Testimony of a dentist who completed the Dentosophy training and decided to experience it for herself.
It has been over a year since I started using the activator. The changes that have occurred are so significant that it seems almost unbelievable.
When I began Dentosophy, I was unhappy with my life (I believe this has been the case since I was young) and I carried a heavy burden without finding solutions to my distress. I was unhappy with my work, even though I had a prestigious job that I had chosen (or not) and that paid well. Every day I told myself to hold on, and this situation became increasingly unbearable and torturous.
The solution of a treatment with an APF (Articulateur Pluri Fonctionnel) came to me while I was also searching for a solution to straighten my daughter's teeth without having to extract her permanent teeth; something I could not imagine.
All this distress was expressed through an alternation between euphoria and deep sadness, sudden mood swings, and frequent irritations.
Various pains as well, in the back, head, jaw, and neck. My sleep was often short, accompanied by insomnia, night terrors, and morbid dreams.
I regularly had eczema on my hands. I was often anxious, with or without known reasons.
I had the feeling of being a person in the process of becoming but never able to finally change and evolve.
Each session brought to my consciousness the changes that I thought without always believing them.
The exchanges from consultations with my patients allowed me to express myself in such a way that I sometimes had the feeling of listening to myself, of hearing myself say things that I would never have imagined saying.
Thus, very quickly, after a few days of wearing the activator, my sleep improved; I sleep well, and, rather than almost all the time being plagued by anxiety and insomnia, they have disappeared.
Curiously, I have a lot of time to myself, while before I could never think about myself. Yet, my daily routine is the same. While I thought I was overwhelmed and that I was busy from morning till night, today I realize that I was just wasting a lot of air. The same tasks take less time; I am more organized and have been able to redefine my priorities.
My physical sufferings manifest less, or not at all for some (like sharp headaches and neck pain). When I have back pain, I feel like I am pushing my limits; it pushes me to be more in tune with myself and to modify my mode of functioning, which is not correct.
My relationship with others has changed; my way of expressing myself is more just, my mood more stable. Situations that used to greatly unbalance me or deeply affect me no longer affect me today. When I was confronted with these situations (hurtful remarks, misunderstanding from my family), I suffered and closed myself off from others. Now, since I am no longer affected, I realize that I can bounce back without blushing, explain my point of view with the right words, and make others understand what I feel. I am no longer a victim and help my interlocutors to move forward. I can also address sensitive topics with serenity; I have digested certain difficulties of life that were still omnipresent just a short while ago.
I have the impression of being reborn and growing, of living my life with a new approach, with hindsight and in the 'letting go'. My life, which seems the same from the outside, is metamorphosed.
Today, I return, with the activator, to life, present to myself and to others. Before, I advanced like a puppet; I responded to all my obligations; I deceived myself; I did not grant myself any respite; I found others unjust with me and incomprehensible, while the most unjust was me.
Returning to life allows me to no longer be in constant intellectual contemplation. I can take a step back, a distance in all sorts of daily situations and thus better handle them. Life becomes finally simple, easy.
I let difficulties come to me; actions and solutions are put in place. I no longer get caught in my fears, by trying to understand them, and finally each problem finds its solution. Finally, I am also more indulgent with myself and with others.
I no longer suffer from my life but I am an actor and I write it every day.
I who was very reserved, very secret, very 'in reserve', I now open up with joy, without fear of the judgment of others.
I need to share my feelings when necessary to take my place and say who I am.
All this is still sometimes destabilizing because so far removed from my functioning throughout my entire life!
And yet, for anything in the world, I would not return to my old life; my well-being makes me realize how much I am in the right and on the right path.
This is only the beginning and I cry with joy, writing these words, imagining that it can only be better in the years to come.
All this thanks to a piece of rubber and a bit of will to get out of it.
I believe today that I can say that I will never be like before because, at the same time that my mouth changes and remodels, my brain changes, and with it, all my way of being.
