I must say, with a little hindsight, that I feel I am starting from a long way back, having had physical suffering almost every day for a good ten years or so, along with the “traumas” that go with it .. I was silently living in and feeding my own little hell, and I was slowly but surely drifting away from true health, which is that of the soul.

For some time now something new has been happening within me, but I must admit that this book completely shook me up and triggered a tipping point. My strength is reawakening, this is only a beginning, and this book has given me the vision of a new road, the one that leads to finding oneself again as an individual in all one’s humanity, thank you.
