Hello Michel,

How to convey what is inexpressible? Especially, when the words at our disposal cannot reach the magnitude, the depth of what one experiences. Overcoming this ineffability is difficult but necessary for me. I need and want to talk about it, to give, at the very least, to one person, the curiosity, the attraction, the feeling of a need, the desire to discover what dentosophy can offer.

Six years ago (I was 44 at the time), I embarked on this path towards self-healing through guided self-therapy. Rather shy, reserved, or almost introverted, I was constantly dwelling on the past, I wouldn’t let go, intolerant, and often in my own self-devaluation. Among the three qualities of human beings—thought, feelings, and will—which should tend towards balance, thought was predominant. Physically, ailments such as tendinitis, spasmodic crises accompanied me. My mouth bore witness to this: supraclusion (upper teeth covering the lower teeth), sagittal plane (left/right) misaligned, horizontal plane not level, significant wear, especially on the right side, and three missing teeth.
At first, I chewed the activator only once a day for 20 minutes and wore it every night, but I was more in the "I have to do the activator." Slowly, I moved from "I have to" to "I want to do the activator." Gradually, little by little, my mouth changed......and so did I! About two years ago, I decided to chew the activator three times 20 minutes a day and always at night. I also made the decision to remove all my amalgams and replace the missing teeth. The mouth harmonizes even more, the horizontal plane recovered but still with visible wear, the supraclusion lifted, and the mandible taking a square shape (physiologically normal). I am getting better (the aches disappear), and consequently, the people around me as well.
Practicing dentosophy leads us to take charge of ourselves. This act is as anti-egoistic as possible because everything we do for ourselves, we also do for the rest of humanity.
The final step was to create "collages" on almost all the teeth to recover the wear and to restore all the contacts between the upper and lower teeth as well as on lateral movements. Again, words are inadequate, but I believe the word "spectacular" is one of the most appropriate to express the well-being, the peace, but also the energy that results from these "collages."

I thank the gods for giving me access to this magnificent experience, which is far from over and which guides me towards my freedom.
My deepest gratitude to you, Michel. You listened to me (I speak of true listening). You explained to me (without any pedantry). You advised me (without any coercive measure).

If consciousness is the place where the spirit speaks, may this modest testimony enrich what can touch the hearts of men, so that, from one life to the next, those whose consciousness has awakened, work for a healthier, purely human future for humanity.
