Bonjour, very interested in Dr Montaud's book, I also wanted to try this method because I believe our bodies keep in memory the various blockages we have accumulated in our lives, and I knew I could access a better well-being. Passing through the body AND the mind seems obvious because we are a whole.
My experience with the activator was brief and painful! I could only wear it for ten months with numerous gingivitis, vertigo, cervical pains that I had never experienced before...I finally accepted to give up this method, and paradoxically, that's what helped me a lot: I finally listened to what I really wanted. And what I wanted, in the first place, was really to listen to myself, stop using the activator. So that's what I did. Since then, I persist in paying attention to myself. One can say that my adventure with the activator was a trigger in that regard!
Today I feel good and don't want to continue. I discovered other ways through the body (massage in particular) that bring me a lot. I feel happy, able to enjoy the present moment.
I think the activator suits some people and helps them. I also think it doesn't suit everyone... My niece and one of my sons also had a treatment with the activator: good results for my niece; insufficient for my son, so the method was completed with a functional device type Planas tracks. I had a hard time seeing these children I love with their mouths in this activator, even if it was only for a limited time during the day. I thought "it's for their good" but several times I had the image of a cork that would have been put on their mouths; in short, I found it difficult. I think it's really important to look at our children to be able to help them during their physical and spiritual growth, because they are much more flexible than us adults. The activator and other functional methods seem much more interesting for children.
I met adults who had worn activators for 15 years. 15 years without being able to wake up at night and say a spontaneous "I love you" to their partner because there was something in their mouth; I find that long! But good, if they wore it for so long, it must have been because they found benefits in it and delaying their "I love you" until they removed their device didn't pose a problem...
To conclude, I would say that I found this path with the activator interesting, but that it is a path among many others, which can help us.
Here is my testimony. Good journey to all in the search for serenity, well-being, and growth!

This testimony is interesting in more than one way but it does not describe an experience following a treatment from dentosophy. It relates the reactions of a person who used a tool called activator; however, the activator is a tool (like a hammer to drive a nail) among several for the therapist and the human being who is the driver of this therapy but, like any tool, it can be misused.
"Mon expérience avec l’activateur fut brève, et douloureuse."
In this specific case, this experience can only be painful, and the symptoms, experienced by this person, should have alerted the treating practitioner that the use of the activator was not good. This type of reaction can be frequently seen at the beginning of treatment if the therapist is not attentive and listens to their patient. Each patient will have personalized signs but there is one that never lies, it's the "pseudo allergy".
It is not the activator that needs to be questioned but how it is used. This small piece of rubber or elastomer is harmless; it will act through our functioning. This type of reaction can only be seen on sensitive, stressed, or anxious grounds where fears are very present.
We all know how difficult it is to question ourselves personally and how much more practical it is for "the outside" to always be the cause of our problems, in this case, specifically, the activator.
"Je pense aussi que ça ne convient pas à tout le monde."
I cannot let this expression pass because it does not reflect the reality and is based on the experience of a person who unfortunately missed out on dentosophic therapy and cannot afford to make a judgment on something they have not lived.
My experience has shown that any human being can benefit from dentosophy, regardless of their age, provided they truly decide to start with the knowledge that the only doctor for them is themselves.
On this path, they will sometimes need a little help (the therapist) to not take the wrong path, but the journey will be executed by them and them alone, and the disappearance of their various symptoms will be the sign of the good evolution of their journey.
I found it necessary to comment on this testimony because it is often encountered and does not reflect what dentosophic therapy is.
I thank the person who did it very much because it can be useful to others, I hope.
Today it is asked of human beings to take consciousness.
This will require a certain vigilance to meet therapists who practice dentosophy seriously.
