SITUATION BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF DENTOSOPHIC THERAPY

I have suffered from digestive problems and chronic fatigue since childhood. Also noteworthy is a very sensitive condition that may not be unrelated to these problems, which have become more intense over time, particularly following three significant episodes:

1/ 1983: Appendicitis

2/ 2002: Recurrent dental infection (triggered, it seems, by a broken dental instrument that remained stuck in a root canal; the break was not eventually removed, leading to the extraction of the tooth after a year).
In between, the use of several antibiotics led to chronic intestinal candidiasis, along with various intolerances (gluten, lactose, sugars, meat, etc.), the beginning of osteoporosis, demineralization, and a weight loss of 12 kg in a few months, etc.

This situation led to a physical exhaustion such that, by the force of circumstances, after a three-month sick leave, I gradually lost my footing professionally. I no longer had the energy necessary to assume the responsibilities that were incumbent upon me.
I have since been learning a "house arrest" of sorts, which is all the more painful as I had previously had a successful professional life;

At the end of a three-month sick leave, a Social Security doctor, during a control visit in 2004, even opposed my return to full-time work, demanding that I provide the coordinates of my occupational health doctor so that she could inform him that she had declared me, by military order, to be on half-time therapy for six months. (!) This was due to the fact that, according to her, I was not taking enough "care of myself" (sic). "Madam, your health is at stake, you are too thin, you work too much," "I am getting tired of the Marketing department, they are full of overworked people who do not even realize it," etc. It was the world turned upside down. How to describe my shock upon leaving this unusual meeting and my anxiety for the future on the professional front (I sensed that this decision would make me lose the direction of my department).

Docile and especially determined to recover quickly, I eventually admitted the hypothesis of an unconscious depression and even took the antidepressants and anxiolytics prescribed to me. After a month, I decided to stop everything due to tachycardia attacks that occurred simultaneously with the intake of these medications. And I was not convinced of the usefulness of antidepressants in my case.

3/ January 2010: New dental problem via the deposition of an old amalgam dating back to 1970. My dentist had also diagnosed a malocclusion linked to the absence of the left upper molar (extracted in 2003 for the reasons mentioned above). It was therefore also, according to her, "to correct the malocclusion" by filling the absence of this molar with a pivot tooth. I did not follow this recommendation as my health had deteriorated further.

To note that the multiple examinations, X-rays, ultrasounds, etc., carried out between 2002 and March 2010 yielded nothing. Only blood tests since 2003 indicate a low level of white blood cells (immune defenses) and a very pronounced demineralization.

To conclude:

The diagnosis of "men and women of the Art," whether it be from my general practitioner and the various practitioners encountered over the years, was always more or less the same: exhaustion and professional overwork, "hidden" depression..

On my part, I did not feel particularly "depressed" or "overworked." Discouraged, yes, definitely; and often, but for short periods. Depressed, no, really I do not believe so; perhaps because I love life, even if my body is exhausted.
And then, despite all these health setbacks and digestive storms, I had retained (except during crisis periods) a good appetite. This is not a characteristic sign of depression.

The advice most often given: "Change your life," or rather, "Do psychotherapy."

All these health upheavals were a beautiful opportunity to experiment with various solutions of natural and gentle medicine that were foreign to me (naturopathy, homeopathy, derivat baths, organic food, etc.). However, their benefits (if any) were always limited, especially in the long term.

On the other hand, these trials have certainly been a chance or, to say it better, a grace, on a more fundamental level of inner development.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DENTOSOPHIE (7 months)

It was in this context and state of mind that I discovered Mr. Montaud's book at FNAC, one afternoon in April 2010.

After reading the book for the first time, I had the intuition of a straightforward and audacious approach in its simplicity.

On May 19, I met Mr. Montaud. In between, I had read his book twice;

On June 16, at the end of our second meeting, I left with the activator that I experimented with that same evening upon arriving in Paris.

The first thing I noticed was an unexpected and spectacular improvement in the quality of my sleep. This improvement occurred almost instantly, within a few days. I regained the deep and dense sleep I had when I was young. I had forgotten that one could sleep so well; since June 16, I have only had one night of insomnia.
Abdominal pain no longer prevented me from sleeping. In case of pain, I noticed that by chewing the activator as calmly as possible, I could fall back to sleep. Given the importance of sleep in my overall balance, it is a progress and well-being that I enjoy every day.

The second point noted is a noticeable improvement in heart rhythm. I have fewer tachycardia attacks, even after meals.

The third thing is that I feel less fatigued, more resistant. Indeed, since mid-November, digestive disorders seem to be spacing out; I allowed myself a few food deviations at Christmas, which were generally well tolerated; I also have less bloating and abdominal pain; I also noted that I no longer have bad breath in the morning.

To note an amusing episode: after a hand infection following a household accident in November, I followed a ten-day antibiotic treatment without any digestive disturbance ..

I regularly and without difficulty wear this activator every night for about eight hours. I lost it only two or three times in seven months while sleeping. During the day, I wear it for an average of two hours in an inactive manner, and also in an active manner during two sessions a day, each lasting half an hour, which I feel are very beneficial.

I also note progress in music (singing and piano), particularly in rhythm where I have always had enormous problems.

Here is the summary of this first stage after seven months. The achievements confirm my perseverance; they are particularly timely as I wish to give a new meaning to my life.

To be continued!
