Sir,

I just opened your book that I had been storing for some time on my "to read" pile, and thanks to:
a) yet another broken tooth last night
b) sick in bed -

I decided to tackle your work and am, after a few pages, just blown away.
I believe I have had dental issues since I was very young, with my first root canals around 13 years old. As an adult, I was constantly at the dentist. I started about two years ago to remove amalgams, which is not going very well. I also have the feeling that my jaw is not aligned. I have cervical pain, incredible fatigue, and the feeling of fighting for 46 years in search of my inner balance.
I am going to finish your book right away!
