Bonjour, I am 20 years old and I recently discovered your book through my mother, a marvel, even a miracle for me. I realized that I could find a solution to all my problems. Migraines, vision problems, back pain (mild scoliosis), mouth breathing, and more... since my childhood.
My parents and I couldn't find a solution, my mother completely against orthodontics, and I was scared to wear all that machinery. So the dental appliance never happened.
Suffering greatly from the appearance of my teeth, being in sales, I had a lot of problems, stress, shyness, complex, I became less and less sociable, always negative, in a bad mood during my adolescence. In addition, I couldn't play rugby anymore, because as soon as I received a hit on the head, I immediately had an ophthalmic migraine with vomiting, and it was hard to recover from it.
I decided to take matters into my own hands. Something had to be done, I couldn't take it anymore.
Visit to the orthodontist. Diagnosis: You need to have your upper jaw operated (prognathism). A heavy operation, obviously, with several days in the hospital.
Total discouragement for me, I would be like this for the rest of my life.
My mother, furious, decides to gather as much information as possible. She discovers your book and tells me: "It's great, you'll feel better."
A glimmer of hope, I read the book and feel better; I am going to start this treatment soon, and I tell you, I really want to feel better, in top form, and think about my future.

I finally understood that I could breathe through my nose, before I never even tried thinking it was normal.
