Personne de 67 ans

It has now been 10 months since I started using the rubber. At first, I only noticed an improvement in the quality of my sleep; I was more calm and less tired.
And then, gradually, I also noticed a change in my mental state.
I was making decisions more easily and could see more clearly when I had to make a choice.
I can resolve things now that I used to get stuck on.
I feel that my mind is functioning better like my teeth.
I communicate more with the outside world. I am more indulgent with myself, whereas until now I felt guilty. Now I analyze with much more calm.

As the months pass, the improvement becomes clearer and clearer.
I have found what I was looking for; I didn't know what I was looking for.

I have more confidence in myself and I await with much serenity the evolution that will still occur in the future.
