold of you.
Humans
Yes! But those traumas, they will forget them; we did just the same, when we were children.
ET
Oh really! You already lived through this, when you were children?
Humans
No
ET
So, if I understand correctly, you do things because a few people tell you to do them, and you obey without trying to understand.
Humans
Yes! That's it.
ET
And, from what I have been told, you are all ill on this earth?
Humans
Not all! But it is true that there are more and more.
ET
Might it not be because your thoughts, and then your acts, are not right, that you fall ill?
Humans
Ah! No, no! that has nothing to do with it. We were told it had nothing to do with it.
ET
Ah! OK, it is always the same ones who tell you.
Humans
Well… of course… since they are the ones who know. You really are stupid, you!
ET
Thank you for enlightening me so beautifully on the functioning of men on Earth.
I have one last question to ask you, without expecting an answer from you, because I know you have none:
Where is your famous liberty-equality-fraternity, which has been your guiding formula throughout your life?
We mustshow all the children — and not explain to them — that we have no fear in the face of this ‘’virus’’; that for the moment some of us are obliged to wear masks, on pain of fines, but that these masks are a real stupidity.
We can even show them the number of adults who wear their masks below their nose, and tell them that wearing the mask, in that case, serves no purpose if they sneeze; this to show them the silliness of the ‘’big ones’’ – whom we call adults -.
Reality - 18 May 2020
The observations
There are more and more sick people, since doctors can no longer keep up with demand.
The Social Security deficit keeps on growing, which implies a permanent increase in health spending.
The hospitals are overwhelmed, and the answer to all this is that there is a lack of means, and that the number of care staff must be increased, the number of beds increased, to meet a demand that grows ever stronger.
For town medicine, the number of doctors must be increased.
More and more medicines are sold. If more and more medicines are sold, it is because there are more and more illnesses to treat, and so there must be more and more doctors.
Medicine occupies itself only with illnesses. It fights them. Is that an observation, in your eyes?
The visible consequence of this mode of functioning is our health system, which is deteriorating more and more before everyone's eyes.
Is that a reality, in your eyes?
The current solution for remedying this state of affairs is an economic solution. This too is a reality.
The same problem lies at the level of delinquency. There are more and more people sentenced to prison terms and there is no room left to receive them… the solution is economic there too… through the building of new prisons.
The World
At the level of the world there are the rich countries and the poor countries; it is again the economy that dominates. Then, within the rich countries, there are also the poor and the rich.
In the rich countries there is an overconsumption that is called growth. So for this system to function, one must consume, consume. This hyperconsumption brings us to the observation that we produce waste we no longer know what to do with. We pile it up wherever we can, and we are polluting the land and the seas.
This overproduction uses all the resources of the earth and is exhausting it.
All these are only observations, which show us the current reality.
Industry
In the world of industry, of commerce, there are those who amass the money, and there are those who keep the businesses running so that the former can collect the money. So the rich become richer and richer and the poor stay poor. Whatever the economic domain, the objective is profit. In a living economic system, profits need to exist (compare our cells). Where the problem begins is in the distribution of the profits, and above all in what the profits are to be used for.
Legal
The courts are overwhelmed by ever more numerous trials; so there is a shortage of staff, and the solution is again of an economic order.
Culture
In this domain, let us take education; We train children for future trades, and when they are adults the corresponding trades are not available to them, and that will generate unemployment.
When something does not work, it is the whole that is out of order, and every part of the whole is out of order. If we take the example of our cells, it is the same thing: it takes only one cell out of order to bring illness to the whole. There cannot be a society in which one part is out of order without the whole being out of order, for everything is linked.
Observation and reality show us that it is a totally different world that must be put in place. To think by ourselves is already to see the realities, and to see that these realities show us that the mode of thinking which created them is not right.
Medicine is supposed to heal; if it is right, there should be fewer and fewer sick people, therefore fewer and fewer medicines sold, therefore fewer and fewer doctors, fewer and fewer hospitals.
The answer to all this is to pour more funding into the hospitals and increase the number of town doctors. All the solutions are purely of an economic order.
So two questions can be asked:
How can we improve our health system with the same mode of thinking as the one that created it?
Or, might it not be the health system, as it was thought out before, that must be changed?
Reality, truth and the virtual
Reality and truth are two fundamental notions. Rudolf Steiner and Krishnamurti tried to explain to us their capital importance for the functioning of man, but manifestly this was not heard. At the time they spoke, humanity was not yet totally submerged by the virtual. Now their words are more and more inaccessible, since we are completely subjected to the virtual. I am going to try to bring my modest contribution to this notion, which deserves to be repeated, repeated, repeated as many times as necessary, so decisive does it appear for the future of humanity.
Krishnamurti tells us that every thought creates a problem and then a conflict, for there is no problem without conflict. Our thinking is always the result of prior conditioning. We do not think by ourselves, but we are thought by the thinking of those who preceded us, who were themselves conditioned by the thoughts of those who preceded them etc… As long as we function with the thoughts that created the problem, we will only be able to generate other problems. Other personalities have said it, such as A. Einstein: « One cannot solve a problem with the same brain as the one that created it. »
This mode of functioning is an endless vicious circle. This again is an observation, even if this one asks of us a fine piece of reflection.
To get out of the thinking ‘’of others’’ that monopolises us, we must start from reality.
And, from this reality, make a total void of what we have been taught, completely forget the old — that is, empty our memory — to welcome the new, the never seen, the never heard.
This new state of being, never yet used, then allows us to welcome right thoughts, thoughts that come from nowhere. We then build our thoughts with an unequalled good sense, with a real logic issued from the real, and no longer from the virtual created by our taught beliefs, acquired as being right.
If we always hold to the requirement of starting from reality and no longer falling back on the conditioning of the brain, our mind will function more and more by itself.
I think this is the path that will allow us to discover truths which, for the moment, are not yet real. Man will begin to develop his own clairvoyance — that is, what was until then hypothesis will become reality, since he will see it, as he sees a mountain.
The more we let go of the conditioning of the brain, the more we occupy ourselves with visible reality, the more we will function by ourselves.
This means that we can no longer rest on old thoughts — on memory, in fact. We do not have to prove that the mountain exists, since it is before us; that is reality. We go looking for proofs when we no longer see reality. From there, we elaborate hypotheses which we turn into truths. But these truths will never be reality, since they will always be the consequence of thoughts, which are always those taught by others, by the conditioning of the mind.
I understood R. Steiner's warning about electricity, when he said that electricity would not be harmful as long as it could be seen, like direct current; as soon as the current became alternating, it would no longer be seen, and then man would no longer be confronted with reality and would begin to divert his mind. He would begin to imagine with the thoughts he had already learned. He would function with a conditioned mind to find answers to what he no longer sees; at that stage, he can no longer function by himself… and it is the beginning of the end of freedom in spirit.
Man has dissected matter to perfection, for matter is visible; he became a materialistic being, but he could still function by himself with his mind; starting from the reality of what he saw, he put in place a system of logic that rested on the laws of ‘’cause and effect’’, which are right laws, based on physical earthly reality and 100% reproducible. He hid away all the spiritual laws and leaned entirely over the physical part of man. It was a necessary passage of evolution. He went round the whole of matter as no one had ever done before him.
But the trap began to close at the moment he wanted to make the laws of matter ‘’fit’’ life. He then left reality for the abstract, the virtual. And we see it at present: he has entered totally into the virtual. But all this development is based on accumulated thoughts, which we have called progress. He has moved further and further away from his spirit, from his individual way of thinking.
This is what made R. Steiner say, in the 1900s, that if man developed electricity, he would become an idiot — in the sense that he would no longer have the capacity to reflect soundly, to understand by himself and to understand himself with others. We must become aware of this, otherwise we will become robots (we already are). We will no longer even be thinking animals, for the robot does not have the animal function of instinct, of feeling. Nor does it have the function of the plant, namely life. The robot is a mineral set in motion; it no longer obeys the laws of matter, as any piece of mechanics does; it obeys the laws of sub-matter, which are electricity, electronics and the nuclear.
The apprenticeship of the virtual
To pass from reality to the virtual, man put in place a language based on abstract symbols. He created an abstract world; we learned to read, write and count thanks to symbols. From this symbolic apprenticeship we created concepts; from these concepts we elaborated rules based on imaginings, on hypotheses, and we taught them to the following generations, and this for several centuries. Progressively these rules turned into laws, which became inescapable ‘’truths’’, imposed on and accepted by the whole population.
For that, we had progressively to lose the vision of reality, which no longer always ‘’fitted’’ with these truths.
We learn in order to know, and those who know are then required to bring the others – those who do not know – proofs of the virtual.
Now, it is not possible to bring proofs of the virtual on the sole basis of the natural laws of cause and effect, which are of material origin. So man turned to the abstract laws of mathematics. Within these laws, we use the calculations of probability and their consequences, which are statistics. Statistics are mathematical laws based on the virtual and ‘’those who know’’ use these laws to make others believe that they hold the truth.
It becomes truly indispensable to throw into relief the fundamental difference between truth and reality.
Let us take an example:
I go to buy loaves that cost 2 euros each, and I want to buy 10 euros' worth. So I will have 5 loaves; what I do not know is that the baker gives one loaf free when you buy 5. The truth is indeed 5 loaves - 10/ 2= 5 -, but the reality is that I end up with 6.
Rudolf STEINER tells us:
« In the world where outer science reigns today, it will no doubt be said, when it is a question of knowing, that truth must reveal itself to the one whose faculty of judgement is sound, when he has thought rightly. Now it is an error to believe that truth must necessarily appear when our judgements are correct… »
« In fact our thinking is absolutely incompetent with regard to reality; it has no decisive value and is not a true judge… »
« You must not expect your thinking to bring you the knowledge of what is true, but only to educate you. It is extremely important to realise that thinking educates us… »
« Our thinking must never be left to itself, otherwise it will only reach what is exact, but not what is true. »
Truth flows from a system of thinking. By dint of functioning solely in the abstract and the virtual, we have progressively plunged into it and have accepted that this virtual should be reality. We have learned to confuse reality and truth, and we have made truth a norm, a sham reality. We come to believe in this truth. From that instant, everything rests on statistics.
Now, what is a statistic?
I recently heard some experts of medicine, during a broadcast devoted to the corona virus; in fact, I was watching a film and I zapped during the adverts; and at each zap, I heard people say that they do not know, that they are at the stage of hypotheses. On the other hand, all their ‘’certainties’’, to which they refer, rest on statistical data — the abstract.
We have observed – and this is reality - that each person possesses an immunity of his own, that no two people are identical. So how is it possible to produce statistics? On what criteria do the experts base their statistics?
They rest on a ‘’representative sample’’, namely a group of people that must be as representative as possible of the total population. One may take as criteria, for example, ages, sexes, regions, climates etc… a whole host of elements meant to target as closely as possible the representation of the population to be studied.
Now, man is unique in the world; no two people are alike; so targeting the representation of the population is impossible; a few common criteria will be gathered, but the totality of each individual can never be targeted. So, in any statistic, a multitude of criteria will necessarily be missing; so not only is the statistic based on a small group of people, but moreover it will never be able to gather what would allow the unity of each person to be found again.
Whatever the statistics, even those that mean to be as honest as possible, they can only be false. And yet it is these statistics that are at the base of all the ‘’scientific truths’’. When ‘’those who know’’ hammer us with the famous phrase, ‘’it is scientifically proven’’, they are speaking to us solely of statistical studies. The only statistic that could be reliable would be one gathering 100% identical results. That would be equivalent to a law, and not a rule invented by men; laws are universal and reproducible to infinity at 100%.
But such statistics never exist — obviously, since all the criteria are never gathered.
Everything has rested, since the advent of materialism, on statistics, and the whole development of the corona virus process rests on that. As long as we function in this way at the level of our mode of thinking, we can no longer function by ourselves. As long as we do not take back the mastery of our mind — that is, start from reality in the hope of re -beginning to think by ourselves — we will be in the virtual and in the thoughts of others and the conditioning of our mind.
That is why personalities like Krishnamurti, like R. Steiner, alarm us with the fact that only reality is the basis of all right thinking. And it is only by starting from reality that we can hope to function by ourselves, and no longer by a conditioning of the mind manipulated by others.
The very principle of an epidemic, the very principle of contagion, the very principle of percentages, the wearing of a mask, hydro-alcoholic gel, barrier gestures — none of these are issued from reality; they are the ‘’truth’’ of the moment. They are the result of a mental construction of conditioned thoughts. And this mode of functioning has been so well worked, so well repeated over very many years, that we can no longer go back — unless we decide to begin to think individually.
Reality shows us that the very great majority of the population agrees to wear a mask without fundamentally knowing why; it executes, because it believes what it hears, convinced that those who speak hold the knowledge.
Humanity behaves like a robot with no thinking of its own, no spirit, no inclination to lean, at base, over the reality of the facts, over the simple observation of what is happening.
We were told that this epidemic is extremely contagious and that each man has the power to ‘’infect’’ 3.3 people; this virus appeared, according to the various sources, in November, December 2019 or January 2020 — that is, well before any lockdown or mask-wearing. Yesterday I heard, from the mouth of an expert, that 6% of people are contaminated in France, and a few days ago I had heard the figure of 12%! How is it possible to go from 12 to 6%? This confirms to us once more the seriousness of statistics.
This again is a reality that no one can deny. So let us start from that reality and ask our own questions, setting our logical mind to work.
On one side we have 6% of people contaminated, and on the other we observe a galloping contagion; how is it possible, with such a contagion, which has lasted several months, that only 6% of the population is contaminated. These are contradictory truths.
Another reality shows us that an epidemic starts by itself, reaches a peak by itself and recedes by itself. If we function on the theme of galloping contagion, how is it possible that there are not more contaminated people? And then, the epidemic should stop at the moment the whole population is touched by the virus. Reality shows us that the epidemic stops by itself, when the population is very far from being entirely contaminated.
And we find the same process for all the ‘’pseudo viral infections’’.
Reality shows us, once again, a difference from their ‘’truths’’.
« When you say ‘’I do not know’’, no movement of thought occurs in any direction whatsoever in order to find an answer.
The mind is totally still, and for the mind to be still, it needs an extraordinary energy. Without energy the mind cannot be still, and that energy is total attention.
Every movement of thought, whatever direction it takes, is a dissipation of energy, and for the mind to be totally still, the energy of total attention is indispensable. Only then can that manifest itself which does not have to be invited, which does not have to be sought, which is not of the order of respectability, which neither virtue nor sacrifice can obtain.
This state is creativity; this state is the timeless, the real. » Krishnamurti
Total attention can only exist in the face of reality.
It makes us forget every inclination to thoughts. We are no longer thought, and can let in the real , that which is not up for discussion… and truth meets reality
We have created a society based on the lie; we have made the lie the norm, but most of us are not conscious of this lie; we think — or rather we are thought — that we can no longer leave this world based on the virtual, that it is the only mode of thinking there is at present. Today it is time to return to the source of our mechanism of functioning, to set in motion our real faculties of discernment.
In the case of vaccines, medicine observes an increase in the production of antibodies and records the number of people; if this number passes a certain level, the statistic is judged positive and considered scientific proof.
We do not know who is naturally immune and who is not. Moreover, a person may be immune to one ‘’aggressor’’ and not to another, while for his neighbour it will be the reverse.
Because we do not know, we vaccinate everyone — without knowing, either, the effects of the vaccine in the short, medium or long term.
The only true question that ought to be asked is:
Why are immunities different from one person to another?
To answer this question, one would have to know real immunity, not the mechanisms that have been observed in the body.
Where does immunity come from? Who directs it?
And then, immunity is a piece of the whole; to isolate it from the functioning of the body in its globality is like thinking you can fill a glass with water, but without the glass. This is impossible.
Current medicine knows strictly nothing of the great WHOLE; it has laid end to end pieces of the whole — and pieces thought mechanically. It makes the world believe that it knows, but does not agree to hear anything other than what it ‘’knows’’.
As long as we do not have the answers, we must not vaccinate.
Medicines too are a source of external aggressions and of the switching-on of our defence organs. Every medicine, in fact, makes us ill and keeps us in our illnesses. As proof we have the illnesses called ‘’iatrogenic’’ – that is, due to medicines -. In the USA, some statistics place them as the third cause of mortality after cancers and cardiovascular diseases, and other statistics put them in first place – once again we can gauge the reliability of statistics - . Be that as it may, iatrogenic illnesses have become more and more numerous. We then understand better why more and more medicines are sold, since there are still more illnesses caused by the medicines… and this can go on to infinity.
The vaccine, like any medicine, is a poison that will engender harmful effects — immediate, medium-term or long-term
Defences of the human body
Whatever our beliefs about the origin of life, reality shows us the human body alive.
Medicine set out from the corpse to understand and explain life. But the corpse is not the reality of the living body.
It worked its way back, with the help of observations and reasonings based on logic, to what it believes to be the understanding of life. It did so on the basis of the laws of matter, in order to explain life. So its truths are of materialist origin, and for them to be understood the world had to become materialist. With the help of these laws, one cannot really explain the marvellous alchemy of the human body in its globality.
This lack of explanation has brought the other thought on the origin of life back up into the consciousness of men. This thought tells us that we are totally spiritual beings and that the physical body is only its culmination, its revelation condensed all the way into matter.
Medicine brings us theories to explain life, but they can no longer be sufficient if they rest solely on materialist reasoning, since matter is only the consequence of the spirit.
Science will therefore deny the spirit.
Let us take one of the most burning subjects of the moment: immunity.
Medicine has dissected the principle of immunity, always starting from the corpse; it has observed mechanisms which it has institutionalised as laws. It has created specific words that no one can understand outside its ‘’knowers’’. For almost the whole of the world's population, immunity is one great nebulous notion whose purpose is to protect men from microbial or viral aggressions; and men possess different immunities, but medicine does not know the reasons; it merely observes them.
So, how can we see this word immunity in everyday language?
We shall call it the ‘’defences’’ of the human body. Immunity is the defence system of the human body. This defence system creates cells that will be capable of protecting the others.
We will note that it is a universal law that in every living organism two functions exist; there is the function of production and growth, and the function of defence. We will then become aware that all our ‘’inventions or discoveries’’, in the domain of matter, rest on immutable laws that the cells have been practising since the dawn of time. We never invent anything; everything has already been invented by the marvellous alchemy of the human body.
The cells work by bringing energy — that is, a yield, a benefit from their work, just as any machine brings a result from the energy transmitted to it. This work-benefit is productive; if the cell does more work than is needed at that moment, it stores this work in cells provided for the purpose, namely the fat cells. This stored energy can then serve other cells, the day the organism needs it. All the cells work individually to carry out the work necessary to their own life, and this work is indispensable to the life of the whole cellular community – 50,000 billion, I remind you – that is, of the human body in its entirety. And all the energy manufactured over and above their needs is stored. In the economic system, man functions in the same way, namely: first satisfy his own vital needs, then sell – or give - the surplus to the other ‘’cells’’ of humanity.
Then there exist cells that defend the organism when it is in danger. These cells use the energy supplied by their companions to defend the body. They are indispensable to the organism. We find this system throughout nature. The animal eats and grows and then, when necessary, defends itself either by attacking or by fleeing.
In both cases, it spends the energy accumulated by the growth cells.
So medicine explains to us that there exist processes of growth and processes of defence, and these processes of defence it has called ‘’immunity’’. It explains to us that specific cells are present to create tools, which it has named ‘’antibodies’’, to counter the aggressors coming from outside, which it has called ‘’antigens’’.
But it speaks to us of immunity above all in connection with microbial or viral aggressions. It forgets to tell us — especially during an ‘’epidemic’’, the moment when the world would most need explanations — that in fact the organism's defence system is everywhere. When we breathe, billions of aggressors pass through the nose and enter the organism; an extraordinary defence system is needed on the part of the lungs and the heart to counter this; it is what is happening at present, with the attack of the corona virus which causes, we are told, in some people, an asphyxiation of the lung cells through lack of oxygen; which makes it necessary to supply oxygen from outside.
At the level of the digestive system, a defence system also exists. First of all taste and smell are the first filters, in the mouth, that allow us to accept or refuse the food; then, if we have accepted it and it does not suit, we can regurgitate it as soon as it arrives in the stomach. Once in the intestine, the supreme guardian is the liver – which some call ‘’the taster below’’ -. The liver, if the organism is functioning normally, lets nothing bad through, and sorts out what it will reject.
In fact, R. Steiner tells us that every foodstuff is a poison as long as it has not yet reached the human stage.
The work of man's digestive system is to ‘’destroy’’ the mineral, plant or animal foodstuff and make it live anew, by making it human. This is the ‘’humanisation’’ of food. Everything that enters man from outside is poison, and food is part of it. In fact the digestive system, in the totality of its functioning, is a defence system. Eating is an ‘’aggression’’, since we let ‘’edible poisons’’ into ourselves… so we make ourselves ill by eating, and it is digestion that heals us. Normality is defending ourselves permanently; it is a biological function.
That is what health is… healing permanently. We need no vaccine to stimulate the process of digestion.
The brain, too, has its defence system, so as not to be polluted by all the parasites that come flooding in in the form of ‘’the thoughts of others’’, accumulated since birth. It must filter, to bring man, at first, to survive in the face of the thoughts ‘’outside’’ him, and then, in a second stage, to bring him eventually to the becoming-aware of these parasitic thoughts; it is through an effective defence system that man can hope to reach a thinking of his own. One could call this cerebral immunity; all the outside aggressors — namely the thoughts, thought by others — no longer get through. This asks of us a very, very long process of defence, lasting at least 28 years - the time it takes man to put his true I in place - during which man survives, so as one day to reach this consciousness and at last live by himself. This very long process will keep some from falling into hyper-stress, depression, burn-out, which are all consequences created by men themselves to warn them of their self-destructive functioning. If man's defence process is powerful enough over time, it will allow him to wait for the moment when his consciousness truly awakens, to pass from the waking state to the awakened state — that is, to think by himself.
It is this consciousness that channels the immune system of the whole body; if we remain in unconsciousness, invaded by the thoughts of others, we sustain the supreme aggressor of the whole organism… fear.
This fear is the most antigenic agent we can meet in our earthly life. It is the most powerful aggressor on the planet. In fact, it is not a direct aggressor; it is the entrance door that opens to let in all the antigens of the earth, whatever they may be.
So we develop antibodies all our life… and the tests, to detect whether we are touched by a virus, are in fact only analyses showing us an excessive production of antibodies, which may be linked to any ‘’aggressor’’ whatsoever. Yet medicine makes us believe that these tests are specific to the coronavirus – as it made us believe for the HIV of AIDS -. This is a lie.
And it is this fear that will be at the origin of the triggering of all illnesses — that is, of the whole defence system of the physical body.
Illness is the ultimate defence system of the physical body. When all our cells responsible for defence are overwhelmed, illness sets in. Illness reveals itself through a first symptom, which is often a rise in temperature. Every animal, as soon as it is ill, stops and lies down so that its body, by varying its temperature, settles the problem of its illness. Temperature, when it is excessive, ought to bring about the same thing in the human being, namely a halt to all activity and a pause in his permanent gesticulation. The raising of the temperature has as its sole purpose to burn the aggressors that have got past the body's first line of defence. One observation we can make is that medicine gives medicines to bring the temperature down, and that cannot be right, for it opposes one of the body's first natural processes of defence.
Materialist theories cannot explain to us the why of this marvellous alchemy of growth and defence; they simply try to explain to us the how , what mechanisms are unfolding before their eyes. To answer the ‘’how’’ is to remain in materialist thought, whereas to reach the real ‘’why’’ is to raise oneself towards spiritual thought. At this stage, we will notice that we no longer have ‘’ready-made, instant’’ answers; we no longer have any answers at all.
We are going to discover the ‘’I do not know’’, which is the first door towards the freedom of the spirit. We are going to be obliged to function only with our own spirit, and leave behind all the thoughts issued from the ‘’how’’.
So, what set off this mechanism, this marvellous alchemy? This question remains unanswered for materialist medicine, but it makes people who do not know believe that it knows the answer.
It cannot see the invisible; and this alchemy is totally invisible.
Spiritual science gives us another path of understanding; there is no separate immune system; the human being is, as a whole, one global defence system carried by a Life Body — inexplicable, because not visible, for current medicine, but beginning to be conceivable for quantum medicine, which no longer gives all the importance to the particle –visible, material - but to the waves that direct the particle; it gives credit to what it cannot see — for the first time in a long while, to…. the invisible.
This global defence system, carried by the Life Body, is omnipresent, and not only in the face of microbial aggressions. The defence system that allows us to flee from a danger, for example, as the animal does, tones up our muscles if we need to run.
This system is also found in the mechanism of apnoea. All the biological processes the body puts in place during an apnoea are survival processes of the organism. If these episodes of apnoea repeat too often and over a long period, the protection mechanisms end up overwhelmed, and the heart raises alerts to give warning. There too, we can speak of immunity.
In these precise cases, no vaccine exists to trigger all these defence processes, which are totally natural. We spend our life triggering natural defence processes, and nothing from outside stimulates them.
But in the domain of bacteria and viruses, we play sorcerer's apprentice by creating outside chemical inputs — vaccines — that are meant to stimulate or compensate for our natural defence processes.
Vaccines show us, plainly, certain dramatic side effects that no one can deny. Still according to science, these vaccines must be repeated and re-injected regularly, for they lose — in medicine's own terms — their immune effectiveness. The vaccine is supposed to give a chemical immunity to a child first of all, and later to adults, in the hope that they will not develop the corresponding illness. Science knows this theory is not right since, with the example of the flu, we notice that viruses are perpetually mutating and that vaccines are always one step behind the virus. But science tells us, on the basis of its statistics, that even if the vaccine is no longer the one matching the virus, it is still effective and helps to attenuate the illness. We must take their word for it, when they can have no proof of these assertions.
It also tells us that, if everyone is vaccinated, there will be no more microbial or viral aggressions. Yet man has never ceased, since the appearance of vaccines, to have microbial or viral illnesses. And he never ceases to be assailed by outside ‘’pathogenic’’ agents – agents that wish us harm – of every kind. Whether through what we think, what we breathe or what we digest.
If we wanted to follow medicine's example, there would have to be vaccines for ‘’parasitic thoughts’’, for air pollution, for foods aggressive to man. Nothing of the sort exists in the immensity of our defence system, and yet we are still sorcerer's apprentices in wanting to believe that we stimulate one tiny part of our immunity by injecting vaccines — and we have hidden from view the immensity of our defence system, which can never be stimulated from outside, except by the natural immunity for which human alchemy was designed.
Natural immunity, or the defence system of man, constitutes the basis of life; it IS LIFE. It is in action all the time, not only in the face of viruses.
The tragedy is that interfering with immunity from outside makes it fragile and prevents it from carrying out its work properly. Any intervention from outside that prevents the natural work of the cell's energy system of growth and defence hinders the cell's proper course.
And we will note differences in people's immunity; and medicine will then observe this, and ratify the fact that some people have better-performing defence systems than others, without knowing why; this is still an observation, not an explanation.
Answering the why is impossible for current medicine. On the other hand, if we want to become a real observer, we can only note the following fact: the centenarians tell us that they never took medicines or vaccines and never saw a doctor. We can also observe the difference between a child treated with antibiotics and another treated naturally. The second will recover much more quickly from his illness, without after-effects and above all without fatigue.
It is the same for the illnesses called childhood illnesses, which are at the source of the creation of all the vaccines. The child ‘’grows’’ from his illness when he lives through it naturally; he will be immunised for life against that illness, whereas the vaccine needs boosters to make the immunity last.
The number of consequences brought about by vaccines and ignored by medicine is incalculable; it recognises, with difficulty, only those that are obvious, so as to tell us that the percentage is derisory compared with the number of people vaccinated — but it is incapable of bringing any proof whatsoever of what the vaccine will cause in the organism in the medium term and above all in the long term. No study exists on this subject, for the study is quite simply impossible to carry out.
To deprive a natural defence system of the chance to put itself in place is, inevitably, to make the life of man more fragile. So we are going to witness illnesses revealing themselves in ever greater numbers, and can only, once again, note the fact.
Medicine tells us it is normal that people are more and more ill, since they live longer and longer thanks to it. We could also answer that if medicine healed, we ought to observe a fall in the number of sick people and a rise in the length of life lived in health. We must also add that the increase in life expectancy, which medicine credits to itself, is yet another false assertion; it is not thanks to medicine that the length of life has increased, for it is precisely stagnating now, ready to fall again later. As proof we have the fact that there existed, a very long time ago, people who lived far longer without this medicine.
Matter imprisons our spirit to such a degree that it has taken up all the room; we are prisoners of our physical body.
A few moments of life can show us something else — the orgasm, or the breath-hold, for example. The time of the breath-hold frees us, according to Guillaume Néry*, for a few minutes from matter, and allows us to touch the well-being of the spirit; this well-being cannot be described if it has not really been lived. And on earth, few people live it. For that, we must free ourselves for a time from our bodily prison.
We have condensed ourselves like no one else in the light of evolution; it was the price to pay for reaching individuality; for that, we separated ourselves from the great whole, which is the carrier of well-being. A few spaces are left to us that allow us to make contact with it again… and I think the breath-hold is one of them — but take note, a breath-hold carried out in consciousness. Everything, once again, lies in those words… in consciousness.
The in-breath is life entering the body; the out-breath is death; it is life leaving the body. During those few seconds, breathing has an automatic functioning that is lived, most of the time, unconsciously. We can become conscious of it, and then lengthen that time, if we wish.
The deep-water breath-hold, practised by Guillaume Néry in his records, is an adventure prolonged to the maximum, between an in-breath and an out-breath. He prolongs the instant of life from a few seconds to a few minutes. But the words ‘’prolongs life’’ are not entirely right; in fact Guillaume discovers life, for this breath-hold asks him to be in a state of hyper-consciousness, whereas, when we breathe without consciousness, we are simply in a state of survival, on standby; we maintain our physical body in a vegetative life, devoid of consciousness; we are at the state of the thinking animal… And we can spend our whole life in that state of consciousness. We are prisoners of our body. To leave this state, Guillaume is asked to set in motion his own forces of will, which allow him to live presence to himself, the indispensable condition for reaching his consciousness. He can then find again the awakened state, which we left behind at the age of three.
But the great question we must perhaps ask ourselves:
‘’ Are a few minutes of presence sufficient, in the light of the rest of our time?
Is it not possible to think that these minutes might become the daily life of men?
- Guillaume Néry: world freediving champion
The great puzzle, or the great whole
When I look at my biography, I picture my life as a puzzle made up of billions upon billions of pieces. We must rebuild it, piece by piece, to find again the primordial unity, the original matrix, the great whole, the ONE — call it whatever you like.
We issue from this matrix. This puzzle represents the billions and billions of additions of the mineral, the plant, the animal and man. If all these billions are brought together, we find the great whole again. It was necessary, in the course of evolution, for this great whole to separate, to condense, to become smaller and smaller, more and more individual, so as to arrive at billions of unique individualities, be they mineral, plant, animal or human.
Just as we must piece this great puzzle back together within ourselves, individually, we must also rebuild it collectively, to find ourselves again in a unity. This is the famous concept of the microcosm and the macrocosm.
The microcosm is represented at present by humans, who carry within them the great puzzle with the sum of the mineral, the plant, the animal… and man.
Each of our cells works individually, as man works individually; but each of our cells, while working individually, acts on the whole at the same time as its companions. In the same way man must work individually and at the same time serve others. Any formula, any technique, that does not go in that direction cannot be right, and this will show in man through illnesses — illnesses that will also show across the whole planet.
The illnesses of man are the causes of the illnesses of the earth, since man makes use of the earth. Illnesses scream his imbalance at man. As long as man is unbalanced, the earth will be too.
The man who wants to rebuild his puzzle cannot do so if he does not have the vision of the whole, if he does not know where he must go.
Only, man, having travelled the path towards his individuality, has lost sight of the pieces he is missing. Each one specialises in his own matter, in one function, and develops it having lost the idea of the primordial unity. Yet the human body shows us that, setting out from the original cell, the one, the sperm-ovum cell, a multiplication of identical cells took place. Then these cells differentiate and specialise into cells of the liver, of the heart, of the brain etc. They will have a very precise task to play, a task linked to their specificity, but this role will always be in relation with all the other pieces of the puzzle, so that the whole may function. When there is a cell that no longer works with the vision of the whole, illness appears, arriving to tell us: ‘’careful — put this cell back in its place’’.
This is what we have to accomplish on the human scale: that is, first of all, to see the functioning of the whole inside man. Here lies the dead end of our medicine, which has not done the work of visualising the whole.
Seeing the functioning of unity inside man can allow us, in a second stage, to hope to put in place the functioning of the whole inside humanity. To achieve that, we must know the whole, know where we are going. We cannot take a road if we do not know where it leads.
At present man has diversified so much that he has become the specialist of one very small part, and develops that part, which he believes he has perfected, to the point of becoming an ‘’expert’’ in his part. And each part that man has created has become so individualised that it has separated itself from the whole.
And when man notices that this hyperspecialisation is not right, he does indeed try to see how to do otherwise. He then turns, for example, towards the spiritual side, having become aware that he has reached the summit of the material and has arrived at a dead end. He may lean over his spiritual part, for he has understood that at the origin we are a spiritual unity.
But there too traps exist, for on this path one can isolate oneself and perfect oneself in one precise spot without having the vision of the great whole. We will find pieces of the puzzle, we will lay them side by side, but if we are not capable of having the vision of unity, we will get stuck — because of our ego.
We must speak of this famous ego.
The ego is the engine that must allow us to gather all the pieces so as to reach the vision of the great whole. For that, the ego must become totally neutral, that is, without any judgement; it must live neither the excess nor the deficiency — namely… live selfishness. If selfishness persists, it is impossible to find all the pieces of the great whole again. So man's first objective is to find again an empathetic ego, that is, one dominated neither by antipathy nor by sympathy.
How do we find that ego again?
It will ask us to become aware, first of all, that we are conditioned, manufactured, from our birth up to a certain age, by the thinking of others — the famous process of social domestication. This step is essential; without this becoming-aware, the ego cannot evolve, since it will never be a reality. We could call it, in today's words, the virtual ego.
For an ego truly to reveal itself,it is indispensable that it think by itself.
As long as we are conditioned by this process, we cannot hope to reach the pure ego, the one that issues from the universal I, from unity.
Our ego is polluted by thoughts I call parasites, which were not built by us. To reach this pure thinking, we must empty our whole memory of everything we have been taught, of everything we have been thought — make a total void.
That is perhaps what Guillaume Néry – world freediving champion - finds again when he is in a conscious breath-hold.
It is certainly an instant when we reconnect with the whole, because we are the whole; in each individuality the whole is gathered. It took millions and millions of ages for man to have the capacity to become conscious, individually, of this whole. If we remain in the process of social domestication, we are incapable of gaining access to the consciousness of this whole.
At first, this analysis will bring us to an intellectualisation of this whole; we know that this whole is at the origin, but we do not live it.
It is not enough to think of spiritual unity; it is going to be necessary to live it.
For that, the only path shown to us is that of living the present moment.
That is why man seeks by every means to find this presence again — through meditations, through other means, such as the breath-hold for example. The spiritual world has left us one vestige for coming close to this whole, though in a truly attenuated form: the orgasm. The orgasm is the only moment when man can escape from time, when nothing exists any more, and he knows, in his depths, that this instant is unique and unequalled. As soon as thought appears, the lived experience of the orgasm can no longer reproduce itself.
That is why man runs frantically after the orgasm — but the trap is that he runs after it selfishly, for he thinks regularly of himself. The sexual act has become a thought, even an obsession for some. He will not be able to reach the whole by that road.
So, if we want to think by ourselves, we must empty out all the thoughts we have learned, and even empty out all the thoughts we project, if those projects are based on experiences already learned. We must live the act without prior thought, without prejudgement, without any qualms; then the sexual act becomes simply an act, identical to eating or drinking. If we manage to live the sexual act only for the act it represents, then jealousy, possession — and therefore selfishness — disappear; then we can hope to begin to come close to love. This means that the man who functions with the thoughts of others will never be able to reach love, nor even come near it.
We live at present in this world, and reality confirms to us that this love does not exist.
Krishnamurti
To arrive at this, we can no longer content ourselves with the truths taught by anyone — and I do mean by anyone — but must function by ourselves, through the reality of things, that is, what is presented to us, without any judgement, without any projection, without any analysis at first.
We look at reality and we live it.
The freediver can only manage what is happening at the moment it happens — manage the pressure in his lungs, the desire to breathe, which can quickly turn into an urgent need if he begins to think. If he starts thinking, he will die.
It is reality that dictates to him the acts to be accomplished; he acts according to the reality of the present moment.
Our greatest work on this earth is to live this state of being, and to be contagious with it. That cannot pass through images or virtual words, but through a living example; which is what we do with all the children of the planet; the small child is a sponge that reproduces everything it sees or hears, without understanding.
We must live the same initiation with regard to reality.
Reality is the living example for the adult, from which he can act.
Our spirit is then no longer stuck fast in matter — no longer monopolised, that is, by the thinking of others. It functions by itself and filters every thought that comes from outside.
In this we are helped by the spiritual world; it is a form of perfect collaboration, for it wakes us when it wants to whisper in our ear what we must say — and we then know that the words we are about to utter are right – even if they are contradicted by millions of people –
The angel, or our inner self, or our entity of genius - call it as you please, or do not call it anything at all, for as soon as we name something, we shut ourselves into a concept, into a thought – comes to meet us only if we have first let go of our whole acquired system of thinking, and if we use our own thinking, empty of all judgement.
The man-prison
We are imprisoned by our body. We depend on food, on breathing, on thoughts. Our self is subject to the will of the body and is therefore not free. At this stage we can call it the ego. This ‘’entity’’ submits totally to all the ‘’whims’’ of the body — most of the time unconsciously, through thoughts, breathing and food, and sometimes consciously, through illnesses. We depend solely on its functioning, and the self obeys the ‘’vital’’ mechanisms completely. We can name ourselves ‘’man-prison’’.
We are free in nothing, except in the orgasm. For a few seconds (minutes for some women), there is an exit from the body. We no longer exist as a physical body.
The process of the breath-hold also allows us — though to a lesser degree perhaps — to free ourselves from the physical body for a few minutes (for the best performers).
Evolution brought us all the way to the elaboration of a physical body so that man could make the experience of who man is; no entity of the spiritual hierarchies has made this experience; the spiritual hierarchies make it through incarnated man.
When we keep observing reality, we notice that man frees himself from his physical body-prison only at the moment of death. Human beings, on the other hand, spend their whole earthly life trying to seek to free themselves at all costs from this body, which imprisons them at the three levels of the soul – thinking (thoughts)- feeling (breathing)- will (food) – through the orgasm.
Some people want to go further and attempt it through a stopping of food, a stopping of breathing or a stopping of thought; all this at the price of considerable efforts to obtain it — until it no longer requires any effort.
Indeed, the man who has accomplished this path no longer makes any effort.
In fact we are on Earth to accomplish an important work: that of finding again the spiritual immensity from which we issue, and which we find again at earthly death.
The passage on earth is a purely initiatory passage, to prepare man to become the future spiritual hierarchy… the hierarchy of liberty and of love.
Some know that universal love on earth is very difficult to reach as long as the ego is a prisoner of its body. On the other hand, when one comes close to this love, the work is accomplished and no effort is asked of us any more; everything becomes fluid; everything is right; everything is in its place; all this without any thought coming to short-circuit the marvellous alchemy of creation.
Men have become aware that, to hope to reach this firmament, they must use meditation… But what is meditation?
And once again it is the thoughts of men that have put in place various procedures of ‘’meditation’’… and once again we have it all wrong, for no thought can bring us to meditation.
In an authentic meditation, man should free himself totally from his ego or mind, reach the complete void — but not want to make the void, for then thought comes back into play.
To reach the void is to be solely in the attention to things, for that is the only moment when thought stops, to leave room solely for the thing being observed.
And this can be done at any moment of the day and on any object of attention; there is no need to sit in the lotus position or other specific postures, in a secluded place without noise, etc… All that, again, was thought up by the man-prison.
In fact, man lives his ‘’hell’’ on Earth, for he will seek (or not), all his life, consciously or unconsciously, to get out of this straitjacket that his body constitutes. When religion speaks to us of a hell after death, it deceives us — or at any rate is wrong about the place… ‘’Hell’’ is indeed on Earth, for those who do not see it; but it can turn into ‘’paradise’’ for those who catch sight of it.
The work for reaching this level of consciousness takes place here on Earth, with the help of our body, between birth and ‘’death’’ — and not in the sky presented by some as ‘’nirvana’’.
Once again, we can note that the human body, this marvellous alchemy given to us by Creation, has provided everything to be the support of our advance (or not) on the spiritual plane. It offers us all the ingredients for awakening, if we bring all our attention to what it truly represents.
For that we must go to meet it, and no longer stay inside ready-made, learned thoughts.
If we do this work, we eliminate the ego, with all its learning, in favour of the I, which knows all that is right.
Then the spiritual world can come to meet us, for we have travelled the necessary and indispensable path to meet it.
The Holy Spirit and the sound spirit
I have just had a dream, in the night of Pentecost Sunday. We are at war, and someone is making sandwiches that are either in black and white or in colour. Those who eat the black-and-white sandwiches are anguished and totally paralysed by the war, whereas those who take the coloured sandwiches are filled with strength not to accept this war.
This may make us think for a moment of the word ‘’war’’ used by Emmanuel Macron about the corona virus.
These two categories of people can send us back to the notion of the 2 and the 3. Remember the notion of the threefold order, namely body-soul-spirit. These words can remain mere words — totally abstract images — or become concrete, if we bring them to life. Of this threefold order, at first sight, one can say that only the body seems concrete, since it can be seen, while soul and spirit would issue from our imagination, since they are invisible to the eye. But if we lean a little closer over the notion of the body, we notice that it too is virtual, for we know practically nothing about it. Medicine has dissected only its outward appearances.
So this threefold order — like, for that matter, that of liberty-equality-fraternity — is an association of three words representing a virtual image, formed by our mind, which has no practical meaning in our current life.
We are going to try to give it meaning.
Some of us know that, for man to become an individuality which will one day, in a more or less distant future, be free and a bearer of universal Love, it was necessary for him to pass through materialism pushed to the extreme. For that, threefold man (the 3), body-soul-spirit, had to separate from the spirit to become a ‘’duality’’ man (the 2) made up of a body and a soul; the church ratified this state of affairs at the Council of Constantinople in 869. By suppressing the notion of spirit, the church speaks of a man who cannot think by himself, but must think through the thoughts of the church;
the church will therefore think in man's place.
The church dominated the world for a certain time, until science took power; science rests only on the ‘’visible’’ and hides away soul and spirit, but it still remains ‘’encumbered’’ with emotions and thoughts, which it does not know what to do with, for it can neither see them nor explain them with its intellectual methods.
Taking the church's place, science then imposes its thoughts on man.
Science will therefore think in man's place.
The corona virus episode is one of the most concrete examples of this.
To try to bring to life what is for the moment abstract, let us try replacing the words body - soul - spirit with will – feeling – thought. Even if this comparison is not entirely exact, it comes close to the will to understand by ourselves what, until now, has been imposed on us as a totally abstract dogma.
No one can deny that man thinks, feels and acts. This 3 is omnipresent. Yet since the advent of materialism – and before it, of religion – we no longer think by ourselves, but we are thought by science (and / or religion, for some); but what is science?
Science is carried by the thinking of others, who are supposed to know from their predecessors, who themselves also underwent the thinking of others, etc… We have passed from the 3 to the 2. At this stage, man is reduced to the state of a robot carrying out what HE is told.
But why have this dream precisely at Pentecost? What do the texts say about Pentecost?
Pentecost is said to be the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the apostles. From that instant, the apostles become Initiates, capable of delivering the message that Christ brought to earth 50 days earlier, at the moment of his crucifixion.
Christ brought Love to the Earth, at the moment when men were losing themselves in a limitless selfishness. This is the message of the spiritual world; each is free to hear it a little, a lot, or not at all.
This selfishness has not lessened; on the contrary, it has been reinforced by purely materialist thinking. We stand before a real observation.
So let us try to see whether this message, totally virtual for the moment, can ‘’fit’’ with reality.
In French, the Holy Spirit — le Saint Esprit — can also be called l'Esprit Saint. And l'Esprit Saint can also be written l'esprit sain: the sound spirit, a spirit that can become sound. A sound spirit is a spirit that undergoes no influence outside itself.
But why add the adjective sound to the word spirit? Well, once again, let us turn to reality, setting aside everything we may have been taught. Let us try to empty our mind, for the space of a few minutes, of all our beliefs, and observe.
We are formatted, I have said it already, from our birth, by the thinking of others; at no moment do we have the right and the power to think by ourselves; that is our spirit — or rather that of the others, for our own does not really exist. As our existence goes on, we create images, concepts that we have been taught. Then a trigger may come, which begins to make us doubt these images that have become beliefs. We can then push this doubt away, or on the contrary go and explore it. If we give in to this doubt, we will go on functioning in the binary mode. If, on the other hand, we go beyond this doubt, we can hope to function with our own spirit — namely in the ternary mode… thought-feeling-will. It is no longer the thoughts of others that express themselves in us, but our own thoughts, issued from a spirit in total harmony with its feelings and its actions.
It is no longer an intellectual reasoning, carried by the brain of the head, that dominates, but feeling, carried by listening to the brain of the heart. At this stage the acts carried out will be right and in total harmony with thought and feeling; none of the three dominates the other two. We reach the perfect threefold order, and can then give the spirit the adjective sound.
Man will then think by himself. The spirit becomes sound.
To receive the Holy Spirit — that is the event the apostles lived through at Pentecost. This teaching changed their life totally. Their spirit became sound. It was necessary that they show us the way, and above all that they show us that it is possible.
To find one's own spirit again is the event man must accomplish today. Then we will be able to speak of a Spirit that is…Sound. The various testimonies I have been listening to since this ‘’virus’’ episode confirm to me that there are more and more ‘’sound spirits’’ awakening.
To function with one's own spirit implies ‘’binning’’ every thought pre-established by others, making a total void of prejudged images, ‘’setting out as if we knew nothing’’ (Krishnamurti).
At this stage we can hope to function by ourselves, and one day become what the apostles obtained, namely Initiation.
Initiation can be perceived as the meeting between the earth-man and the heaven-man, where dissociation no longer exists, for it gives way to unity.
We will then have accomplished our mission on Earth: to pass from the 2 – selfishness, or the thinking animal –, to the 3 – the passage from selfishness to love, or the Being who becomes Human –, to arrive at the 1 – Universal Love, and the liberty that is its synonym – for liberty can only exist in spirit, and the spirit can only be sound; and if it is sound, it can only transmit Love at every instant, everywhere it finds itself.
Roger Mc Gowen is living proof of this.
And what if that were the famous Resurrection of Christ. To understand at last, in our daily life, this ‘’mystical’’ episode, which remains a ‘’religious concept’’ for many people.
Christ, this spiritual entity, incarnated in a physical body (Jesus) to show men that death does not exist, and that what men call earthly death is in fact a passage from one state of consciousness to another state of consciousness. And that this change of state of consciousness must be able to be found again in every moment of our life. Our life is strewn with permanent resurrections, most of the time left at the unconscious level. For example, in the physical body, every second cells die and others appear.
To transform a formatted spirit into a sound spirit:
Is never to accept a thought coming from someone else without having gone to verify it first.
Is to pass from a remote-controlled, robotic mode of functioning to a totally individual mode of functioning.
Is to pass from the thinking animal (selfish) to the Human Being (filled with love). This is what happens at ‘’earthly death’’.
Is to pass from a state of waking consciousness to a state of awakened consciousness.
Just as the apostles lived the resurrection by becoming Initiates, thanks to the Holy Spirit, man lives a resurrection by passing from the spirit ‘’of others’’ to a sound spirit, functioning by itself.
It is a real spiritual ‘’tsunami’’ that we have to face.
The resurrection then takes on its full meaning, and no longer remains at the state of an abstract — and therefore useless — ‘’religious’’ concept.
The Holy Spirit is the Spirit in all its purity; the Spirit, become sound, is the path for reaching it.
The Spirit, sound at last, is in a position to measure the functioning of its ego so as to transform it into a Human Being, filled with Universal Love.
The evolution of Humanity then takes on its full meaning again.
End of the reflections on the CORONA VIRUS
The trap
Here is a snatch of a conversation I had with a friend whom I accompany on her dento-humanosophic path; these words come up again and again among people who have not yet fully entered dento-humanosophy.
« For a month now, I have been overwhelmed by time and I cannot manage to do the exercises with the activator. »
I was due to meet her a few days earlier, but she cancelled our meeting at the last moment, because she had developed intestinal problems. At that instant I knew (well before she told me) that she was no longer using the activator — otherwise she would not have fallen ill.
All this led me to the following reflection.
The trap — why this title?
The current functioning of humanity rests entirely on electromagnetism, represented concretely by the digital, whose end point is the internet. The whole of humanity (or almost) regards this process as an unprecedented advance, as a progress that allows all men to connect from one end of the planet to the other and to ‘’talk’’ in record time. Everything is designed to speed up time, because man manifestly no longer has time for anything; he must run after this precious time that so often escapes him. The phrase ‘’I don't have time, or I don't have enough time’’ is the daily bread of present-day man. The human being must and wants always to go faster, to gain time… but a question arises!
What does he do with the time he has gained? He has gained time, so he has more of it — so what does he do with this gain of time? He uses it to gain still more and, in this way, he never lives the present moment, since he is always running after this famous time that never stops escaping him.
Here lies the trap; by always wanting to gain time, man NEVER stops. So he cannot live the present instant, that famous moment cited in all the sacred texts (and the non-sacred ones too) as the only way out that can perpetuate health in man. This totally ephemeral moment is the one and only in which fear no longer has a place. Now fear is THE cause of all illnesses on Earth, for behind fear selfishness always dominates*. We then understand why illnesses are, and will always be, more and more numerous and more and more inexplicable to current science, which looks for the causes outside man.
Everything I have just described takes place in the most total unconsciousness for almost the whole of humanity. The trap is of supreme intelligence, for it has turned evil into good.
But some among us are beginning to ask the questions that disturb medicine. All those who have been living a daily unwellness, for very many years; those for whom medicine no longer has answers. Their suffering is such that the ‘’ill’’ begins to speak to them; they then turn towards other possible hypotheses of thinking. They gradually become aware that these new hypotheses have one law common to them all: they are coherent. If one leans over them seriously, one notices that they are not only coherent but answer to an implacable intellectual logic, being 100% reproducible. These hypotheses become solutions to ‘’the current data of science’’ — the phrase behind which medicine hides so as never to call its current data into question.
The people who have nothing left to lose make the experiment of these new ideas — which are in fact very old, but were swept aside by so-called modern science. The women and men who commit themselves to these ‘’new’’ findings heal from all their ills; we can speak of healing, and no longer of remission.
But sometimes, although the trap is seen in full consciousness, some do not manage to commit to this new path and put the necessary acts in place. Then the unwellness (and/or the illness) persists, and/or even grows sharper, in proportion to the degree of consciousness.
But what does illness (the ‘’mal a dit’’) do? What is its role?
It stops us in our habitual activity, and the symptom and/or the pain keep us constantly in presence. Indeed, it is our chief preoccupation and blots out everything else; it takes up all the room and is omnipresent; it obliges us to live presence all the time. Every second, the ill speaks to us. Illness becomes our best friend; it guides us along the path of the perpetual present moment. It is there to teach us presence and to tell us: ‘’stop; but since you cannot manage it, I will show you the example and oblige you to live my presence.’’
What does medicine do then? It gives medicines to try to silence the pain (the ‘’ill that speaks’’), to allow us to think of other things again — that is, to find again our thoughts of before, our thoughts that belong to the past, the ones that prevent us from living the present instant, which is the only sign of health. By this mechanism of the medicine, medicine prevents us from awakening to another consciousness and keeps us in a pathological functioning that will engender other symptoms, other pains, and therefore other illnesses… and it is an endless spiral. The observation is beyond appeal; there are more and more illnesses and more and more sick people, treated by more and more doctors (ever more are lacking in the towns and in the hospitals) who prescribe more and more medicines.
If man becomes aware of all this, he will put acts in place to make the illness disappear and live presence without its help. Only the act of presence, lived in consciousness, can allow man to live harmoniously in health. The choice of this act is necessary and indispensable. Those who do not manage to live this presence in action make the choice not to live it. It is their choice — but we are totally responsible for our choices.
Dento-humanosophy gives us tools for reaching this choice. For that, it is vital (and the word is not too strong — otherwise we are in survival) to decide, by ourselves, to stop our everyday ‘’gesticulation’’ and make a ‘’freeze-frame’’: to take a few minutes of OUR time (for it is indeed our own time that is at stake; I am the sole master of my time) to settle into the instant and nibble on an innocuous little rubber appliance.
For the world of the internet, this is not serious — and yet!!! This means allows us to pass from totally blind unconsciousness to a more and more enlightened consciousness, a consciousness that will allow us to awaken to the essential, to the true life programmed for man.
We will then discern the trap conveyed by the artificial intelligence of the internet, which is only an illusion, and we will find again the time needed for this true life. It is the only path that can give us access to well-being and to health.

MY ‘’ANGEL’’
I lived one way, and I live another way, beside an ‘’Angel’’. My wife Christine has been, is and will forever be a spiritual master one might call ‘’ordinary’’, next to the masters known and recognised as spiritual teachers.
There exist — I think so, and I wish it for humanity — many ordinary masters who deliver their teaching through their state of being, through the truth, the goodness and the Love they give off. This is what Gitta Mallasz (1) called ‘’spirituality in the ordinary’’, for there are not several spiritualities; only Spirituality lived in the everyday can claim that title. All the rest remains at the stage of literature.
The ‘’Great’’ masters of humanity are necessary, but sometimes, unfortunately, not sufficient, for they can remain at the stage of that literary theory for certain ‘’apprentice disciples’’. Indeed, the latter may even seize hold of the teachings and become ‘’pseudo masters’’ in the eyes of the immensity of the population, which suffers from its lack of spirituality.
This suffering is exponential and will progress at an ever greater speed, in step with humanity's becoming aware of the destruction of the planet — and therefore of man, for it is indeed the Earth and the cosmos that nourish man entirely, through food, water, air, warmth; or, put another way, the mineral (solid), the plant (liquid), the animal (gas-air), the human (warmth).
This scenario has allowed many ‘’pseudo masters’’ to create trainings in ‘’well-being’’ where all the sufferers of materialism gather, those who can find no way out of their unwellness… and there too, demand is exponential.
I was one of those sufferers, and I could have been one of those blinded by the charisma of these ‘’pseudo masters’’, had I not had an ‘’Angel’’ at my side to instil spirituality into me ‘’intravenously’’ — that is, drop by drop, without haste and without any will to convince. She left me — or rather gave me — the time needed to awaken progressively, letting me live through the stage of pure, hard Cartesianism, necessary, I think, to the human being of today. Then she allowed me, by her attitude alone, to tell the difference between religion and spirituality — religion, which I had pushed away completely.
Christine is a soul of rare purity. I know of no enemies she has — perhaps some envious ones, for it is true that her natural goodness makes one envious of it. My karma (our karma) gave me the privilege of living alongside this exceptional being, who continues, through her illness (2), to teach me to work on our supreme TASK… the excess of selfishness (3).
And the game is never definitively won, for the ego is everywhere, since it represents ‘’who we are on Earth.’’ In the course of evolution, we detached ourselves from our great I, leaving, today, all the room to the ego. This passage was necessary for man to reach his own individuality.
Now the time has come to find again our invisible spiritual part, ‘’mislaid’’ shortly after birth — a part that some among us still possess in a more pronounced way. These are all the people who convey good on earth without a single unwholesome thought. These beings who are contagious with the good and the beautiful, and who challenge those not yet on the path.
These ‘’angels’’ incarnated on Earth to pull upwards all those, women and men, stuck fast in their selfishness pushed to its paroxysm. For we can no longer hide our faces from it: we are all there, stuck in this excess of selfishness which, if we do not act, will drag us inexorably towards a war of all human beings among themselves (this war is named the ‘’war of all against all’’ in certain sacred texts).
We are asked, today, to begin to reverse the trend and to become, progressively, the future ‘’angels’’ of tomorrow — so that all those who sacrificed themselves for us did not do so in vain.
We will then have accomplished our TASK on Earth.

I have left my body,
that precious tool which was given to me
to accomplish my task on earth.
It had been too worn by time.
I know that another tool will be given to me,
better suited to a new task.
You too have a task, a unique task.
It is good to accomplish it well
as long as this rare gift from Heaven
- your earthly body-
is usable.
Otherwise you have lived in vain

The obligation to reach ‘’ love ‘’ :Excerpt from my book ‘’De l'égoïsme à l'Amour’’
Evil is a good that is not in its place. The image of the scales is very representative of this saying. For the beam to stay vertical, the equality between the right-hand weight and the left-hand weight must be perfect; one milligram of difference and the beam moves. One milligram of good ‘’too much’’ or ‘’not enough’’, and there is imbalance. We can measure the perfection asked of us to reach this objective. We saw it through our confrontation between masculine and feminine. It is a trial of every second of our life. But the objective, for the moment, is not to keep the beam of the scales permanently vertical, but to pass regularly through this position between the successive imbalances — as we do when walking. This passage means living the present instant, which is always ephemeral, since it does not last. We can only live successive presents; at the moment I write this line, the line before is already part of my past, but it will serve me to write the following line, which becomes the new present before fading in its turn into the past. But all these lines, written one by one in the present, prepare the lines to come. Everything here is in movement. The present is indeed the source of the past and of the future. I pass through it all the time, but I can never stop there. Through the example of time, we understand the permanent oscillation of the scales, which must pass regularly through the centre without being able to stay there long. This must be the permanent functioning of man, for it is that of nature at every level. We will see it further on, for those who are interested, with the example of chewing.
To achieve this objective, as we have already seen, we will be asked to track down our selfishness into all its corners — that is, to flush out evil in the place where it is.
- Where is evil to be found?
Evil, we now know, is omnipresent, since it exists from the very beginning of our life. But it has reached such a gigantic power that almost the whole of humanity no longer perceives it. It has inserted itself very progressively, insidiously, into every domain of life. Without a sound, it hides behind the physical inventions, each more fantastic than the last, to arrive at what humanity calls: progress. For we must not mistake the observation; evil is not limited, as one might think, to the bad actions of men. It is something else, much more active, for it is also the fruit of the creations of men; it is eminently more concrete and above all of a power never yet attained on Earth. Let us lean over what R. Steiner tells us on this subject.
‘’ But now, in our fifth epoch, human beings will have to wrestle with evil in an elemental way. In particular, it is through man's mastery of the various forces of nature that the motivations and impulses of evil will act in the world with gigantic power. And the opposing forces, the forces of good, will have to grow in the resistance that human beings will be obliged to develop, from the spiritual foundations (of their nature). In particular, it is through the exploitation of the force of electricity, which will reach proportions far beyond what it has assumed so far, that it will already be possible, in the fifth epoch, for human beings to spread evil over the Earth. But evil will also submerge the Earth directly from the force of electricity itself.’’
These words, spoken at the beginning of the 20th century by a personality gifted with a clairvoyance whose authenticity no one can deny, are of a ‘’divine’’ precision. In his day, electricity was only in its infancy. He predicts to us that man can destroy humanity and the Earth with electricity and then its derivatives, magnetism and the nuclear.
Now let us try to stop for a moment and observe the excesses of electricity, of magnetism and of the nuclear. If we are capable of setting aside all our taught beliefs, and of actually seeing the gigantic damage all these excesses cause, we will have taken a small step towards the awakening of our consciousness. But the most complicated part is still to come. Man has created a gigantic sphere, issued from electricity, so powerful that it radiates like a planetary ring, far out all around the Earth. At the origin of this monumental electromagnetic sphere, we find the discovery of the binary system, that is: the 0 and the 1. We owe its discovery to Sir Francis Bacon in the 1500s. This man was in fact the discoverer of today's future computing system, which also rests on the binary mode. And the culminating point of the current computing system is … the INTERNET. Why is this binary catastrophic? Because only the threefold order is natural on Earth. Everything that departs from this law is destructive.
- Steiner repeats to us in many lectures that, to lay low the forces of evil, it is first of all necessary to see them; one can only recognise an adversary if one perceives him. In this precise case, he helps us to discern the evil, even though this will ask great efforts of us, for the internet embodies progress, with a capital P, in the eyes of the world. Indeed, no one can deny the advantages of the digital system, in the sense of its speed of execution, which has been an undeniable token of progress for as long as man has existed. Everything must always go faster, for man never has time, and runs after it.
But how can one run after time, when it depends only on us? It is we who should decide over our time. We are masters of our time; it belongs to us. It is part of our liberty, of our free will, to decide what we can do with it. And the adverse materialist forces have contrived to change this state of affairs, inverting everything and making time the master of man. At this point the internet arrived, judiciously, to give man the ‘’brilliant’’ tool, indispensable for helping him fight time — and for never being able to live presence. For wanting to gain time is never living the present instant (never again passing through the equilibrium of the scales). This is the single objective of the materialist forces: to bind man to the Earth and make the return to his spiritual part impossible. This is confirmed by the generalisation of the deformations of our mouths, which are the physical signs of our incapacity to live the present instant.
Few people are conscious of what is at stake in the takeover now under way by artificial intelligence. The most eminent researchers in cybernetics place its absolute power at 2050, or even 2040. One of its many objectives is to connect the human brain directly to the internet. Artificial intelligence means that the machines will take power over man (which is already well advanced), who will then be reduced to the role of an imbecile robot. R Steiner said, at the beginning of the 20th century, that if man developed electricity to a great degree, he would become an IDIOT. If this eventuality comes about without any opposition, it will be the inexorable end of humanity, for the materialist forces will have triumphed by imposing their powers. They have pulled off the tour de force of transforming, in the eyes of the world, evil into good. The recurring question uttered by those who are conscious of these words is the following: ‘’ why stop using the internet when we go on using electricity, magnetism and the nuclear? Why not use the forces of evil precisely to fight that evil? ‘’
These questions are very shrewd, and by their very legitimacy they let us measure, once again, the power of these adverse forces. They are omnipresent, to sow doubt in us. Indeed, today we cannot do without electricity and its derivatives. And even if we are beginning to measure the danger of the nuclear, there too we have great difficulty in getting rid of it. Basic electrical energy seems for the moment indispensable — but is the same true of the mobile phone and all its applications… and of the internet?
‘’ Men of materialist thinking believe that the spiritual world does not exist because they do not see it. But in the depths of their own soul, the impulse towards the spiritual world is not absent, although they deny it. This impulse is indeed there. In every human soul there exists a natural tendency, a living love for the spiritual world, even in materialist souls. Men simply render themselves powerless with regard to this impulse.
But there exists a law: when a force is held back on one side, it springs up again on the other. And the result is thatthe love instinct turns into sensual passions and instincts… And these become perversions of the senses. The perversities of the sensual instincts, all the abominable deformations of the sensual passions, are the counterpart of what in the spiritual world would be noble virtues, if the forces that should be employed in the spiritual world were not diverted towards the physical world.’’
When we observe the gigantic place of sexuality and pornography on the internet and in our everyday life, we can only, once again, note the truth of R. Steiner's words.
When I became aware, in my very depths, of the poison of these ‘’discoveries’’ issued from the digital, I stopped using what I call the superfluous — that is, the dose that makes the poison deadly (mobile phone, internet access etc...)*. I then noticed that not only did I not miss it at all, but that a certain form of fatigue had disappeared. I became all the more aware of it when I began to write this book, for which I again needed the computer. After an hour, I have to stop using the ‘’devil's’’ machine, for it ‘’pumps’’ all my energy out of me. I must then quickly find nature again, so that it may speak to me.
But then, how can we counter this gigantic spider's web that has ensnared the whole of humanity?
- I use the product of ‘’evil’’, through this site, with the sole aim of alerting men to the abuse of the use of the internet and mobile phones.
- The forces of good
We use the creations of the materialist forces everywhere — when we switch on a bulb, drive a car, watch television or listen to music. The more we use them, the more they will annihilate our faculty of discernment and make the forces needed to lay them low disappear. By using these tools we trivialise everything, and this has already begun in a very significant way. This electromagnetic power is insidiously destroying the whole neurological structure of man, which is the support of the Feeling Body. It also damages the Life Body. But none of this can be seen in any obvious way; few people are capable of making the links, so materialist man cannot become aware of it. In the light of these clarifications, it is necessary to eliminate what can still be eliminated and is not totally indispensable, so as to build up, over against them, forces sufficient to succeed in progressively removing the totality of the adverse forces. That begins with the greatest scourge: the internet.
For this, R. Steiner again gives us some leads. He speaks to us of developing universal love completely — disinterested love, that is to say, love devoid of the self. But how can one do away with the bearer of selfishness, namely one's ego? That is THE fundamental question. I ran up against it for a long time. By definition, we exist precisely thanks to this I; it is even the fruit of evolution up to our own day. So how can we be rid of it without disappearing with it? I measured once more what anthroposophy represents; it is the school of humility, for it reveals to us at every instant that we have knowledge of nothing but LEARNING in excess — and when one does nothing but learn, one becomes self-important.
Now learning knows nothing, and knowledge knows everything.
‘’ What of the word ‘’I’’? Among all words, it is the one that takes a quite particular place in human language. The human being begins to make use of it at around the age of three, an age when he does not yet possess a true consciousness of self. That is why this word is learned, at first, in an automatic way. The birth of the I comes about only at the age of 21. But what appears then will never, throughout the whole of life, be the true I. The ordinary man finds his true I again only in death. Thus, all through his life, the human being uses this word only ‘’provisionally’’. This provisional use of the word ‘’I’’ is a point to which every meditator must give particular attention. He must learn that he can only be on the path of the discovery of his true I, first by trying to feel its presence through his three sheaths (physical body, life body, feeling body)….
This I is not in itself egoistic. As soon as this I is freed from these three veils, it asks only to pour itself out into the cosmos. ’’ R. Steiner
To hope to separate from one's earthly I, we must let the universal I come in — the one that has followed us since the first of our incarnations; one of the paths for getting there is access to true forgiveness… and, after that, to Love.
But how do we bring this universal I into ourselves? To hope to draw near to it, we are going to need others, for, alone, we are permanently delivered up to our little I and its three selfish veils.
It was in the twenties of the last century that R. Steiner was approached by a group of young people, committed to anthroposophy, who wanted to take the step of a life based on spiritual work in community. In answering these young people he then named, for the first time, the concept of ‘’circles of forces’’.
‘’ If you want to take esotericism seriously, you must tell yourselves that it is an activity issuing from concrete impulses come from the spiritual world. One can only strive towards it. Anthroposophy is one path to it. To form such a community would be to decide to follow this path… When you speak of ‘’spiritual’’ content, you must be aware that this is a living thing. The spirit is something living, and such a circle cannot therefore be something dead. In other words, it must be a circle of forces. Its characteristic is to be alive. The health of the whole rests on the health of its parts. If you seek to obtain a real community, you must also seek to have the whole influence the parts just as the parts influence the whole. In such a community it is a matter of receiving one another's karmas. From this results a common suffering but also, and (said with force by R. Steiner) common joys.
This presupposes that one does not proceed, as is the habit today, by drawing up paragraphs 1, 2 and so on of programmes meant to bring the members together. Human beings must be received as human beings and not as members brought together by a programme — received as human beings, as neighbours with all their imperfections. Once such a circle is found, it will also be able to commit itself to the esoteric path. That will come about when the circle has found itself. The circle must be present before one can decide whether it can commit itself to an esoteric path.’’
- Steiner then proposed, for the first time, the creation of a circle of forces; it is a group of people who know one another very well and share the values of anthroposophy — hence of the primordial importance of finding spirituality again in each individuality. He gave this group of forces specific texts to meditate on every day, at the same moment, at very precise hours. The great particularity of these meditations is that they are carried out for the others. They are not group meditations but shared meditations — that is, each meditator will be alone in the place where he is (he may be on another continent).
The great revolution is the notion of meditating for the other. It is the only situation that allows one to free oneself from one's selfishness and hope to go and meet the universal I. Let us look at what R. Steiner tells us about meditation:
‘’ Prayer and meditation must be distinguished. Habitual prayer generally serves only one's own satisfaction. True meditation is the accomplishment of a spiritual will inherent in the spirit of the time. Through the exercise of meditation it is given to the spiritual forces to enter into earthly becoming. The spiritual worlds are seeking today to enter into earthly development, but they can do so only if the human being prepares the space for them by meditation. Meditation creates something like a gap in the physical world, into which the spiritual entities can enter with their action.’’
The space prepared by meditation corresponds to the beam of the scales coming to rest on the vertical, to living the present moments in an uninterrupted way, to mastering the adverse forces for the whole duration of the meditation, so as to allow the original universal forces of good to take the place left free.
R Steiner explains to these young people that by wanting to come together in community and create a circle of force, they prevent any action of the adverse forces. They then free themselves from their selfishness and can, at this stage, develop unconditional love devoid of the self.
‘’ The power of the materialist force is so strong today on the physical plane that not a single ‘’I’’ can measure itself against it.(we have confirmation of this with the internet; who can stop it?) Consequently no human ‘’I’’ can be sure today of really being able to accomplish a physical act it has decided to do.(he believes he is the author of it, whereas he is being manipulated unconsciously by the materialist force ) On the other hand, the field of work in which you have decided to accomplish acts is a field to which the materialist power has no access. That is why it depends on you alone to accomplish there the acts you have set yourselves. You thus have the possibility of accomplishing acts in complete freedom and, thereafter, of exercising faithfulness.’’
To reach this spiritual level will require us to develop the organs of our Life Body (such as the brain of the heart). This can come about only with the acquisition of a total moral consciousness. The latter will allow us to acquire moral forces that will be capable of directing any machine or any matter.
It is a real intellectual revolution; man would become capable of using matter as he pleases, with, as his only energy… his morality. I can imagine the reaction of some: « now we really have hit bottom; what is this idea now? We could move a block of stone with thought alone? » And what if Obelix had shown us the way?
And yet this capacity goes in the direction of evolution and coherence, when we recall a law of the spiritual world which stipulates that we always repeat the old with the germ of the new (we shall see this with biography). Indeed, through the notion of moral force, R. Steiner at last gives us the explanation of the secret of the pyramids. How were the Egyptians able to transport and hoist the blocks of stone to build their monuments? No explanation has yet been found — and for good reason, since none exists, if we take as our reference the physical scientific point of view alone. Some Egyptians naturally possessed, from birth, moral forces issuing from their Life Body (the very ones we are asked to develop today). They used them to carve and lift matter. Then these forces progressively disappeared with the loss of our link with the spiritual world; all this took place without consciousness. Today we are asked to acquire them — but, this time, in consciousness.
Quantum physics comes close to this revelation, having demonstrated that, in an experiment, it was the thought of the observer that influenced the atom. It brings to light that thought dominates matter. The famous phrase ‘’ thought is creative ’’ then takes on its full meaning again.
A machine propelled by moral energy has already existed, at the end of the 19th century. It was created by the American John Worrell Keely. Keely was not conscious straight away that it was driven by his own moral forces. He aroused an unprecedented enthusiasm, above all on the part of financiers. But when the latter realised that he was the only one able to set it in motion, they did not follow up on their investments. But the most incredible thing in all this is that this invention went totally unnoticed in the eyes of the world. I had to take a very close interest in anthroposophy to learn of its existence. So we are no longer at the stage of utopia or of beliefs, since a machine has already been developed by a man. But the power of the adverse forces — which reached their culminating point thanks to materialism, arrived at its apogee in the year 1900 — is such that the very idea of moral force fell into oblivion.
If men had been able, at that period, to develop their spiritual part, they would have run all their discoveries on moral energy, and electricity would have remained in its natural state. Now men are asked to set out to find again these moral forces, swallowed up for the moment by the adverse forces. The development of these moral forces will progressively replace the forces issuing from electricity. This passes through the annihilation of all selfishness in favour of an unconditional Love that is, first of all, earthly.
‘’ The incarnation of Christ is a cosmic phenomenon; that is why the understanding of this mystery requires beforehand the esoteric knowledge of the formation of the world, simultaneously with that of man, who is an integral part of it: the evolution of man, of which the christic event constitutes a central stage, is inseparable from our universe, so that one cannot really understand either the one or the other if they are studied in isolation, as materialist science does...
Faced with the impotence of present-day science to explain the world otherwise than by puerile theories, faced with its self-importance and its blindness, the human soul, too often denied by rationalist thought, nevertheless reveals its existence to us at least every time there awakens in us the desire to know the spiritual…’’ R. Steiner
This materialist world, orphaned for the moment of its spiritual part, unconsciously provokes events which allow us, if we become conscious of them, to raise ourselves towards these moral forces. All the difficulties met by present-day society are real gifts, since they are, in fact, the social ‘’mal a dit’’. They urge us to set in motion a solidarity — fleeting, admittedly, but existing all the same. This repeated solidarity may lead progressively to a first sketch of fraternity. The latter is the first score of the social threefold order, Liberty - Equality –Fraternity. If the human being becomes conscious of this little by little, it could be the beginning of the path towards his metamorphosis from selfishness into love.
‘’ Our individual way of behaving towards spiritual knowledge will engender in us the germs of a true morality of the future. The morality of the future will be built on spiritual knowledge. Either it will do so, or it will not be.’’
Feminine and masculine
(Complement following the writing of ‘’my’’ book ‘’ de l'égoïsme à l'Amour ’’ )
As I described in my book ‘’ de l'égoïsme à l'Amour ’’, the masculine has taken power over the present world. Everything that concerns materialism is under its domination. Nothing escapes it, and those women and men who try to bring another way of seeing are swept aside by the verbal and intellectual power of the masculine. Faced with a masculine +++, the feminine has very great difficulty in expressing what it feels.
The continuation of the evolution of our humanity must pass inexorably through the meeting (I should say the return) of the feminine within the masculine.
We can take the example of the scales, with the right-hand pan filled with masculine while the left is occupied by the feminine.
We can draw an analogy between feminine-masculine and qualitative-quantitative.
Indeed, the masculine thinks the quantitative, that is to say number; it encompasses totality and embodies power.
The feminine lives the qualitative, the quality of what is.
The masculine chatters its learning while the feminine expresses its knowledge. We can liken the feminine to the universal part of the I that enters into the ego, left in the masculine.
We can take rice as an example. Grains of rice in their raw state are quantifiable; then water is brought (life within the quantitative), which will little by little penetrate the grains of rice (which will remain just as numerous in quantity). The grains will swell through the absorption of the water, breathe out their aroma and reveal their taste. We are watching a real metamorphosis between a number of dry grains and the same number saturated with life. The weight of the left-hand pan of the scales will progressively increase, to the point of reversing the trend with a domination by the feminine. This is possible with rice but is not with the feminine; it is impossible for the latter to dominate the masculine; but, as we shall see, it can arrive at equilibrium.
When the feminine meets the masculine, the same event takes place. Life penetrates the dry, rigid man and makes him malleable and progressively human. The human being breathes out his savour and reveals his taste through his feminine. The alchemy of the human being can set in. Man passes from thinking animal to Human Being. At this stage Man no longer chatters; he expresses himself by using his quality of communication in the service of feminine knowledge.
It is the passage from the 2 (masculine and feminine separated) to the reunification of the 1. The Human Being can express the whole quintessence of his feminine within a masculine rigour and frame. His thought, feeling and will are in harmony; he can then create good acts accompanied by beautiful words with right thoughts. It is the appearance of Man revealed in all his harmony.
At this stage MAN will have accomplished what evolution asks of him, the creation of the tenth spiritual hierarchy, the hierarchy of Love and Liberty.
That epoch is not scheduled for right away, but we are expressly asked to prepare for it seriously, by going progressively to meet the feminine existing in every man and every woman. This feminine which will make it possible to silence the arrogance of the masculine functioning alone, by bringing the scales to their position of equilibrium, where no one dominates but where each is at the service of the other.
We shall then have obtained the reunification of the 2 into 1, the primordial unity from which we all issue. The Gift that was made to us from the origin of time and that we bring with us at each birth — a Gift we mislay after the age of three (with the appearance of masculine domination), and that we must give back, when man becomes conscious of it, with the blossoming of the life of his feminine (1).
We can also see another analogy, that of truth and reality, described in (1). We can associate truth with the masculine and reality with the feminine.
To sum up quickly the difference between the two, we can take the example of a child who has to go and buy bread. His mother gives him 10 euros, and each loaf costs 2 euros. The child cannot count yet, but he is with a friend who does know how to reckon and who says to him, ‘’ you are going to get 5 loaves ’’. But when he arrives at the baker's, the baker gives a loaf free when you buy 5 from him.
The mathematical truth is indeed 5, whereas the reality is 6.
This story brings us to this reflection.
‘’ Thinking must never be left to itself, failing which it will arrive only at what is exact but not at what is true.’’ (2)
When I met this phrase, I really understood the whole functioning that society (and therefore the man of today) has put in place through the masculine and ‘’ its truths ’’, which I have also named ‘’beliefs ’’, whether scientific or religious. The masculine functions with its left brain — analytical, purely intellectual. Its functioning rests only on the ‘’truths’’ of mathematics, physics, etc.…
The feminine has adopted the right brain — creative, artistic — which arrives at a reality that sets aside entirely the ‘’truths’’ that are taught. As I write these lines, I remember the words my wife and I used to exchange, before her illness. When I said to her, ‘’ I am going to explain ’’, and she answered me, ‘’ don't explain to me, it is no use, for I feel, and I do not understand what you are saying to me ’’ — and I would insist, persuaded that she would understand. My wife let me carry on, and I understood, much later, that her love was so great that she accepted, without a word, all my learning, through ‘’ pseudo-scientific affirmations ’’, whereas she knew the reality.
When a truth (masculine) and a reality (feminine) come together, we discover THE Truth, for there exists only one single Truth, which then dissolves into reality. This happens in masterly fashion when the masculine lets itself be penetrated by its feminine, when this masculine can express loud and clear (thanks to its oratorical power) the reality its feminine offers it. At that instant it has acquired the competence to compare this reality with ‘’its truths’’, so well learned, and, at that moment, it KNOWS that these truths are not right.
LEARNING has joined KNOWLEDGE; it places itself at its service.
This is the gift the spiritual world made me in sending me Dentosophy. This GIFT that I must GIVE BACK with the help of my whole soul.
This is the Debt (see the phrase in the Our Father: ‘’ Forgive us our debts as we forgive those of our debtors. ’’)

The stakes of illness and healing
« Healing is a word whose reach we do not always measure. Of course, everyone thinks they understand it.
At the first consultation, I often put this question to my patients:
«Are you shocked if I tell you that the only doctor for you is yourself »
For millennia, the greatest Sages have placed the power of healing within man. This astonishes hardly anyone. As a general rule, patients are not surprised, and nod in agreement. I then go on: « If we really are our own doctor, why go and consult when we fall ill? »
The answer is systematic: « One cannot settle everything alone. »
This may seem right. So we consult a therapist, the symptoms disappear, and we then speak of healing.
But at what moment are we our own doctor in this affair?
In fact, when patients speak of the « inner doctor », they think only of man's powers of self-healing. These are, for example, the immune system, the healing of wounds, the knitting of fractures, which take place all by themselves, without our consent. They lie below the level of consciousness. But can healing be summed up in that ?
So, what is healing? To heal is to recover health.
What is health? It is « the state of someone whose organism functions normally. » (Larousse)
What is normal functioning? For the majority of people it is: not falling ill. So, when we ask the question:
« What is health? »
« Not being ill » is the most frequent answer. Popular language
gives the definition of a word by the negation of its opposite. Now, this is not possible. The definition of a word cannot be based on its opposite. We run up against an obvious fact: in popular language, we find no definition for the word health.
The same is true, by extension, of the word heal. If we find no meaning in these words, it is because we have been mistaken, for some decades now, about the direction of thought to follow.
We could renew the definition of health in the following way:
It is to heal systematically whenever we are ill. Which is totally different from « not having illnesses ».
Health is the faculty of using one's processes of self-healing at any moment. It is a physiological process of life.
Let us take our reflection further.
These self-healing processes are used unceasingly. We are confronted, every second, with germs (viruses, bacteria...), with thermal aggressions (sudden differences of temperature, for example), and what we call in medicine physiology (or the normal state) is nothing other than man's vital capacity to adapt permanently. All these mechanisms take place without the intervention of consciousness.
But at what moment does adaptation end, and when does illness begin? One could answer:
« When the capacities of adaptation are overwhelmed, illness sets in. »
But where do we find the frontier between adaptation and illness? It is man who defines it.
Indeed, in a feverish state, the raising of the temperature is indeed produced by the body. So there is still adaptation by the body, but this time we are conscious of this adaptation, and the fever is considered the beginning of an illness. It is called a symptom, and the symptom is then no longer of the domain of the unconscious.
And yet, if the body produces fever when the need for it makes itself felt, that is because it holds the power to do so, in the same way that a man breathes through his mouth if you pinch his nose. No one forces the organism to raise its inner heat. It is a natural biological function, totally unconscious (it is the noticing of the fever that reaches our consciousness, not its triggering), to try to burn certain « aggressors ». We can say that the reaction to an illness is also a normal process of life. The only difference, compared with adaptation, is that we become conscious of the symptom.
Adaptation could be called « illness healed without consciousness », and illness would then be an « adaptation brought to consciousness ».
To support these words I propose the following reflection :
« We make ourselves ill by eating and we heal ourselves by digesting. »
(The example rests here on a non-toxic diet, of course).
Indeed, if we do not assimilate foods by way of digestion, we become ill (indigestion, vomiting, diarrhoea). If this goes on, we die. Eating is not enough, wemust digest.
Now, it is vital to eat, for if we do not, we die as well. We are therefore, also, under the obligation to eat.
Eating is indispensable but not sufficient, and digesting is an obligatory passage.
This digestion corresponds to the breaking down into molecules of the products issued from the outside world. We have to transform everything in order to assimilate, and to allow, among other things, the crossing of the intestinal and pulmonary barrier. We cannot inject unprocessed foods, or air, directly into the blood without causing death. We are therefore under the vital obligation to « humanise » every contribution coming from outside.
We stand before a law of nature:
Everything that comes to us from the outside world is poison (air, foods), and yet we have a vital need of it.
Starting from these observations, we could say:
Hunger is the « symptom » of the illness « eating », which is a natural, physiological and indispensable phenomenon. We heal from it by digesting at every meal, from birth to death. For everyone, eating and digesting are considered a normal process. So physiology is indeed to heal unceasingly.
I make myself ill by eating and I heal myself by digesting.
Being in good health corresponds indeed to the capacity to stimulate one's healing processes permanently.
If normality is to heal systematically, this means that illness is a necessity (like eating), and healing an obligation (like digesting).
We could also compare illness to imbalance and healing to balance. Let us take the example of walking. When we walk, the right foot, for example, finds itself in the air, ready to come down. At that instant we are in imbalance, but as soon as it comes down we recover balance, and at once the left foot leaves the ground, drawing us again towards an imbalance, until it is set down in its turn to find the next balance, and so on. Walking is a succession of balances and imbalances.
In this configuration, as with illness and health, imbalance becomes a necessity and balance an obligation.
We have seen that adaptation was in fact an illness settled without the intervention of consciousness, setting in motion the unconscious processes of self-healing (as eating triggers the processes of digestion), whereas declared illness makes us become conscious.
But conscious of what?
If our organism is capable of settling the immense majority of adaptations, WHY does illness exist? It certainly has something to tell us, and we necessarily have something to understand, otherwise it would stay at the stage of adaptation.
Illness would therefore have a meaning.
Here we introduce the notions of the why and of thewhat for , that is to say:
What is the meaning of illness? What do these pathologies mean? And to what end do they appear? Remember: we eat and digest, most often, in a totally harmonious way. We walk without falling.
Harmony is therefore the norm.
If harmony is what is natural, sick man is an illusion of man, and a sick world is an illusion of the world. Illnesses are in the image of their host (man), and the world is in the image of man, since it is he who creates it.
But man perceives the functioning of this world in the same way as he perceives illnesses: this is not a utopia!
How can we understand this other way of thinking ?
The moment has come to evoke certain modes of thought of Antiquity. When our illustrious ancestors spoke of the « inner doctor of man », they were alluding to the psycho-affective being — that is, to the thinking and feeling being — and not only to the unconscious processes of self-healing.
In announcing thatillness is a necessity and healing an obligation as being normality, we see that we oscillate all our life, in a physiological way, between these two scores. The conductor of this symphony is our psycho-affective functioning. This temperament will make us lean to one side or the other, and at every instant we ought to know where to head in order to understand the illness. We always have the choice between chaos and harmony, or illness and healing (and not relief).
Illness is a natural biological function, in the same way as sight or breathing.
ILLNESS IS PART OF HEALTH
It then becomes a friend, for it gives us the meaning. It guides us permanently, to say: « You are not on the right road. It is not serious; you have only to consult your map and go back to the previous crossroads. Then you will be on the way to healing. »
This healing (but also the illness) always comes from within (that is, from our state of being), whereas many people imagine it coming from outside.
Illness must make us conscious that our mode of functioning is not harmonious, and it is there to warn us and allow us to change it.
Here is the real meaning of illness:
A necessary presence for awakening to a healing indispensable for « growing ».
And when we are all « grown up », illness will no longer have any reason to be. It will no longer have anything to say to us. It will stay at the stage of adaptation.
We understand better why illness reaches our consciousness instead of staying at the stage of unconscious adaptation.
Illness then takes on another dimension, and healing a quite different meaning. We shall see, in the course of this book, how the events of life can bring the human being what he needs to advance in the understanding of his history and to trigger his own healings. »
That is what I had written on illness and healing, in 2007, in my first book ‘’Nos dents une porte vers la santé’’.
How can we compare this reflection with present-day medicine?
Illness is present to tell us, ( the ‘’mal a dit’’ ). It will do so through the appearance of symptoms; these symptoms are only the visible signs of a change in the functioning of the organism. Present-day medicine will catalogue them, then sort them into different groups which will define illnesses, and these illnesses will be designated by names — sometimes by the very name of the one who first discovered the symptoms. So all illnesses are named according to symptoms which are only catalogued outward observations; we are in the presence of the consequences of an illness which was triggered so that WE (the sick) should find the causes.
When medicine makes its diagnosis and gives the name of the illness, it knows absolutely nothing of the primary, original causes of the pathology.
Yet in the face of these illnesses medical science will develop chemical medicines that are supposed to heal the illnesses — medicines to counteract consequences, that is to say, the effects of the illnesses.
But how can one hope to heal if one does not go all the way to the causes of the illness?
And then another question arises:
But at what moment does the sick person come in?
At what moment does the becoming conscious of his illness take place?
Most of the time, it does not exist, and the sick person does not come in. He hands his body over to medicine without any consciousness and asks for a healing from outside.
In 90% of cases healing comes about because the self-healing forces are sufficient, and the concomitant taking of medicines serves no purpose — but the patient does not know this, and neither, most often, does the doctor, since they were taught that their medicines healed.
In fact, a sick person without consciousness is necessarily in fear, for illness is a form of depression of the body, and when man is in depression, he is afraid. Now fear is always kept up by ignorance; we are always afraid of what we do not know (one of the most telling examples is cancer, that sword of Damocles which can fall at any instant on someone, since medicine knows nothing of the deep causes of cancer.)
One of the first tools of ‘’miraculous healing’’ is the diagnosis the doctor will make; as soon as the diagnosis is made, the patient sets off the process of natural self-healing solely because his psycho-affective system is no longer afraid:
" medicine has found the name of my illness, so medicine knows, and if it knows it will heal me. "
The making of a diagnosis is the first placebo discovered by present-day medicine. The medicines are useless, but as they are going to be taken at the same time as the process of self-healing, the medicines will be made responsible for the healing — thereby justifying the taking of all the medicines the doctor will prescribe.
No one will be able to speak of the effects these medicines will produce on the patients' organisms, for no one has gone and studied these effects over sufficiently long periods. On the other hand, one can only observe that the more medicines people take, the more they go on taking them, as though they never stopped passing from illness to illness… and the consumption of medicines only increases, in the same way as the ‘’healings’’.
Medicine, which knows everything, has an unanswerable reply to this. ‘’Since the length of life has increased, thanks to the progress of medicine, it is normal for men to consume more, since they live longer.’’ And one might add that they are therefore, by that very fact, ill for longer.
But if this medicine heals, why are there more and more sick people… and doctors more and more numerous and more and more overwhelmed by more and more ‘’healed’’ sick people, etc.… Might one not imagine that the performance of medicine should allow an increase in the length of life without illness.
What is most troubling in this story is to hear the answers given by centenarians when they are questioned about their longevity.*
They have practically never seen a doctor, and they have taken no medicine in their lives.
This prompts us to think that medicine is lying to us when it attributes its progress to the increase in the length of life.
Let us continue our investigations and lean now over the 10% of so-called incurable illnesses (this percentage is entirely arbitrary). These are all the illnesses where the making of a diagnosis is no longer enough to heal, and at this stage one then observes that medicines, whatever they may be, no longer have any effect on healing. But that does not stop medicine from going on prescribing products — this time to minimise the symptoms, and first among them pain.
Medicine will even allow itself to make all the sick who are ‘’unconscious’’ of the meaning of their illness believe that it holds the products of healing.
Let us take up again the example of cancers: medicine will put in place protocols applicable to everyone, which no doctor has the right to contest, on pain of punishment from the council of the medical order, to arrive at an astronomical percentage of deaths… as though all these people had died ‘’healed’’.
It gives the sick no possibility of trying to go and see elsewhere whether death is as frequent after therapy, because it plays on fear — that fear which paralyses and which keeps all the beings who undergo it in dependence. *
But how to get out of this infernal spiral, which deliberately keeps humanity in fear — the absolute guarantee of an unfailing dependence on the authority that ‘’knows’’.
The only way out passes through an awakening of consciousnesses, and first of all through a simple observation of the state of the present world.
That passes through these observations:
-
that official medicine alone has the right to speak in the media, and that it accepts no detractor who would dare to go against the all-medication.
-
that freedom of expression is a decoy, and that it is not enough to proclaim ‘’je suis Charlie’’ to think that everything can be said.
-
that present-day medicine leans over illness, and not over the health and healing of man.
-
that it could not care less about man — otherwise there would not be such a dehumanisation, notably in hospitals. To confirm this: who among us feels a real pleasure in going to visit a loved one, or to consult, in a hospital?
-
that its only objective is the sale of medicines which will never heal anything, but which will in the long run provoke other illnesses, which will require other medicines, which…etc.
-
that medicine is the biggest commercial enterprise of the century; for that, it is enough to lean over the CAC 40 to see in what financial situation the pharmaceutical laboratories find themselves.
-
that it will therefore be impossible to fill the hole in the Social Security, since illnesses are and will be exponential.
Yes, I know! this will make people react, but most of these words are only observations, and who can deny them.
Once these observations have been made and recognised as well founded, we must awaken, to go and understand the ‘’why’’ and above all the ‘’what for’’ the human being has come to this? What is the meaning of all this? Why was it necessary for humanity to pass through this stage?
There lies the role of knowledge (as distinct from learning); going to understand by ourselves, and no longer through intermediaries. Whether through education, pedagogy or the religions, we have always been ‘’educated’’ by people who had the learning, and who instilled their beliefs into us.
If man, today, does not wake up and begin to think by himself, the evolution of humanity will be braked, and may even stop.
Present-day medicine is the consequence of the fiasco of education, of pedagogy.
We were not taught to function by ourselves, but to repeat like parrots the learning of others, to become totally dependent — and it is this inner state that makes us ill, so that the ‘’mal à dit’’ may awaken us.
The symptom is there to tell us what we have not understood, what we have not learned.
We are ill so as to try to understand what THEY did not teach us.
But as medicine keeps us in ignorance — that is, in a bad pedagogy. We can write:
Medical therapeutics is a logical sequel of a bad pedagogy.
Present-day medicine is the symptom, at the bodily level, of the bad pedagogy
And as present-day medicine can only be in the image of its pedagogy, it is there to replaster the cracks of the collapsing house, making us believe that this will be enough to save the house in question. We are in a vicious circle that drags us further and further into pathology, without any hope of healing.
Now humanity finds itself confronted with two worlds:
-
That of the men who are conscious of the meaning of their illnesses, and that the solution lies within themselves.
-
That of the men who are unconscious of their illnesses, and who think that healing can only come from outside.
Between these two camps no dialogue is conceivable, for the stakes are totally opposed. On one side, one tries to take an interest in the Human Being in his wholeness; on the other, one takes an interest in the human being's money.
IT is time to open our eyes wide and stop swallowing everything we are told, without ever going to verify for ourselves the truth of the words.
It is at this level that the real liberty of Man is to be found; only then will we be able to begin to speak of real equality and fraternity, and above all of an authentic democracy.
‘’ When the human meets the human, the doctor disappears ’’
*Nathalie Simon
Article published in the monthly ‘’Votre santé’’ N° 146 of December 2011
The public authorities never stop drumming into us that we live longer and longer thanks to the progress of medicine, that before the Pasteur era no one reached an advanced age — and everyone believes them. To the point that Dr Claire-Anne Siegrist, who collaborates with the WHO and has proclaimed herself the ‘’world's best specialist in vaccines’’, declared to ‘’ La Tribune de Genève’’ (20-21 December 2008), which gave her its front page: ‘’ Let nature take its course — that is natural selection: a life expectancy of 35 years, and half of all children dying before the age of 5.’’
It is appalling to see that a so-called ‘’serious’’ newspaper dares to print such nonsense, even when it is proclaimed by a ‘’ reference authority’’ whom no one has the audacity to contradict. This improvement of our life expectancy by medicine is one of the greatest untruths of this century, and rests on a manipulation of the figures. It is true that infant mortality, mortality in early childhood and in childbirth, has fallen sharply thanks to hygiene, but premature mortality, that is, mortality occurring before the age of 65, accounts for 25% of annual deaths in France. Moreover, this percentage is well above that of the other countries of the European Community, except Portugal. According to Inserm, the mortality of the French at the age of 25 is double that of the Swedes or of the inhabitants of the United Kingdom. Likewise, Greeks from 25 to 65 are in better health than we are, with health spending very far from equalling ours.
Not only do we not live longer than in the past, but we are more and more ill, and more and more dependent on the medico-pharmaceutical industry. In former times, when a human being reached venerable ages, he remained in full possession of his capacities, physical as well as mental — and without the help of pharmaceutical drugs!
Certain ‘’uncivilised’’ peoples have life expectancies far higher than ours, without any therapeutic assistance. Thus the Hunzas, who live on the foothills of the Himalayas, in northern Pakistan, live to about one hundred and twenty, while keeping their sight, their hearing and their teeth, as well as their capacity for effort. It is obvious that they lead a very frugal life, but hygiene is not the rule and yet they prove very resistant to illnesses. As for cancer, it is unknown among this people.
The same is true of the Indians who people the ‘’Valley of the centenarians’’ in the Andes cordillera, near the equator. In 1994, according to her baptism certificate, the eldest was one hundred and seventeen, and, in the cemetery, numerous graves attest the longevity of this people. The same proofs of longevity are found among the Abkhazians of the Caucasus, the inhabitants of the island of Okinawa in Japan and the Sikhs of northern India. Among the Mormons, too, one finds very many old people in perfect health at a very advanced age. All these peoples live in countries where chemical medicines are practically unknown, with a healthy environment, unpolluted by our ‘’indispensable’’ chemical products.
In ‘’Medical Nemesis’’, Ivan Illich observed that from the beginning of the 18th century the French child had a life expectancy higher than that of his parents, and that this gap widened between 1899 and 1920: ‘’ It would be a serious error to explain these transformations of the overall mortality rates by an overall progress in the effectiveness of the medical act. The difference between the life expectancy of successive generations appears under the Ancien Régime without there being, for all that, any notable therapeutic progress at that period.’’
Are all our fine talkers unaware that one need only consult a biographical dictionary to note the number of aged people in excellent health who made themselves talked about over the centuries, well before the ‘’progress’’ of medicine. And yet those who are cited represent only a tiny part of the population — the part that became famous, the rest never having been recorded. But that hardly stops our health authorities from declaring at every turn that our ‘’science’’ allows us to live much longer, and in better condition, than our grandparents.
It is thus very interesting to consult a dictionary and find numerous people who reached a very advanced age, in every era and in every country, including before the Christian era, even if we do not always have the exact date of their birth. However, from the 15th century onwards the dates become very reliable, for official registers were kept, and many were those who passed 90 and even 100 years. I have cited several hundred of them in my latest work on health, but this list — long, though not exhaustive, and very verifiable — concerns essentially men, no doubt because it comes from dictionaries, and so concerns people who made themselves talked about through their talents, scientific, artistic or political. Now, in those times, few women had public lives, and their activities were more discreet. Yet there were certainly just as many of them, since in general women live longer, from a certain age onwards.
We should all the same remember the names of Madeleine de Scudery, the French woman of letters honoured by the Académie, who lived 94 years, Elisabeth Chavigny, a Canadian who died in 1748 at the age of 99 years plus one month, and Alexandra David-Neel, who died in 1969, at 101. In his work ‘’The Death of Humane Medicine’’, Dr Petr Skrabanek cites the case of a certain Pheasy Molly, who died at 96 from having set fire to her clothes while lighting her pipe at the fireplace, and that of Jane Gorbritt, who had never given up her pipe and died in her 110th year, in 1856.
In 1867, Mary Galligall died at the age of 102, after downing her glass of gin and smoking her pipe, as she did every day. In 1883, Mary Murray, fond of punch and black tobacco, died at 110, as reported by the ‘’Medical Press’’ of 3 January, and, in 1894, the ‘’Provincial Medical Journal’’ of 1 August reported the death, at 106, of a Welshwoman, another lover of the pipe. One would think that pipe-smoking was a token of long life. As for today's centenarians, Jeanne Calment, who died at 122, was still riding a bicycle at 100 and lived alone until her 110th birthday. She attributed her longevity to the olive oil she used in her food and rubbed into her skin, as well as to a glass of port and a kilogram of chocolate a week. Eugénie Blanchard, who died at 114, never took medicines. Some time before the passing of Florie Baldwin, who died in May 2000 at the age of 114, her daughter Maisie, aged 89, declared: ‘’ She is very, very fit. She suffers from nothing and never takes medicines.’’
The online daily ‘’Sabcnews.com’’ reports that a South African woman, Moloko Temo, who has just celebrated her 132nd birthday, may be the oldest person in the world. Although she is not officially recognised, official identity documents issued in 1988 by the local government would confirm her age. This doyenne is said to owe her tremendous longevity to her numerous sporting activities.
And to be done, once and for all, with these false assertions taken up in chorus by all the well-established parrots, a study by Inserm, carried out in 1992 in collaboration with the High Committee on Public Health and published in 1996, demonstrates in masterly fashion that the death rates of French people born after 1938 are very appreciably higher than those of neighbouring countries such as Sweden, but also the United Kingdom and even Italy! These figures may surprise, given that, for people born before 1938, they were the other way round — early mortality being far lower in France than in those countries. Paradoxically, this study, published very confidentially by Éditions Le Monde, received no comment from the media, nor from the public authorities. How indeed could the latter explain this reversal, which gives the lie to their peremptory assertions?
Moreover, it is obvious that the coming generations, poisoned by the pollution of the environment, by food stuffed with chemicals, by the overdose of medicines and vaccines, will undergo the rise of degenerative and auto-immune diseases and will see a spectacular fall in this life expectancy over which we rejoice — unfortunately, wrongly.

Cancer
What is cancer?
No one at present understands why the mechanism of cancer sets itself in motion.
Medicine does nothing but observe. Cells, one day, no longer recognise their companions and set about multiplying at a speed clearly higher than normal. They invade their companions until they smother them, and progressively suppress the functioning of the organs. At this stage medicine goes on observing the appearance of symptoms linked to the organic dysfunction. It will put in place a protocol to silence the symptoms — a protocol that consists of eliminating the cancerous cells. If it succeeds, it speaks of healing after 5 years without a new recurrence; otherwise it speaks of remission, until the next ‘’invasion’’ of cancerous cells. For several decades now it has applied this mode of functioning without ever calling it into question, despite a number of deaths after treatment that remains as high as ever. But sometimes a real healing appears. Medicine knows no more the reason for the real healing than the reason for the deaths. It is swimming in the most total ignorance, but it makes the population believe that it is progressing and that the protocols are more and more effective. It now plays on the famous ‘’ prevention ‘’, making the population believe that if the illness is diagnosed earlier, the results will be better. It turns once again towards an observation, but at no moment can it accept another mode of thinking.
Present-day medicine fights against the cancerous cells, whereas we must search in the direction of not seeing the cancerous cells appear. It is at this stage that real prevention is to be found; it is no longer prevention when the cancer is discovered at a not very advanced stage. We have no right to use this term; it has been stolen and, to make ourselves understood about authentic prevention, we have to give it an adjective, for the word is no longer sufficient by itself.
So-called ‘’modern’’ medicine is content to answer the ‘’ how do we stop cancer ‘’. It does not ask the only question that is essential, which is: ‘’ why does cancer exist? ‘’. ‘’ Why do some ‘’catch’’ it and not others? ‘’
But then, how are we to understand cancer? If we understand it, it no longer has any reason to manifest itself. If it expresses itself, (‘’le mal a dit ‘’), it is because our way of life is not right. Then ‘’le mal a dit ‘’ appears. Medicine has chosen the option of fighting against. The other attitude is to prevent the appearance of the illness. If we understand what the ill is telling us, we shall then perform the right acts corresponding to what the ill tells us. The ill then has nothing more to tell us, since we have understood, and it disappears. We obtain healing (and not remission; for medicine, the healing of a cancer is a remission of more than 5 years).
This is achievable when we become conscious that cancer (like all illnesses) is provoked solely by fears. Yes, THE ONLY CAUSE of cancer is fear and all its derivatives… and at the end of fear we inexorably find selfishness. Without selfishness there can be no fear — and what is the opposite of selfishness? Love. Developing Love is the only remedy for cancer and for all illnesses.
Cancer is the consequence of the selfishness that gnaws at us. Then fear sets in, and cancer is the physical materialisation of fear. The healing of all cancers (of all illnesses in general) passes through a change of life in which fear no longer has a place. It is a total calling into question of all our well-learned beliefs, which have kept us in our fears. It is the will to go and verify for ourselves all the teaching THEY have instilled into us. It is through this work of will that we shall be able to lay low our fears — and, in consequence, cancer.
One of the most eloquent living examples is that of Anita Moorjani (book: "an incurable diagnosis, but she came back healed after an NDE" édition Trédaniel). This person gives the most hardened Cartesians the possibility of asking themselves real questions, capable of shaking the materialist theories that are devastating for the present world. There exist numerous testimonies and works carried out by real researchers over several decades, but all these works have never been divulged to the population, nor even mentioned in the faculties of medicine.
But how can one fail to see that illnesses have become exponential, that the hospitals, the doctors, the pharmacies are overwhelmed, that the pharmaceutical laboratories are the richest of all. All this is only one more observation. No one can refute it, for it is the reality.
How is this to be understood, if medicine were really effective — that is, capable of healing, as it claims, thanks to its medicines. Everything has been done so that the materialist world should take power totally, without any possibility of thinking otherwise. The result will be ineluctable if no one calls it into question. Nothing is lost, but it is becoming urgent to begin to wake up.
‘’ I love you or I am in love ‘’
In the film ‘’Odette Toutlemonde’’ Catherine Frot says to Albert Dupontel:
‘’ I love you but I am not in love with you. ‘’
What a beautiful phrase — but who really understands it? Indeed, in our present society, saying ‘’ I love you ‘’ or saying ‘’ I am in love with you ‘’ corresponds to more or less the same thing; we tend to interpret these expressions as synonyms.
Why this confusion? Because we have totally debased the word love; we use it for everything and anything, without quite knowing what we are talking about.
In the very first place, when we accomplish a sexual act we use the expression ‘’ making love ‘’. But how can love be made? True Love might possibly be named ‘’ energy ’’, and this energy is totally beyond us; no one can touch it, measure it; it cannot be made and unmade at our pleasure. Love is THE earthly food that carries us (physical food keeps us in survival) all through life, and when it comes to be lacking, man falls ill.
In the sexual act, it is two selfishnesses that meet and give each other pleasure up to its paroxysm, the orgasm. By similarity, we ought to call this act ‘’ making selfishness ‘’, for there is no love in the first intention. Then, once the orgasm is past, we can feel a deep warmth, a fullness, the happiness of living this warmth intensely. We would like this instant never to stop; it is absolute happiness — le bonheur, being at the ‘’ bonne heure ‘’, the right hour — living this present moment in all its quintessence. Nothing exists any more, except a nascent love, through the warmth of the I (the bearer of the I in the physical body is warmth; in normal times it is present, but we are not often conscious of it). At this instant we could use the expression, ‘’ being within love ‘’. At this precise moment one can feel an intense joy in living beside her (or him) with whom one has just shared this passage from pleasure to joy. It is the transformation of selfishness into love.
We then understand the nuance of the phrase: ‘’ I love you but I am not in love with you. ‘’
The ‘’ I love you ‘’ is the representation of love without condition. Being in love addresses sexual pleasure.
Unfortunately this post-orgasm time is often blotted out or, if it is not, is not always brought to consciousness as a spark of nascent love.
Over the years this nascent Love must take up more and more room in relation to sexuality; it is the progressive passage from the ego (or little I) to the great I, the one that awaits us after earthly life. (see the book ‘’De l'égoïsme à l'Amour’’)
And the phrase, ‘’ I love you but I am not in love with you ‘’ then takes on a real authenticity.
From selfishness to Love
(text written, a few years ago, before the publication of my book, "De l'égoïsme à l'amour")
A friend of mine has just sent me an email with a link to go and listen to a video in which a person speaks of love and of fears, and tries to explain how one can pass from the one to the other. Another friend, at the same moment, writes to me:
‘’During the follies of early January in France (and not only in France!) I thought about the human being we ought to be, and a question nags at me: but why do Selfishness and vengeance (violence) go together? Has Love let its stock fall so far?’’
I have expressed myself a great deal on this limitless subject, and this is not the first time I find myself challenged by it. Today is one more sign, so I am going to take a moment to write it.
More and more people are asking themselves questions about the reasons that drive human beings to do evil, and why most of humanity finds itself, most often, confronted with fears it cannot manage to overcome. In this video an attempt is made to give solutions which are not really solutions, for the simple reason that the overwhelming majority of the present world does not truly know what love represents, nor where all these fears come from and how to overcome them.
I think that if we do not have the knowledge of who man truly is, we have no possibility of being able to understand this fundamental subject, for Love is at the centre of man's evolution. It is his engine of life.
In the very first place, it would be desirable to define Love. I think, here too, that the majority of humanity deludes itself when it speaks of love, for in fact we know it only very little. On the other hand, what we master through and through is its opposite: selfishness.
So we are going to start from this selfishness, which we know perfectly, in the hope of reaching an understanding of Love with a capital L.
To understand why man has come to this stage, we must go and seek the knowledge of man, for up to now THEY have contented themselves with learning who he was, thinking that they knew him. (see learning and knowledge).
Throughout his evolution, man has chronologically integrated the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom and the animal kingdom, to reach his present condition of human being.
The mineral kingdom gave us the basis of the body's mineral structure, the plant kingdom brought us water and life, and the animal kingdom air and the instincts, drives and desires. We recapitulate all this evolution starting from procreation, and what speaks most to today's physical eyes is the recapitulation of the whole animal kingdom during the first year of life — that is, from birth to walking. Science calls this phylogenesis (the evolution of the animal species), to be set in parallel with ontogenesis (which is the evolution of man).
But when man begins to walk, he develops the neocortex, the part of the brain he alone possesses. From this evolution onwards, speech and thought appear in man, and this fourth kingdom, on the scale of evolution, gives man his I — that is, the capacity to be an individuality in his own right.
The role of man, through his earthly I - which we may call ego - is progressively to master the kingdoms through which he passed in the course of his evolution. I cannot go into the details, but it turns out that man must integrate and go beyond, in the very first place, the animal kingdom.
But what is the animal?
The most elaborate function of the animal, as we have seen, is to have developed the instincts, the drives, in relation to the kingdom that precedes it, the plant kingdom. Among its instincts, one of the most important is fear. Yes! fear comes to us from the animal kingdom. And what does the animal do when it is afraid? It flees or it bites. Fear is totally bound up with another virtue of the animal: individualism.
This is a progression, for the animal, in the direction of evolution, and these virtues are natural for it; this is its basic physiological functioning. The animal does not concern itself with the other, not even with its children once they become adults — going so far even as to eliminate them if they become an obstacle to its desires.
The supreme virtue of the animal is to look after itself first. And I repeat it, for this is very important: this is entirely normal for an animal.
So, continuing his evolution, man has not only naturally integrated this individualist quality but, since he possesses an ego, he has in addition acquired the faculty of thinking and, with it, the faculty of consciousness. And, still following evolution, he then carried this individualist virtue to its paroxysm: ego…ism.
Selfishness is the most elevated consciousness of our own individuality ever attained in the history of evolution. When I say ‘’I,’’ I am speaking of myself, and no other person can say ‘’I’’ in my place. Each person has the power to say ‘’I’’ only for himself.
We must understand that this is an obligatory passage in the evolution of man, and that it is NECESSARY for man to become an individuality — and for that he had to pass through the summit of individuality… selfishness.
Man is the only one capable, with the help of his ego, which the animal does not possess, of developing selfishness — but this individualism comes to us directly from the animal. And man must, if he wants to go on advancing in his evolution, integrate the animal within him, to become a human being in the full sense.
For that, the path he must accomplish is now to go beyond his selfishness and to develop what is purely human: love.
Love is the stage of evolution reserved for the human kingdom, and the animals helped us prepare for it, by passing first through a selfishness necessary for becoming an individuality — for only an individuality can give love.
Only an ‘’I’’ or I can love something other; otherwise one remains with one's ‘’i’’ or ego. At this stage we can make the distinction between the ego and the I.
The man who stays at the stage of the ego is a thinking animal
The Man who develops his I is a Human Being
There: I have tried, as briefly as possible, to set the frame. It is obvious that I have taken shortcuts, for this would deserve a book, and even several. It is important to understand how we came to this, and above all why and what for. What is the meaning of it all?
" But why do Selfishness and vengeance (violence) go together? Has Love let its stock fall so far? "
The word love on its own has no meaning in my eyes; it takes on meaning when we add to it the adjective Universal — that is, loving one's neighbour (and all earthly creatures) in the same way as one's own children. There lies the true and authentic Love with a capital L, which man must develop in the present and the future of evolution, on pain of seeing this evolution stop.
For Universal Love is not a cake that we share and that shrinks with each slice given; it is a virtue that gives itself infinitely and that not only does not diminish in quantity but, on the contrary, increases exponentially, if we keep it up.
So, in that state of consciousness, I do not love my children any less, but I hoist my level of love for the others up to the same height as the one for my children.
This means that we shall have to do a work on the ties of blood, because they keep us in our selfishness. As long as the ties of blood endure, we shall feed our selfishness.
And there, that chills us…. How is it possible to love the "others" as much as one's children? And that sends us back again to our selfishness.
But how so? Because I love my children more than the others, I am in selfishness?
Here we are going to have to make yet another distinction, which will not be easy for some to hear.
Man has been gifted enough to delude himself about love and to mask it by what I have called a ‘’hidden selfishness’’.
He has deluded himself to such a point that he speaks of ‘’making love’’ when he performs a sexual act in which, most of the time, it is two selfishnesses that meet, each heading towards its own enjoyment. At this level he debases the word love.
Yet it is possible to live it otherwise, when each individuality in the couple decides that the sole objective of this act is to bring the other to his or her supreme enjoyment… the orgasm. When this comes about, one can very often note that the two will live the orgasm simultaneously, and that it will be far more intense than either orgasm lived separately. At that instant selfishness can be on the path of love, and the bodies know it, and encourage us by this orgasm… ism.
The sexual act ought to be a first physical springboard on the path towards true love, which is, in this precise case, procreation. But is it really always so?
When we say we love our children, we are in fact confronted with our own fears, which are, as we have seen, consequences of selfishness. We are confronted with the fear that they may fall ill, that they may have a serious accident or, worse still, that they may die. At that precise moment, if these events happen, it is I who will suffer. It is MY suffering I am speaking of — so still about Me.
One might retort:
‘’But one could very well say that this suffering is the consequence of the love I bear my child.’’
Well, no — and that is where we delude ourselves.
The proof of real love is when I am as much moved by the misfortunes of my neighbour as by those of my child, when I feel compassion for the misery of anyone at all — for compassion is the root feeling of love, whereas pity is that of fear and selfishness, for in the background of pity there is always this thought:
’’Let it only not happen to me or to my children.’’
As long as we do not reach this universal stage of compassion, we are in selfishness.
Then I hear these reactions:
‘’ But this is unachievable; I will always love my children more than the others. We are nowhere near getting there. ‘’
But yes! We can! If it is not possible to achieve it tomorrow, that does not mean we shall not be able to later; it is a longer or shorter path which passes, first of all, through an understanding of all this, to reach another level of consciousness. At that stage the impossible becomes possible.
From that moment on, we have a gigantic work to accomplish: that of flushing out this selfishness everywhere it is found — and the task is not simple, for it is omnipresent and lodges itself in places sometimes very hard to reach.
But every time we manage to see our own selfishness, we shall have the possibility of transforming it instantly into love, for love is the opposite of selfishness, and when the one exists the other disappears. The two cannot cohabit at the same time.
We are not in theory here; I know it, for the events of my life have confirmed it to me in my daily round; every time I am caught red-handed in impatience, for example, I know that my selfishness is dominating, for impatience is one of its many facets — and, as I am very attentive to this, I try to correct my aim at once.
It is a work of every instant, for selfishness gives us no respite. We have explored it so thoroughly that we are not always conscious of its presence. Remember: it is an animal vestige; it is instinctive.
It obliges us to awaken our consciousness every second of our life — and so to reawaken our faculty of discernment.
It obliges us to a permanent presence; yes, to living the famous present instant, extolled by all the wisdoms of the world since the dawn of time as the one and only behaviour that can secure health and well-being for man.. So this selfishness is physiological, and is indeed a necessary passage, since it is the ingredient that obliges us to live the present.
And for my dentosopher friends: it can be observed in the mouth.
The first step for seeing our selfishness is to work on our fears * for selfishness and fear are two synonyms in my eyes. Eradicating our fears allows us to see life and the world in a quite different way — to develop our wide-open eyes, the ones that had stayed closed by fear.
This step — I have seen it being crossed, for many years now, by the people who have entered into the practice of dentosophy.
So I know that it is possible, that it is concrete and not an illusion. We have the means, if we decide it and set in motion our own forces of will to get there.
We all know, consciously or unconsciously, that Universal Love is indispensable to the life of man. It is the engine of humanity.
We can no longer wait eternally, observing the unwellness of humanity in a passive way.
That is impossible. Our future is in our hands, and no one will be able to bring it about in our place.
For evolution, it is necessary that man become a unique personality — free, independent and spiritual — where Love will be omnipresent.
To pass from selfishness to love. It is the grandiose task of man on earth.

Learning and knowledge
- Knowledge (in French connaissance), etymologically, means being born with (naître avec). It is THE truth that exists in the deepest part of the human being, but we mislay it at birth.
Its vehicle is the brain of the heart. - Learning is an accumulation of ‘’certainties’’ that THEY have taught us since birth. Its organ is the brain of the head.
When learning meets knowledge, it must place itself at its service, and all the ‘’truths’’ that were taught are called into question. Only then do we understand that our well-learned teaching has led us to beliefs we adopted without any verification.
Access to knowledge leads, for its part, to THE TRUTH.
We then touch inner peace and, by way of consequence, outer peace — and if outer peace manifests, war can no longer exist, for to make war it is necessary to be at least two; if one of the two protagonists is at peace, war can no longer exist.
When learning does not meet knowledge, we witness an opposition of learnings.
Polemic reigns and war sets in.
But, as we have seen, there can be war outside only if a war exists inside man, for it is indeed man who sets off war; so if war sets in in the world, it is because a war exists inside man — a war carried by ‘’certainties’’ that each believes right. No one wants to let go of his own learning, a sign of power in our present world — and behind power we find once more…money.
We have here a proof of our pathological mode of functioning:
If all these ‘’certainties’’ were really right, man would be at peace, and there would be neither wars nor human dramas.
So, if we wish to eradicate all the world's conflicts, all the hatred carried about, it is going to be necessary to settle our inner conflicts — and only the knowledge of Man gives us access to this path.
We stand before an observation; if we want to change the course of world events, we must call totally into question what has brought the man of today to function in this way.
If we make the effort of this change, we shall then understand that we were on the wrong road.
At the moment I write these lines, a man has just murdered seven people in Toulouse — three soldiers, three children and one adult of Jewish origin. This tragedy has echoed not only through the whole of France but through the whole world…and the only unanimous cry that reaches my ears is horror, fear, hatred and above all… incomprehension. The whole of humanity is asking itself, among other things: how is it possible to kill three children in cold blood?
And its answer is the arrest of the author of these killings, putting him in prison or killing him — and, as there are more and more people acting badly, the building of more and more prisons.
But have we solved our incomprehension by putting people in prison?
Obviously not.
Humanity finds no answer, and it will never be able to find one, for it functions with its learning. Its learning tells it what it was taught — namely, that the responsibility for everything that happens to us comes from outside. If this man killed, it is because he was indoctrinated, possessed by forces of evil — and we ask ourselves how a man can come to that.
But above all, it is he and he alone, the guilty one , of this savagery. Humanity always looks for the fault outside (like the microbe, pollution, food — responsible for all our illnesses, for medicine)
If humanity takes the trouble to let go of its dogmatic learning, it may then perhaps understand that we are, each and every one of us, responsible for these killings.
It will then perhaps become conscious that evil exists also in all of us, and that our task on this earth is to make the good triumph.
But for that, one must have the strength and the discernment to recognise our limits of the moment.
As long as we let evil express itself in our everyday life (and that begins with the little lies - do you realise, those lies that are the daily bread of present-day man -), we cannot be surprised to see some people express nothing but evil, in the same way as we observe others conveying only the good.
And humanity no more understands the force that allows a man to forgive ‘’the unforgivable’’ than it understands the force that allows a man to kill in cold blood. Yet the real questions are coming, and we cannot hide them away if we want to eradicate all delinquency.
Why have we built a humanity capable of producing such monstrosities? For, before going off to ‘’stone’’ a man who has killed, let us question ourselves about our daily ‘’little murders’’ — that is, about all the bad actions tolerated by a society incapable of discerning good from evil.
What are these forces (of good or of evil), so powerful that they allow these men to carry out what is unimaginable for the overwhelming majority of the population?
How to explain them with our brain of today?
The answers exist, if we make the effort really to go and understand why man has come to this and how he can get out of it?
But for that, we are going to have to change brains.
In the wake of this horrible killing — and in general after the murder of children (whatever the ‘’reason’’ for the crime) — during a silent march in memory of the victims, if we try to listen to the words of the people present, we hear:
« It is normal for us to be here, for we share in the family's pain; it could have happened to our own children. »
What are these people saying; the deep reason for their demonstration is to say: « Stop this, so that my child does not suffer the same fate. »
We are in the deepest expression of our selfishness — and I put myself in the same basket. These people are not weeping for the person who died; they are weeping at the idea that it could happen to someone dear.
Do not believe that in these words I allow myself to give lessons, for I am in the same sect — the sect of the blind human being. The only difference from some, perhaps, is that I am trying to get out of it, to become at least one-eyed, and to get on close terms with our dysfunctions and our paradoxes.
During these marches we see placards on which is written: « never again »… and we have been writing them for centuries… while waiting passively for it to begin again.
To answer these « never again », we are asked to take the step of going to understand what drives man to convey evil.
And to go as far upstream as possible in human reality, we must reach its true knowledge — not the well-acquired learning, but the universal functioning of Man.
This passes through a total calling into question — yes, I did say total — of the functioning of our neocortex (the human part of the brain; the one we share with no kingdom of nature).
We are going to be asked to become conscious that this neocortex is a tool at the service of man, and not a control centre that commands everything.
We are going to be asked to put back in its place the intellectual brain, which ought to serve to store in memory the experiences lived in the present moments. The brain is an organ of the past, serving to store its lived experiences. These can then be used in a new action in the present.
Example: I must drive in a nail, in the instant. My past experiences have taught me that it is useful to have a hammer. I take the hammer out of a compartment of my brain and I drive in my nail in the present. I put the hammer back in its compartment of the brain and I move on to something else, without racking my brains. The brain is at my service and, in these conditions, in no case should it be responsible for my ruminations, worries, stress and anguish.
I have been given the privilege of being able to observe the outer consequences of the conflicts man carries inside, through the structure of his mouth, the position and the shape of the teeth.
A real dental language then made itself manifest.
This opened onto a new approach to the understanding of man:
Dentosophy.
We (all the women and men practitioners who have adopted dentosophy) have been able to observe, and observe systematically, deformations of the mouth in all the human beings we meet. This is a norm reproducible at 100%; it is therefore a universal LAW admitting no exception — unlike the rules invented by men.
We have been able to put in place a protocol to allow man to free himself progressively from his imbalance and reach an autonomy of function.
This translates, in the mouth, into an ‘’unlocking’’ visible from outside — a release corresponding to the resolution of certain inner conflicts.
This result is the fruit of a self-therapy — that is, a therapy in which the only master on board is the patient himself. Man becomes again what he should never have left off being: his own doctor.
He then sets out on his personal path, the only way that can lead him to a real and authentic Liberty… that word liberty which is at present totally debased.
Dentosophy has allowed us to go and understand what is incomprehensible for present-day science. Only, when science can no longer explain with its learning, it rejects, without going and seeking to understand, the new ‘’hypotheses’’ proposed.
Now, it turns out that dentosophy is no longer at the stage of hypotheses.
It has brought us back the liberty that had been taken from us by our well-assimilated beliefs.
It allows us to reach a true knowledge of Man.
The freeing of our conflicts opens a door of access to this knowledge forgotten at birth, and puts our learning back in its place.
It allows us to develop our faculty of discernment, necessary for access to moral consciousness — a moral consciousness leading to the LIBERTY of choice left to man: the choice between good and evil.
We can no longer pretend not to know the fundamental difference between learning and knowledge.
Learning is a drop of water in the ocean of knowledge.
Learning is acquired, and knowledge… innate.
Learning knows nothing, and knowledge knows everything.
We are asked, now, to go and meet it, to find this knowledge again.
Our self-importance
When are we going to become conscious of our self-importance?
We are practically all persuaded that we possess the most advanced knowledge in the whole history of humanity — to such a point that most of us are incapable of calling into question, even for an instant, our well-learned learning.
It is becoming necessary, and I would even say urgent, to begin to get on close terms with our ignorance in ALL the domains of life — to become conscious that we know nothing when it comes to speaking of the essential:
The true knowledge of Man
This knowledge stayed at the level of the unconscious at the moment of our birth, and everything we have developed in consciousness since birth is a learning ‘’gulped down’’ as THE reference. For we must be conscious of this state of affairs:
this learning was taught to us from our earliest age as being the truth. This learning, carried by science, has never been called into question, for one essential reason:
By definition, science knows.
Scientists have followed studies the majority of humanity knows nothing of; so if science asserts something, it can only be right, for the people.
For the moment, in the present state of our level of consciousness, everything belonging to the conscious touches the domain of learning, and everything belonging to the unconscious concerns the domain of knowledge.
We are asked today to begin bringing to consciousness what belonged, until now, to the unconscious — that is, to go and work at the true knowledge of Man, the hidden part of the iceberg, the part that is not seen.
The major problem is that this is taught nowhere.
It is a total calling into question, a real tsunami.
If we take this step, we shall then understand that we really knew nothing — that the study of the visible part of man is laughable beside his hidden part.
The hidden part of Man is his whole history, from the origin of origins, which we recapitulate notably during the nine months of gestation.
We are going to touch on the existential questions left unanswered because of the arrogance of so-called modern science.
We shall then also accept to work at that famous humility we so appreciate in others (indeed, no one likes pretentious people), and to measure our scientific self-importance, which accepts no hypothesis that comes to thwart its ‘’certainties’’.
To accept that we know nothing, to accept not to think we have learned everything — that is the beginning of our greatness.
To have the humility to smile at it, and to say it, is a great step accomplished against our pretension.
This attitude is the only one that can give us the means of reaching at last the true knowledge of Man — in our lifetime, that is to say, in consciousness.
To pass knowledge, left behind at birth, from the domain of the unconscious to the domain of the conscious — there is the task asked of the man of today; otherwise he will have lived in vain.
For that, it is going to be necessary to develop a great virtue, still too often left dormant:
The faculty of discernment.
To try to understand this virtue, I shall take an example: the coup de foudre — love at first sight
The coup de foudre is a real emotional ‘’bomb’’ that overwhelms us. Nothing exists any more beyond the person for whom we have just fallen in love.
The term ‘’ falling in love ‘’ means that it falls upon us without any intervention of the brain of the head.
It is the brain of the heart * that goes into action first; then it warms the brain of the head, so that the latter utters words in the style of:
« She is beautiful; how is it possible to see so admirable a creature? »
Then our forces of will set off, contributing to warming the brain of the head, to go and put this nascent love into action.
The coup de foudre is carried by the supreme feeling: love.
This love, situated at the level of the feeling pole, will go and warm the thinking, which will pronounce the right words, carried by our forces of will. These words are spontaneous; no judgement exists; they reflect exactly what the heart expressed through an inner upheaval.
This coup de foudre is one of the innate intuitions that appear all through our life; only, the coup de foudre is one of those gigantic intuitions that we cannot not notice; it is as if THEY were giving us the possibility of living something so monumental that we could not say:
« That does not exist. »
It is a gift offered to us from the spiritual world; we cannot explain it with our rational mind, but we cannot deny that it exists.
But these inspired intuitions, arriving like presents, are most often annihilated by the coldness of the brain of the head; even the coup de foudre, sometimes, does not escape it. Instead of saying to ourselves this woman is beautiful, we may go straight on to:
« I am not handsome, I have spots, I am too stupid, too short or too thin; she will never want me. »
In this situation the brain above — thought — will have anaesthetised the brain of the heart — the supreme feeling — and we shall not dare to set our forces of will in motion, for fear of living the shame of refusal.
This is the daily mode of functioning THEY have taught us.
It is not the thinking warmed by feeling and will that acts, but the cold thoughts of the head, which are of the domain of the past — of the memory we have stored up little by little through our schooling. It is the fruit of the all-learning, well learned and repeated like a parrot.
The reflections « I am not handsome, I have spots, I am too stupid, too short or too thin; she will never want me. » are the fruit of all the fears ‘’stored up’’ during our upbringing — fears we shall carry about all our life if we do not become conscious of them*.
Yes, man stands today at the stage of the consciousness soul, and he is asked to go beyond the archaic mode of functioning to reach the true faculty of discernment.
This virtue can be fed only by the brain of the heart, by the supreme feeling: Love with a capital L, universal Love, the one that makes us love our child and the neighbour's child equally.
This Love starts from the feeling pole and will warm everything that comes into contact with it; At that instant the thinking and the will shall be right, and the threefold order will then be physiological*.
We are no longer at the stage of well-learned learning, but of innate knowledge.
The threefold order is carried by knowledge, which we forgot at birth so as to let learning — right learning — do its work: that is, to bring back through logic, to our consciousness (that is to say, in our lifetime), this knowledge, become unconscious through the unfolding of evolution.
In knowledge is found the whole spiritual part of man. In the present epoch this spirituality is at its farthest from our consciousness, as man has never lived it in all his evolution *.
That is why materialism still dominates the world.
It is at a turning point that humanity stands.
It has the liberty of choosing to remain an obedient sheep, or to become a free — and therefore independent — spiritual being. On this choice the future of man will depend.
The process of the coup de foudre is an irrefutable proof of the chronology of the brain of the heart going into action before the brain of the head. The latter takes orders; it is a tool used by feeling. The brain is an organ of the senses - like the eye or the ear - which picks up the information of the spiritual world, and it is our I that uses it, and makes good or bad use of it according to the path it has accomplished.
All our life we are going to be confronted with ‘’practical exercises’’, in the form of right intuitions which we shall listen to — or not.
It is the apprenticeship of discernment.
- book 2: ‘’ De la dent à l'Homme, un parcours bouleversant ’’
We have arrived at a turning point of humanity.
We are living in an extraordinary period, if we take the step of a real coming to consciousness.
I had the great privilege of having a dentist's training in France.
Why is this a great privilege?
Because in the mouth all the illnesses or deformations can be seen; there is no need to go through analyses or internal investigations (X-ray, scanner, MRI, biopsies etc.) to make a diagnosis.
Present-day dental training teaches us HOW we can go about minimising these deformations, and it gives us the explanations of ITS why.
The causes are supposed to come from our disturbed neuro-vegetative functions (breathing, sucking, swallowing, chewing, phonation). And simple clinical observation shows us that this vision of things is too reductive, therefore mistaken, and leads us onto a false trail.
Today science does not explain the existence of these deformations, but it cannot deny them. It attempts to treat the HOW, but has no idea of the WHY these deformations exist, and above all of the WHAT FOR; what is the meaning of all these pathologies?
What do they want to tell us?
Medicine, in France, has achieved the feat of taking the dentist out of medical studies; it is as though the mouth and the teeth were not part of the human body. This brings us to the following observation: doctors are incompetent about what happens at the level of the teeth, and dentists are ignorant of the rest of the human body.
In these conditions dialogue and exchange are difficult; that is what is happening in France.
As I speak to you, medical science gives no coherent answer to the malformations of the mouth — but it is certainly going to be necessary to connect this mouth to the whole body, and to go and understand at last that man is an indissociable whole, and not a ‘’piece of meat’’ cut up into pieces for cardiologist, pneumologist, neurologist etc.
Our clinical experience (mine and that of all the women and men practitioners who have been willing to take the step of going to understand) has allowed us to observe that this false trail was not to be found only in the dental world, but could be generalised to the whole of medicine.
Irrefutable proofs have been accumulating for more than 30 years on the meaning of the deformations of the mouth — proofs that contemporary science does not want to see… and yet it cannot ignore them, for they exist and are seen with our own eyes. It cannot even retort any longer, as it does towards Ryke Geerd Hamer, that these are errors in reading scanner images.
As I have just said, the ‘’luck’’ of seeing into mouths allowed me to open my eyes a little and to observe ‘’miraculous healings’’ being accomplished, without any possibility of explanation with my Cartesian mind of the time — but I could not deny these observations. Two options then arrived:
- either play the ostrich and not see
- or begin to ask the questions that disturb
The second option obliges us to call ourselves into question, and we then notice that the learning so well learned throughout our upbringing does not belong to us; it was taught to us, and we adopted it without any verification. It then passed to the stage of beliefs.
And it is very complicated to call these beliefs into question because, at this stage, they have become OUR beliefs — and our beliefs, by definition: ‘’we believe in them’’.
It took these inexplicable clinical proofs — proofs that forced me to go and seek by myself, and not through intermediaries, the WHY of these astounding results, and to reach a real knowledge of man, a knowledge to be distinguished from learning.
The illnesses (or deformations) of the mouth, like those of the whole body, speak to us.
What have they to tell us?
From understanding them, we can reach the knowledge of who we really are.
« Oh, Man, know thyself »
(Inscription written on the pediment of the temple of Delphi in Greece)
The spreading of dentosophy cannot be brought about by means of a brain structured and formatted to teach the intellectual to intellectuals.
Dentosophy is not taught, it is lived.
When the ‘’teacher’’ of dentosophy has integrated this, he then becomes ‘’contagious’’ and makes the other want to do the same. He then touches the inner child, the one that strains towards a single objective: to mimic the doings and gestures of others.
This does not pass, and never will pass, through the mental; everything is played out at the level of felt experience — that is, of the brain of the heart; the latter being the one and only master of man.
All the right questions and answers pass through it, and it is only in a second phase that analysis with the help of the brain of the head can take shape.
This thought is warmed by the rightness of the feeling, and the Thinking can set itself in action, for it is not parasitised by the thoughts carried by our schooling, issued from our well-learned learning. The acts, carried out, will be on the same tempo as the feelings; they will be right, and will reinforce the warming of the Thinking.
Then the Thinking will be able to be fundamentally right, for it will not be polluted by thoughts belonging to the past.
Consciousness and Unconsciousness
How is consciousness to be defined?
Is it an intellectual becoming-conscious, with the brain as sole participant?
Or does it come from much further away?
In today's language the expression ‘’I became conscious of it’’ is accompanied by a gesture of the index finger towards the forehead, to mime clearly that consciousness is located at the level of the right and left cerebral hemispheres.
The great majority of humanity thinks that consciousness is linked to the brain, even though no one knows where it is to be found, and above all by what mechanism it acts?
At this stage, becoming conscious is assimilated to a challenge to my thinking, which will store the new information in its memory (or hard disk).
Now let us try to see this consciousness differently. For that, it is going to be necessary to set more exact definitions on words we use although they possess no consistency; indeed, what difference is there, in everyday language, between unconscious and subconscious?
The subconscious is something we have stored up in our memory and that we bring out automatically, without calling on consciousness; it could be compared to the conditioned reflexes Pavlov brought to light in the animal.
This subconscious is the result of our whole upbringing — of a whole intellectual formatting issued from all the outer stimulations supplied by society.
No one escapes this, for it is the physiological functioning of man; unlike the animal, man has everything to learn, and this up to the age of 28. He will do it totally unconsciously until the consciousness of the I — that is, his individuality (what makes him unique in the world) — sets itself in action.
We can say that during the first 7 years of his life the child is built
in a totally unconscious way; these years are fundamental for the pedagogues of every order (parents, school, society), for on their capacities the future balance of the child will depend; from every side the child will receive information which he will store in his memory, then, little by little, he will bring in a certain form of consciousness — a form that will always be dependent on the pedagogy he has received and on the pedagogy he is going to receive. It is only from the age of 21 that man really begins to develop his consciousness of the I, even if this, quite obviously, already existed in germ; he will finish this process at 28.
To make the point more concrete, we shall use an image.
Let us take an elephant, and imagine that it represents our subconscious; then let us take a hummingbird, which corresponds to our conscious part.
At 28, the human being then finds himself confronted with his gigantic elephant (98 to 99%) and his newly born hummingbird (1 to 2%)
This little hummingbird of a few grams has the role of lifting the elephant's heavy trunk and taking the pachyderm where the bird desires.
This means that man is going to be asked, for the rest of his life, to decant the whole unconscious part of the subconscious into his conscious part — that is, to become conscious of EVERYTHING.
But for that we are going to have to reconsider consciousness as it is taught inside the elephant.
But then why do we make a differentiation between the subconscious and the unconscious, if we become intellectually conscious that the subconscious is fed in an unconscious way.
This differentiation can take on meaning if we consider that we can become conscious of our subconscious and so render it conscious, whereas the unconscious, by definition, remains unconscious..
Example: when we sleep (and at death) we pass totally into the unconscious, and we have no idea of what is happening in our body.
This is the present mechanism of man — but not the one in the making.
How can we understand intellectually — that is, with our brain — that consciousness is not located at the intellectual level?
How can we then experience it in daily life?
The answer to these questions is conceivable only if we reach the knowledge of man and his notion of the threefold order.
